Pandora Interview III

"Have you always wanted to be a designer?"

Pandora broke into a little smile. "No."

"Oh? What dream did you have before that?"

"I wanted to get married."

"Oh really?"

"Yes." She looks towards the window. "I wanted to get married and have a child. I dreamt about my wedding ever since I was a little girl."

"Do you want to design your dress?"

"Oh, no. I couldn't do that."

"Why is that?"

She shrugged and shook her head. "Not my thing. I do mostly shoes."

"Have you tried doing clothes?"

"No."

"And why is that?"

"Never tried."

"How come?"

Pandora shrugged and shook her head. "Don't know."

"Would you like to try?"

"I don't know."

"What would it look like?"

She smiled to herself. "Long white silk, pearls on the skirt, maybe some diamonds. The top would be a lace corset. No straps. Lace up in the back. Sandals would go perfectly with it. No, maybe some kitten heels."

"That sounds pretty."

"Yeah."

"Would you like to design?"

"If I could, yes."

"What if you could?"

Pandora thinks about it for a moment. "Yes..."

"Then do it."

She looked confused. "What?"

"I mean, why not? You have so much talent. I don't see why you can't do it."

Pandora buried her head in hands. "I just can't, okay?"

"You sure?"

"Yes!"

"I think you can."

She just stares at the cameraman.
