Hello. I thought it best if I explain a bit about Angels and Demons, to help readers understand my story.

)Angels(

Angels are human-like in appearance. The only difference is the large bird-like wings on there backs. By human standards, all Angels are at least good looking, and it is common for humans to fall in love with Angels, and for Angels to insult a humans looks. Luckily, humans and Angels seldom meet. Like humans, an Angel's skin colour can be pink or a shade of brown. Unlike humans, a dark brown skinned Angel could have red or blonde hair.

Once Angels reach the age of twenty-one they stop ageing. At this age they go through what is called the `Eternal Birth'. Many consider this a stupid name for an event, but it goes against tradition to change it. The `Eternal Birth' is basically the age your body looks. Some angels look like there in there late sixties and be only in there mid thirties; while a woman over two hundred can look like a girl in her late teens. The `Eternal Birth' is unstoppable and unchangeable. Men believe woman are lucky because they never look older then thirty, while men can look as old as seventy.

Angels live in Clans. They do not have to join the same Clan as there families. It is quite common for an Angel to change Clan often in there younger years, because they are looking for a Clan that suits them. Each Clan is different, but each person is similar to there Clansman. EXAMPLE: The Grumbaki Clan are all hot headed warriors who like attacking great Angel Warriors, preferably if the great warrior is vastly out-numbered. As warriors, there highest ranking member would be at about Demonslayer Thirteenth Class.

Unlike Demons, not all Angels are warriors. About half of the Angel race is not involved with the Angel Military and only about a third of the Military are warriors. There are two types of warriors. Guardians and Protectors.

Guardians are sent to protect special humans. These special humans mostly have angel blood in them, so they are protected until they reach their mid-twenties, then given the choice of becoming an Angel or remaining human. Up until then, the Guardian Angel remains invisible to everything except another Angel. The Guardian Angel protects his charge from everything to anything, be it a demon to a fatal disease. It is common for a Guardian Angel to develop a relationship with there charge, if there charge accepts the offer of becoming an Angel.

A Protectors sole mission is to kill demons. Unfortunately, because Demons frequently attack Heaven, they do not often have the chance to hunt down the Demons living on Earth. So Protectors mostly defend Heaven. Protectors aren't as powerful as Guardians (Because Guardians train harder and longer), but since Guardians are busy guarding there charges, Protectors are killing more Demons and gaining rank faster.

Archangels rule Heaven. Currently, there are only two Archangels. No one knows how an Archangel is born or made; all that is known is that children of Archangels aren't considered to be Archangels themselves.

Demonslayer is Military Warrior rank. There are eighteen ranks in the Warrior Military. Cadet is the lowest, meaning a warrior with this rank is still a student. Soldier is the rank which a Cadet becomes if they haven't killed at least ten demons before (There hasn't been a Warrior in Soldier rank for ten thousand years). Next are the Demonslayer ranks. There are sixteen of these, sixteenth being the lowest and first being the highest. To gain rank below Demonslayer Thirteenth Class all you have to do is kill demons, the more the higher the rank, but to get higher ranks its much harder. You must have good leadership skills, amazing self-control, better than average fighting skill (Average for Angel Warriors), and raw power. And of course many kills. At the moment, there are only two warriors with the rank of Demonslayer First Class; surprisingly both are Guardian Angels, and not Protectors.

)Demons(

Unlike Angels, there are hundreds of different types of Demons. No one except the Dread Lords know how many and only the Dread Lords know them all. All full Demons are evil. It is believed by Demons and Angels alike that anything with Demon blood in it is evil, but in the past there has been Human-Demon hybrids that have used there demonic powers to slay Demons.

Demons have three goals. One: Boost there numbers. This is why Demons such as Vampires and Werewolves travel the Earth. Two: Control Heaven. Heaven has many resources such as Angelic Steel and Cloud Diamonds that Demons would love to have. Three: The annihilation of the Angel Race. Angels are the only things that can stand up to a Demon and live, besides another Demon.

Dread Lords are much like Archangels. They are both very powerful, and both very rare. There currently are five known Dread Lords. Rumour has it that Archangels and Dread Lords are exactly the same, besides the fact that they look different and Archangels are good.

Vampires and Werewolves are all half human. Most Demonic Demon Slayers are ether Vampires or Werewolves who somehow managed to keep there souls, or in some cases get it back.
