As she looked at him, thoughts of kissing him came again.

His tall figure leaning over her; while his masculine eyes pierce into her very soul.
Her strong eyes look back at him, showing him that she's not fazed by his power.
Their lips inch closer with every passing second.

These thoughts sent shivers down her spine.

Quickly, she tries to focus on playing her instrument again. It's been 2 weeks since she found herself distracted by his presence in the room.

At first, she thought it was one of those school-girl crush. Then, she started to notice his handsome face behind those frameless spectacles. The next thing she knew, she wanted to make out with that sexy man.

But such thoughts frightened her so much. One day, she feared that she'll just grab his shirt and kiss him like a blood thirsty vampire.

Afraid that today might be that day, she excused herself from the room and went out for a breather.

The night sky was in a wonderful shade of blue; the round moon shone brightly against the darkness.
"If only stars could be seen in Singapore", she thought.

Shortly, she headed back to the empty corridor leading towards the practice room.
As she wondered why the lights this corridor was so dim, she saw him walking out.

And those fantasy thoughts from five minutes ago came rushing back into her mind.

Fighting to keep her blush down, she smiled as every step brought her a step closer to him.
Oddly, she noticed that he was picking up speed towards her.

Next thing she knew, her back was slammed to the wall.
Her eyes opened wide in surprise at his rough treatment towards her.

She was trapped between his arms. But she was not worried; she was fighting the urge to kiss him right there and then.

His face was moving slowly towards hers. She closed her eyes and their lips finally met.

And he pulled back.

She opened her eyes and stared at him with irritation.

"To hell with self-control," she thought.

She grabbed his face and kissed him.
He held her by the waist, and deepened the kiss.

They separated, gasping for air.

The shyness in their eyes, and the urgency in their kiss.

They stared into each other's eyes, searching for answers to his and her actions.

Her hands removed those glasses from his face.
"You have masculine eyes," she said as she traced them with her lean fingers.
"And a very handsome face."

He leaned his forehead onto hers.
"That softness in your eyes can never be ignored."

He traced her lips with his long fingers.
"And the radiance in your smile..." He trailed as their lips lightly touched once more.

Both of them smiled, gazing deeply into each other's eyes.

Now, she knew why the lights were always so dim along that corridor.
