Chapter Two:First Kicks and Surprising News
~`~`~`~`~`~`~`~`~`~`~3 months later(A/N:Luffy is 5 months along now since he was only two in the first chapter)~`~`~`~`~`~`~`~`~`~`~`~
Luffy sighed looking out the window saddly,not hearing Robin and Chopper walk in the door after going shoping for food in the town near the house they were living in.'It's been five months since Zoro left and we left the ship.'We being Luffy,Robin,and Chopper.His hand drifted down to his rounded stomach.'My child,Zoro's child.The child he'll never know....unless her finds the note!'he suddenly remembered and then suddenly gasped,which made Robin walk over thinking something was wrong."Luffy-san?"she asked in her southern drawl-like voice. "Are you alright?" she asks? Luffy's bright happy eyes turns to her."The baby kicked Robin!" her says happily his hand pessed agenst the swell of his stomach.Robin raises her eyebrow "That's all?I thought you got hurt and was worried."she said before smiling and softly placing her hand on his stomach,having to lean down since Luffy was sitting down and she was slightly taller the before they left the ship,and felt the light kicking of the unborn child growing in Luffys stomach.
"Your right the child is kicking."she says,smiling,before walking into the kitching to help chopper put the food away.Now-a days Luffy doesn't spring up and attack them when they bring food in or when her smells a meal.He knows he's changed and it doesn't bother him.He's changed a lot before his hair was short and messy now it's sholder length and smooth,almost like spun silk, his figure has changes as well it looks more like a woman's,meaning curved hips thin waist,he still has those same deep brown eyes though but the childish glint in them is no longer there.
Luffy gets up from the chair by the window,carefully since his center of balance has shifted,and slowly walks into the kitchen,since it's his turn to cook dinner.Chopper hops up to him,he's changed as well over the months he looks more like a human and is taller now,her still wears that top hat of his but it looks good on him now. "Luffy I heard the baby kicked,is it true?" he asks even though we all know Robin never lies. Luffy nods and smiles and takes one of choppers hands,which changed into hands about a month and a half ago,on the spot where the baby is kicking slightly.Chopper squealed in dilight before bouncing up in down in plach happily.Luffly smiles softly before taking the ingriedients out and placing them on the counter,Robin helping if something was to low or to high.
