Chapter IV
~Failed~
Jesse jumped at the beeping sound emitted from the tiny device on her desk, and she immediately knew what happened. Did Kali put her in there already? Jesse pondered as she grabbed the device, but something from it stunned her somewhat. That's odd, the door was locked from within, but no one opened it to begin with. She then remembered that Kali could've used her teleportation skill to get Kris and herself in there instead of asking Jesse to unlock the door to the room.
It's the `Silent' room, built on the second level of the basement designed specifically to contain Beasts when one got captured alive. But now it's used to contain Kris instead, the reason it got its name was that it's made of incredibly thick metals and also sound proof both inside and out. All sides of the room were nothing but metals; the only thing that isn't made of metal is the bed. It's like a cage made for containing monsters that's not supposed to roam on this world.
I know this is hard on her, but I better give her a call to make sure everything is okay. Jesse reached for the caller in her pocket and called for Kali, because she didn't want to see the girl crying over the event of putting Kris into the room. Just as she thought, Kali answered sounding stressed and a slight sobbing noise could be heard from her end.
“Did you bring her into the Silent room?” Jesse asked with a calming voice. There was a moment of silent on Kali's end as she wanted to say no, but there's too many things swimming around in her mind as she tried hard to gather it all up and keep herself from sobbing loudly over the line. “Yes, she just needs to calm down a bit.” Kali lied as lightning strike again outside the bare window. The flash of it shown tears was flowing freely down her pale face as she put her hand over her mouth to keep herself from sobbing loudly. “Is everything alright?” Jesse finally let worries into her voice as she asked her sister. “Yes, everything is fine. Please don't let Daniel know about this, I don't want him to disturb her.” Kali said after managing to steady her voice and wiping the tears away. “I won't, you two just take your time…” Jesse trailed off before the line went dead. Kali knew right away that Dan has finally made it back in one piece, though she suspected he might be badly injured.
Kali never feel so much ache and pain in her life until now, but she dragged herself to the bathroom in Kris's room and turned on the hot water to ease the ache on her body. As she washed herself, Kali can recall how Kris tasted every inch of her body and the scent of the other girl still lingered on her sore body. She used almost the whole bottle of body shampoo and the scent of Kris was still there, as if there's no way for the girl to wash it away with just shampoo alone. She was wary of how things turned out; since it was love at first sight but what happened last night frights her slightly. She even went as far as pretending to be a maid sent to look after Kris by her parents, and she's not sure if Kris seen through that little lie or not since the girl didn't seem to mind much about anything.
Meanwhile somewhere on the bottom floor of the basement, Kris was struggling to cope with the fact that she no longer seems human. Though her body adjusted to the changes surprisingly well, it's her mind that's having trouble adjusting itself. Whether it's from the mutation or not, Kris looked about a few inches taller than before and her skin tone is more of an ashen look than the normal one. Something else also caused her to feel extreme anger so suddenly, it's like a key was used to open a memory that was hidden deep somewhere in her subconscious all these years. The painful memory that lies dormant for over ten years when she woke up in a hospital room remembering nothing but her name. All of it comes flushing back into her mind at rapid speed making her feel like her head might just explode any moment, because the terrifying winter night where she was raped and stabbed before thrown over the balcony into the snow. She was lying there in the snow dying, as she watched her home went aflame along with the scream of pain and horror from within and so the rest of her family died in the fire.
“Jerek…” Kris hissed finally remembering every details of that unfortunate night. Like a wild beast, she continuously punched the floor until her knuckles bleed and yet her anger didn't even simmer. Her wings flexed before folding back behind her as she keeps on pounding onto the metal ground making only a slight dint on it. The muscles on her body increased slightly, and under the dim light of the room it made her looked very tone and incredibly strong. “I will kill you…” she pounded the floor again causing a dent. It seemed that her anger feud her strength, but one could only guess in such situation.
Days gone by and Kris didn't leave the room, and Kali tried her best not to worry and pretend that everything is fine. Dan got back but was badly injured, so Jesse told him to take two weeks off to recuperate as Kris is being looked after since she managed to escape. Everything becomes a tangle web of lies, and Jesse has an inkling feeling that something was wrong between Kris and her sister but she didn't say anything. She wanted to let things fall into places by itself instead of forcing it.
Each day within the dim lit room, Kris pounded her fists away at the metal floor until the knuckles were bleeding. The memories and the painful feeling of hurting Kali was eating her away, so she tried to get it out of her system by pounding her fists until it's raw or she's too tired to keep going and fall asleep as the wounds healed. It left no scars, but Kris keeps repeating it days in and days out.
By the fifth day, Kali finally come to term with her thoughts and decided to confront Kris to straighten things out between them (if there is anything). She headed down the second floor of the basement, she tried but couldn't seem to unlock the door to the room Kris is in. “Guess I have no choice then,” she murmured before concentrating her thoughts upon Kris's present. She could senses anger, hatred, fear, and frustration from the other girl, but the silver hair ignore it all as she stepped through the thick metal wall into the room that contain the beast within.
Before her eyes, Kali saw a wild monster pounding the metal floor constantly and with each hit blood drip from that fist that come into contact with the floor. She feel her heart sink at the sight, so Kali quickly put herself in danger once more by trying to stop Kris from hurting herself any further. It worked as Kris let Kali wrapped her arms around Kris, letting the silver hair cradle her quietly and the only sound between them was their heartbeat and their breathing.
“Why are you so angry?” Kali finally spoke in a hush tone. “I hate what I remembered and I hate what I've become,” Kris murmured since this is a first time in a while that she heard Kali's voice. “You just need to learn to control it,” Kali said as she let go of the other girl and take those bloody hands in her own. She took a handkerchief that she always keep with her and clean up the blood, and just as she did the wounds healed immediately shocking her slightly but not much. The hands that burns every inch of her body now clasped within her own, Kali couldn't help it but brought it up to her face and brush it against her cheeks. She closed her eyes and rest her head on Kris's palms, the other girl didn't react but didn't pulled her hands away either.
Kris was wondering what Kali was thinking as her own heart skipped a beat or two, and touching the silver hair seemed to calm her down tremendously and let her focus on trying to figure out how to control her newfound power (really?). Slowly her wings started to vanish like a gust of wind blown by, her skin color turned back to its original color once more but her eyes turned out a whole different story. Her right eye turned a crimson color while her left eye is still the hazel brown as it was, and her hair looked slightly longer than before.
“Why are you here?” Kris finally broke the silence between them. “Because you're here,” Kali replied opening her eyes and look at the other girl with so much gentle and forgiveness in it. “Or do you think you can run away from your responsibility after that night?” Kali asked as her eyes become firm and sharp suddenly. “What responsibility?” Kris growled thinking about her brother and those specimens of his. “So, you think you can just do what you want with me and not taking responsibility for your actions?” Kali suddenly look very upset as she stood up and looking the other way. “My what?” Kris asked getting up on her feet. “Uh… ohh…” her eyes widen as she realized what Kali meant by responsibility.
“I am not your play thing, so you better step up to the plate.” Kali said turning around to face Kris. She thought she was going to drown when she saw Kris's eyes, but Kali kept herself composed from crumbling in front those eyes. “I'm sorry,” Kris murmured as she kept her eyes on Kali's locking their gaze on each other. Her heart sinks into the abyss at Kris's words, but she was surprised when the other girl leaned forward slightly and gives her a light kiss on the lips. Then another kiss and this one lingered on for quite some times until they both needed air. “I promise to be gentle this time,” Kris whispered to Kali's ears before she kisses the silver hair's neck ever so gently.
Before she knows it, she was swept off her feet by a pair of strong arms and Kris stride over to the untouched bed to her right and placed Kali down gently fearing the silver hair would break if she wasn't being careful enough. This time was a better experience for both of them, the best for Kali because Kris really did keep her words and truly is gentle with her. Kali was pushed over the edge so many times, and every time she grabbed onto the bed sheet causing a slight tear upon it. She could not hide her flushed face feeling Kris lying next to her, gently stroking her silver hair all the while telling her how beautiful she is.
After a few minutes, Kali decided to show Kris how much she loved the dark hair girl as she climbed on top of Kris. The black hair yelped at the unexpected weight when Kali climbed on top of her, but that little noise was quickly replaced by a soft moan when Kali gently grab onto the girl's left breast. Blowing on it lightly and another moan escaped from the dark hair, smile pleasingly at the reaction she's getting Kali take the hard nipple inside her mouth and role it between her teeth causing Kris a moan slightly louder. Leaving no skin unexplored, Kali was taking her time in teasing the new demon with her fleeting kisses.
Kris was dripping wet when Kali decided to stop her exploring and get right to the point, giving a small evil grin up at the heavily breathing Kris. Kali dove down and just blow air at it causing the other girl's entire body to give a light shiver after it tensed up for a few seconds. Being immortal does have it advantages, and one of those is that Kali can really be a force to be reckoned when it comes to the pleasure topic.
She begins by slipping her fingers inside of Kris, doing it slowly taking her time lapping up the juice that was running free. Soon she switched her pace to hard and rough making Kris moan ever louder and maybe screaming out Kali's name a few times, but that was nothing until she took her fingers out and replaces it with her mouth instead. Words could never be enough to describe how good she was with that tongue of hers moving so deep inside of Kris, twirling and touching the most sensitive spot that sent Kris over the edge in a matter of a few minutes. Being the inexperience, Kris blackout sometimes later from all that hot sex Kali was giving her.
A/N: Frankly speaking, I'm not much into the sex part that much. Oddly, I'm not all that fondly of things and I tried to finish this chapter in a timely manner, which failed miserably as usual. The timing that my brain decided to work or not kind of stinks, and as a fact that I also have a demanding job along with other stories that really demanded attention. All in all, I think I'm just making excuses and fact that I'm probably just really lazy.
