Original Poetry Fan Fiction ❯ The Path ❯ Path V ( Chapter 5 )
[ A - All Readers ]
When you travel on that long long path, and you are so very weary, and the path is rocky, steep and hard, and sharp and and cruel, and you feel so much alone. Just open your eyes, and look around, and, “can someone lend a hand? Or Two?” and from the left, and from the right, from behind and from the front, from below, from above, from every side and then, comes helping hands and voices, saying, “Need a nudge, or need a pull? Or I've got hands, use them.” They're people, just people, who walk their path, they walk strong with you, doing what people do. They'll give you a boost, lend you their legs, their shoulder, their back. And if they must, I know they're willing, to carry you, tis no burden, until your strength is back. There are no debts, no owes, no favors, just people, helping people, for that is what people do. They walk the path with you, and lend a hand, so you can lend a hand to others as you journey down the road. For that is what it means, to walk the path.
