I Still Believe in Thee
If a photo contains all our memories,
then why can'st I seeith thee?
If I only had one more day,
and one more hour . . .
I'd ask'th to let mine eyes
be cast upon thee.
We could share my fondest memories
with my friend from long ago.
And be not ashamed anymore
from fear, persecution, and pain;
that I held no grievances against thee.
As I cast mine eyes upon thee
one last time, with a clear consciousness . . .
I'd tell the world,
I still believe in Thee!
