I took you breath away
As I walked out of the shadows
Bloody, beaten, no life left.
You smiled as I fell
At your feet
Finally put in my place.
You fell to your knees
Beside me
You laughed in my face
As I tried to grab you
To hear your reassuring heart beat.
You pushed me away
Disgust written on your face
You got up and walked away.
You left me in the dark
Your laughter echoing out
All around me.
As I lay dieing
I whisper out to you
I reached out for you
As I died my last thoughts
Were of you
I whispered "but......I love you"
I died
Bloody and beaten
At your feet
The only place I belong

I wrote this on the bus coming home from school. It just popped into my head. It reminds me of my life though. How I’m always trying to hold on to something, anything, only to have it hurt me and watch as I slowly die inside. Yeah, I’m a glee full person, lol.
