Silent Secrets

Maybe no one else would change,
And their glares will always be there,
Silence as thick as poison,
And thoughts that ensnare,

When goodbye's are never said,
And laughter is something forgotten,
When ice is what hearts are made off,
And injustice fall on blind eyes,

Maybe nothing will change,
And I'll always be stuck,
Always haunted by their stares,
Always with this bad luck.

But there's nothing much I can do,
Other than sit and keep my silence,
Adopting this apathetic feel,
And hold my secrets to my heart.
