Do you see me?
I wonder silently to myself,
as i pass the empty halls
and do what i do everyday,
i pretend.

I sighed, as the bell rang,
the day was now over,
the blank and empty faces
Passing by without a care.

I walk out of the door,
ignoring the glares of all
Just walking down the hall,
as i did what i did best,
pretend.

I was distant, i know,
But then, i didn't really care,
I did what i did best,
I pretend.
