Toboe led me to a door with a little sign below the doom that read: Room 11 Mrs. Juni's second grade class. He opened the door to reveal a classroom filled with world maps, ABC charts, colorful drawing and paintings, good grade tests were stuck to a bulletin broad. So far I liked it, very cheerful place. Everything had color even the nametags on the desks.
“ Good morning, Toboe!” Mrs. Juni smiled and waved from her desk, which had a computer on it, along with pen holding, papers to grade, and post-it notes.
“ Hi, Mrs. Juni.” Toboe smiled back, having a tight grip on my hand.
“ Who is your friend?” Mrs. Juni got up, and smiled at me. “ Hi, welcome to my classroom.
I was half way hiding behind Toboe now. My being shy wasn't helping me much, and Mrs. Juni looked at Toboe with concern.
“ Liebe, she's not going to bite.” Toboe chuckled, tugging me in front of him.
“ Liebe? Is that your name?” Mrs. Juni smiled kindly at me.
“ Yes, it is.” I said in a shaking voice. “ Sorry that I'm hiding. I'm shy, and nervous.” I then smiled back shyly.
“ First days are always scary. I lived them so many times.” Mrs., Juni smiled kindly. “ So don't worry okay? There shouldn't be that many kids coming after what happened the other day.” She pouted.
My face paled hearing that. What happen the day before got around faster than I thought it would? I didn't think it would reach here though. I was doomed now.
“ What happened?” Toboe asked. He knew a little bit about, he had over heard his mother and I talking, so he was pretending to be confused.
“ Well Father Andrew had Sister Eva killed, and there's a rumor that he also murdered Mother Laura. The boy they were after was never found, but he never did anything wrong as far as I'm concerned.” Mrs., Juni sighed. “ Where ever that little boy is I hope he is alright.”
“ Yeah he saved my sister.” Toboe smiled.
“ I know, it's sad what happened to her though.”
“ Can we stop talking about it, please?” I ask, with my head bowed to hid the ready to fall tears.
“ Sorry, Liebe.” Toboe looked down feeling bad that he made her bring it up.
“ It's okay, Toboe. It just still hurts that's all.” I said wiping my eyes looking up at a confused and lost Mrs. Juni. “ Where do I sit?”
“ Behind Toboe, and what still hurts?” She asked with concern as she gently placed her hand on my shoulder.
Toboe was on the other side of the room, taking his seat, getting ready for class to start. I guess I had to deal with this alone, the only things I wish I had was kitty. I couldn't bring him to school with me, so I was more nervous and scared. I didn't know what to do.
“ Um…er…” I couldn't find the words.
Mrs. Juni eyes widened and her face paled. “ You're that little boy they are after aren't you?”
“ Yes.” I sighed. “ But don't tell anyone, I don't wish to see Toboe and his mother get hurt by Father Andrew”
“ I won't tell a soul! But Father Andrew is the least of your worries.” She said with serious eyes. “ Toboe's father is worse than Father Andrew, I should I know. I'm his aunt”
“ Thought so.” I said, she kinda smelled like him. “ But he doesn't know what I look like, Toboe didn't at first.”
“ Yeah, my brother is a moron.” She giggled, and Toboe chuckled. “ See, even Toboe agrees with it.”
I nodded, but I'm still uneasy about being around Toboe's father. There is a chance he knows what I look like. Mrs. Juni, Toboe, and May know what I look like human, I just hope they never see me when I'm a demon.
