Chapter 1: The Beginning

Justas lay among a bed of roses encompassed in blood and death. Upon his face he wore a smile so big it would put a Cheshire cat to shame.
“I just love playing with them first, gives me a rush.” Justas was a very good-looking young man. He had eyes the color of rarest jade, a smile like a flare, and lengthy dark blood hair that was straight as the horizon; he was just as deadly and corrupted, though as he was a vision to behold. It was how he picked up most of his victims.
“You little bastard, I should've known I couldn't trust you to keep charge of our little prisoners, didn't even leave a taste for me, did you?” stated a young woman teasingly from where she stood in the doorway. Alexia (the woman) walked sensuously up to Justas and began to lick the excess blood from his now perfectly luscious lips.
“Stop your games, it's not my fault they fell for me.” Justas said sensuously, eyes twinkling mischievously as he yanked his face from Alexia's teasing tongue. “Maybe next time, instead of working, you'll come join us.” Justas stretched lazily as if he were a sated cat and stepped off the bed towards Alexia, causing her to back away slightly as if this were a dance. He picked up a remote at the edge of the bed and pressed a button. The warm loving tones of Luther Vandross begin spilling out into the room from a small stereo situated in a far corner of the room. Justas got a feral gleam in his eyes, grabbed Alexia by the waist, picked her up and bashed her into the wall by the door. He then proceeded to press his lips to hers in a bruising embrace. Alexia moaned in pleasure, and Justas drew back saying” So that's the way you like it.”
Justas released Alexia allowing her to fall to the floor. He walked back to the bed and sat at the foot. “Too bad you won't get it again,” he stated coldly as he rolled back onto the bed. Alexia stormed out into the corridor beyond. Justas lay on the bed as the lights faded out; a slight purr escaping his smiling lips.
