Huh? &nbs p;
 
“Hey, Elric.†
 
Someone's calling my name.  
 
“Elric! Wake up, you stinky brat!†
 
â&eu ro;œWah! I'm up! I'm up!†
 
„…..Huh? Whose voice w as that?‟ 
 
Elric suddenly woke up, after hearing someone call his name.  
 
Ҡ¦.Huh? Where am I?†
 
He&nb sp;looked around and realized that he wasn't in his room. He was in a corner of an unknown 
room, all by himself.   
 
Ҡ¦.This room looks a bit familiar. Huh? Why is my shirt wet?  
 
Elric realized that his shirt collar was cold, and started to examine it.  
&n bsp;
“….Wait. This isn 't my shirt.†
 
Elric quickl y took off the shirt, and examined it.  
 
“â€&b rvbar;.Did someone change my clothes, when I was asleep?†
 
“Elric, you stinky brat! Are still crying in there?!†
 
Elric heard a loud and vulgar voice coming from outside the room‟s door.& nbsp; 
 
„Whose voice is that? I've never heard it before, but it sounds familiar.‟ 
 
Before&nbs p;he could ask who it was, the door suddenly swung opened.  
 
“Stop your crying, you crybaby! So, what if Luffy is gone?! It just means that I have one less 
brat to feed!†
 
A tall, heavy body person burst through the door shouting. They had curly orange hair, a 
cigarette in their mouth, and dressed in man clothing.  
 
“Wah! A talking gorilla!†

â€&oelig ;Who are you calling a gorilla, you ungrateful brat?!†
 
“Wah ! The gorilla is trying to he me!†
 
“What did& nbsp;you say?! That's it, you're dead! I don't care what Garp says, you're going down!† 
 
Upon seeing the&nbs p;person, Elric shouted the first thing on his mind, and angered the person.  
 
The person then began to chase Elric around the round. Elric continued to shout â€& oelig;Gorilla!â€, as he 
ran.  
&nbs p;
“Now, now, Boss. Cut Elric some slack. Weren‟t&n bsp;you crying too, when Luffy left? And don't 
forget about the day when Ace left, you cried for an hour straight.†
 
â&e uro;œS-shut up! I wasn't crying!†
 
Elric stopped running and looked at door, where two new persons stood. A tall man with a 
strange red thing on the top of his head, and a extremely short man, with a rugby ball shaped 
head. 
 
Elric watched as the person who was chasing him, walked over to the two men and started 
arguing with them.  
 
„First a man eating talking gorilla, now a giant talking rooster, and a…..‟ 
 
Elric& nbsp;walked over to the trio at door, and stooped down to the short man‟s level; and spoke. 
 
“Um, excuse. What type of talking animal are you?†
 
“Eh?† 
 
The question confused the man.  
 
Elric stood up a pointed at the tall man.  
 
“A ta lking rooster.†
 
Point at the curly haired person.  
 
“A talking gorilla.†
 
And then, finally pointed at the short man.  
 
“ A talking what?†

“You b rat you dare to call Curly Dadan, a gorilla?! When did you get so cocky, Huh?!†
 
The curly orange haired person, Dadan, started to choke Elric, and lift him off the floor by his 
neck.  
 
“S-sorry. I-I won't do it again.†
 
Elric said, while being choked.  
 
Dadan released him, and he fell to the ground.  
 
â€&oeli g;Cough. Cough.†
 
“Listen, brat! Just because Luffy and Ace is gone, doesn't mean that you're the man of the 
house!†
 
“ She‟s right, Elric. Boss will always be the man of the house.†
 
“That  right…Wait, Dogra….Did you just call me a man?! I'm a beautiful woman, you short 
bastard!†
 
Dadan grabbed the short man, Dogra and started to choke him.  
 
“Now, now, boss. Dogra meant it in a good way.†
 
The tall rooster like man, tried to calm Dadan down.  
 
“Shut up, Magra!†
 
But, it didn't& nbsp;work.  
 
Meanwhile, Elricâ€&br vbar; 
 
„Wait. Dadan, Dogra, Magra?! There's no mistaking, these guys are from One Piece!‟ 
 
He had finally started to recognize those around him. He looked at the trio in front of him.  
 
„That  gorilla-like face, that ridiculous rooster hair, and that abnormal physique. These are all the 
traits of Oda‟s drawing style!‟ 
 
“ Wah! What the hell is going on here?!†
 
Elric held his head and started shouting.  
 
“What's with the brat?†

“Maybe you choked him too much, boss.†
 
Dadan and Dogra converse, while they watched Elric bang his head on the floor.  
 
“Ah, he stopped.†
 
Said Magra. 
 
Elric got to his feet, quickly ran out the room.  
 
“ Hey, brat! Where are you going?!†
 
Elric ignored Dadan‟s shout and continued running.  
 
His mind was all jumbled up. He was extremely confused.  
 
After running for around 20 minutes, Elric stopped and look around him. There were a lot of 
trees, and he was surrounded by mountains.  
 
“â€&brv bar;.There's no doubt about it. I know this scenery too well.†
 
Elric mind grew more chaotic by the second.  
 
“….Why? â€&brvb ar;.Why the hell am I in the One Piece world?!†
 
His shout echoed through the mountains. He sat at a tree root, and started to retrace his steps.  
 
“The last thing I remember was re-reading the latest chapter of One Piece, after watch Gear 4th 
being animated.†
 
Elric remembered the scenery of his dirty room, and him browsing the Internet on his laptop. 
Everything after that was blank. The next thing he remembered,  was waking up to Dadan‟s 
voice.  
 
&a circ;€œâ€¦.Is this a dream? No, when Dadan choked me, the pain was too real.†
 
His mind was finally calming down, and he began to analyze the situation.  
 
â&euro ;œI don't know the reason, but I'm somehow in One Piece….†
 
E lric stood up and began walking around.  
 
“B ut if I'm in One Piece, why does Dadan and the others know me? Not only that, they said 
some really strange stuff too.†
 
So, what if Luffy left?

 I don' t care what Garp says. 
 
When did you get so cocky? 
 
Just because Luffy and Ace is gone, doesn't mean that you're the man of the house.  
 
“From tho se four sentences, I can deduce that, in this world I knew Luffy, Garp and Ace. Also, it 
seems that Dadan raise me.†
 
Elric slowly sta rted to put the pieces together.  
 
“Ca n this be a situation where I was drawn into the story of One Piece, and became a character 
that wasn't originally in the series? If so, it's like one those Light Novels and Manga I read.†
 
He was calm, which even he found strange.  
 
“â€&brvba r;.I'm still confused, maybe I shouldn't have ran off like that.†
 
Saying so, Elric made his way back to Dadan and the others.  
 
After some time.  
 
“Huh? Amnesia?&nbs p;What kind of crap are spouting?†
 
Dadan said. She was sitting around a table with Dogra and Magra, and Elric was standing in 
front of them.  
 
While Elric was on his way back to the hut, he thought of various ways to obtain information 
about the â€&oeli g;him†of this world. After a few minutes of thinking, he decided to go with the â€œI lost 
my memories, so could you remind me who am I?†Plan. Elric wasn‟t& nbsp;stupid. He knew that he 
couldn't  just take over a role without knowing who he's playing.  
 
“Yes. It seems that I hit my head or something. I don't know who I am, or where am I?†
 
â€&oe lig;Nonsense. Eat some meat and sleep it off, and you'll be fine.†
 
Dadan shot down his plan, without even a second glance.  
 
„ Eat some meat?! Is she treating me like Luffy?!‟ 
 
â€& oelig;Now, now boss. It's true that Elric has been acting a little strange.†
 
Magra defend him. Seeing that, Elric-

“Yeah, that's right. I don't know who I am! Do you know how scary it is to suddenly find 
yourself in a world were you don't know anyone, not even yourself! I'm afraid to imagine the 
things that I've done! The things that have happened me! I'm alone! I don't have anyone! Don't 
you see that I'm suffering, you heartless woman!â€&n bsp;
 
Elric was doing some A Class acting. He was even crying, and waving his hands in a dramatic 
manner.   
 
†œNow, now. So, sad~!†
 
&aci rc;€œBoss! Just tell kid who he is~! Wah~!†
 
Dogr a and Magra believed his acting, and started crying. Elric was wondering, if he should 
pursue a career in acting if he ever return to his world.  
 
“What are you idiots spouting?! Argh, fine!†
 
Elric gr inned.  
 
Dadan turned, and faced Elric.  
 
“Iâ&e uro;Ÿll keep it short.†
 
She sighed and continued.  
 
“Your name is Elric, and you were brought by a irritating marine named Garp. I was really 
reluctant to raise because I was already forced to raise two other brats, but Garp, the heartless 
bastard he is, blackmailed me and I was stuck with you. There are you happy now.†
 
Elric didn't respond, he was thinking about what Dadan said.  
 
„So, I was given to Dadan after Luffy. But, why did Garp have me in the first place….Could it 
be?!†
 
“Did  Garp tell you my family name?†
 
Elric asked.   ;He needed to confirm if he was related to any important character in One Piece. 
More specifically, Luffy.  
 
“Nope. He just said you're name was Elric, and when we asked you, you said that you weren't 
allowed to tell anyone. So, the boss gave you her name.†
 
Dadan looked like she was reluctant to say anymore, so Dogra answered Elric‟s question.  
 
“Curly Elric?  It sounds lame. Why couldn't  you at&nbs p;least add a „D‟ to it?†

“What  ;was that, you ungrateful brat?! Is there something wrong with Curly, huh?!†
 
Dadan tried to choke Elric again, but Magra held her back.  
 
â€&oel ig;Now, now boss. He didn't mean any harm!†
 
Elric ignored Dadan, and turned to Dogra.  
 
&acir c;€œCan you tell me about my personality? What of person was I?â € 
 
“What kind of person you was? Hmm…†
 
Do gra looked like he was scanning through his memories.  
 
â €œWell, to be frank you were a timid kid, compared to your brothers Ace and Luffy. You didn't 
really cause that much mischief, unless those two were involved. Also, you were a bit of a 
crybaby; you would always cry whenever you lost to Ace or Luffy in a fight. You loved to read 
books, and was a really smart kid.†
 
Dogra paused for moment, as if he remember something important.  
 
“Ah, yes! You said you wanted to be a marine.†
 
“Eh?â&eu ro; 
 
After hearing the word marine, Elric mind shutdown for a moment.  
 
“â&e uro;¦â€¦â€¦â€¦ ….Marine?!†
 
He shouted.  
 
“Not a pirate, but a marine?!†
 
“Y -yea, that's right. Garp even calls you his good grandson.†
 
Dogra was caught off guard by Elric sudden outburst. But, Elric didn't noticed. He continued on.  
 
“Why, why would I want to be a marine?! I grew up with two great pirates, and I want to be a 
marine?! What kind of joke is that?!†
 
He seemed very confused and angry at the same time.  
 
“Great&nb sp;pirates? What are you talking about? It's true that Ace is a part of a pretty famous crew 
right now, but Luffy just set sail a few hours ago. He doesn't even have a crew yet, so how is he a 
great pirate?†

Dadan had a confused expression on her face, as she spoke. But, Elric didn't care. So many 
thoughts were going through his head at once.  
 
„Marine? What&nb sp;kind of backstory is this?! I would never become a marine! I'm going to become 
a pirate like Ace and Luffy! And go on adventures, and be free!‟ 
 
Some images of Elric from his old world was running through his mind.  
 
„I  ;won't be apart of the world government, I will never be like them!‟ 
 
Image s of adults with judging smiles staring down at him. Mocking and ridiculing him.  
 
“Huh?......Who was that again?†
 
Elric tried to remember their names, but the only thing&n bsp;he got was a massive headache.  
 
“Oi, brat. Do you feel sick or something?†
 
Seeing Elric holding his head with a pained expression on his face, Dadan called to him.  
 
“I,I'm fine.  Anyway, there's no way I'm going to join the marines.†
 
Elric let go off his head, and pointed to the sky. He then proudly declared his ambition.  
 
“I can't let this choice go to waste! I'm going to join the Strawhats, and conquer the Grandline! 
The n I'm going to the New World and help Luffy become the Pirate King! Finally, I'm going to 
go on the craziest adventures, and eat meat! Lots of meats! Hahaha!†
 
Elric‟s laugh echoed through the room. Dadan watched him and said- 
 
“â€&b rvbar;..I didn't believe him at first, but now I'm sure. That's not the same Elric from a few hours 
ago.†
 
She folded her arms and nodded. 
 
“Yup, this one is a lot stupider.†
 
Elr ic, who didn't hear her, walked out of the room. He headed outside, and ventured into the 
mountains, all while laughing.  
 
 
About 30 minutes later, Elric found himself in front of a broad.  
 
The board had the letters: A,S,L,E; on it, with Roman numerals under each letter. All except the 
letter “Eâ€.

â €œâ€¦â€¦â€¦ ;…†
 
Elric quietl y stared at the broad for a while, before speaking.  
 
“Looks like this is the board, Luffy, Ace, and Sabo used to record their fights. As expected, Ace 
is has the highest number. Sabo‟s stuck, obviously because they taught he was dead…..What's 
weird is the last two.†
 
Under the letter “Lâ€, there was a pretty high number of strokes. Of course, it wasn't as high as 
“A‟sâ€, but it was still high.  
 
While on the other hand, there wasn't a single stroke under “Eâ€.  
 
â ;€œâ€¦â€¦..What the&nbs p;hell is this? If I remember correctly, Luffy wasn't supposed to have won a single 
fight against his brothers. So, why is it, I'm the only one without a si ngle stroke?......Don't tell 
me, he got all of his victories off me?†
 
The thought made Elric embarrassed, and held his head as if panicking.  
 
“â€&brv bar;Huh?†
 
That's when he noticed.  
 
“Was my hair always this soft?†
 
He rubbed his hand through his hair, and felt an elastic band.  
 
“Huh? Was my hair long enough to make a ponytail?†
 
He pulled his long, soft hair in front of his face, and looked at it.  
 
“…&ac irc;€¦â€¦â€¦â€&b rvbar;………â ;€¦.White?†
 
What was in his hand was soft white hair.  
 
â€&oel ig;Wahhhhhhhhhhh!†
 
Elric immediately started screaming and running. He was looking for a pond or a piece of glass 
to look at his reflection.  
 
After five minutes of endless running and screaming, Elric found a stream. He hurried over to the 
stream, and stared at his reflection.  
 
“Who†¦..†
 
He couldn't believe his eyes.

“WHO THE HELL IS THAT?!†
 
The reflection he saw wasn't him. What he saw was a white haired boy with red eyes, and a 
pretty face. 
 
 It was Elric first time see such a face. 
 
“T-this isn' t my body.†
 
Elric frantically&nb sp;looked at his arms and legs, he could tell at first glance that they weren't his.  
 
“How didn't I realized? Did I got caught up in the excitement, that I didn't even realized that I 
wasn't in my own body? What the hell is up with that?†
 
It was at that time Elric fully came to understand his situation.  
 
“â€&brv bar;.Don't tell me. I didn't become a new character in One Piece. I replaced an already existing 
character!†
 
Elric  originally thought that, when he was brought in this world, he caused to the story to slightly 
alter so that he could fit in. But, that wasn't the case.   
 
What Elric really did was devour the the existence of a character that already existed. But, there 
was a problem with this theory.   
 
“Ther e's no character in One Piece called Curly Elric, and Luffy shouldn't have a third brother. 
Hence, Curly Elric shouldn't exists……Ah, I'm so confused.†
 
Elric tiredly sat& nbsp;down in front of the stream, and looked at the reflection in the water.  
 
“I've never seen a character like this in One Piece before. If it's hair color alone, Smoker is the 
only character I can remember  with white hair. Sigh~†
 
Elric's panicking aura quickly disappeared. He was now calm, and honestly just tired.  He lay 
down on the ground, and look at the sky.  
 
â&euro ;œI've read a lot of manga and light novels, where the MC died and gets reincarnated into another 
wo rld with a completely different appearance, and sometimes unique abilities. Could this be one 
those times? Sigh~.†
  Elric rolled over onto his side.  
 
“This is a pain. I'll think about it after a nap.†

While saying that, Elric yawned and went to sleep. He decided to think about the difficult stuff 
later.
