Prologue
Warning- Majority of prologue contains a lemon.

Shane's lips brushed over an erect nipple, biting and kissing the bare chest below him as he thrust in and out of the writhing body. Hands ran up and down his back, fingers scraped at his scalp, yanking on his hair. A moan was released every other thrust, followed by choked sighs and whines of all tones. Shane didn't make a lot of noise, he kept his eyes shut and his mind focused on pretending that the boy he'd topped was not just some random whore at a bar, but someone he loved. It wasn't working very well though, the two voices were distinctly different, and Jason would never have such rough, annoying octopus hands that seemed to grab whatever the hell they came across. He also refused to believe that Jason was generally this horrible in bed.

In fact, this boy, whose named Shane could not remember, was so uninteresting, that the moment the phone rang Shane was happy to stop everything and pick it up.

“What the fuck?” The blond said, becoming somewhat uncomfortable having the other man just sitting idly inside him.

“Hello?” Shane breathed heavily, pushing his hair out of his face. The blond growled and started slowly moving up and down on his cock, making it extremely hard to talk on the phone without moaning.

“Shane?” The voice was feminine, and he recognized it. It had been a while since he'd heard it but it was like music to his ears to finally hear from someone he actually knew.

“Hey, Carly, what's up?” He said cheerfully, ignoring the man below him and his desperate attempt to make Shane start moving again.

“Shane…” Her voice was soft, and it didn't sound too cheerful. In fact it sounded remorseful, which was all together a bad sign, Carly being in a bad mood is a rare thing, but always leads to something negative.

“What is it?” The cheerfulness left Shane's voice and the blond stopped, noticing the change in mood and becoming curious of it.

“Um, well, Shane?” She recited his named for the third time. “I- I'm… pregnant,” Just those words alone caused Shane to immediately lose whatever erection he had, as well as losing all desire to continue the shitty sex.

“Shit,” He breathed, not even thinking before pulling out of the body below him. He ignored the blond's profane objection and rolled over to the other side of the bed. “Is it mine?” He asked silently.

“It has to be,” Carly cried. “I mean, you're the first guy I've had intercourse with since a few months ago when I got tested because of Brian,” She was sobbing. “I'm sorry, Shane… I…” Her breath hitched, all Shane could do was listen. “It's all my fault, I shouldn't have done that to you, I didn't even think to use a condom or anything, damn it, I'm so sorry,” She sobbed into the phone, biting her lip to try and hold it back.

“It's okay, Car, okay, just wait. I'll come over,” Shane stood up.

“I don't have money for an abortion Shane, my dad has barely enough but if he uses it… we'll lose a few meals and I… I can't keep it, I don't know what to do, I don't want to… to give birth. God, that's like my worst nightmare,” She cried.

“Carly, it's going to be fine, all right,” Shane said firmly. “I'm coming over right now, I'll see you in like, fifteen minutes, okay? Just calm down,” He picked up his pants and started pulling them on without his boxers. There was a small squeak into the phone and Shane took it as an okay.

“All right, I'll see you, hang in there,” With that, Shane hung up the phone. Suddenly remembering he wasn't alone, he turned his head toward the blond boy behind him, who looked concerned.

“Um, sorry,” Shane muttered, trying hard to remember the guy's name. “…Cody, I have to go. I… I got my friend pregnant,” Shane almost laughed at his words, that wasn't something he'd ever imagine himself saying.

“Oh,” Cody replied, that's funny, he'd been under the impression that this guy was gay, not bi. “Sorry to hear that, I'll go then,” He sighed, ignoring his erection and grabbing his pants.

“Look, I'm really sorry, there's like, fifty dollars in my wallet, and you can take a shower or whatever,” Shane offered apologetically.

“Okay, by the way, it was really great while it lasted,” a hint of smile came over Cody's face and he leaned over, kissing Shane on the lips. “See-ya, maybe,” with that he was headed for the bathroom, clothes in hand.

Shane sat for a few moments on his bed, he thought he'd really fucked up everything, that nothing else could go wrong for him. But at the moment, this was more important than Jason, he was starting to realize that a lot of things were more important than Jason; more important than his own personal welfare.

PLEASE READ THIS AUTHER'S NOTE!
A/n: So, here it is, the prologue of book two, finally. Ugh… I have a good reason as to why this took so long. To be honest, I was debating over whether I even wanted to write it or not. Here's why…

I want to re-write book 1. I don't mean just go through and ix mistakes, ad things and take things out. I mean like really, re-write it. There's hardly anything I like about book 1 now, now that I've started on another novel and realized it's really sort of cheesy and pointless. Basically, if I do re-write it, it'll have the same characters, and the same general directions and plot, but things will happen differently. I won't have just random scenes, pointless characters or any of that. The happenings in the first eight chapters will be completely re-done, and in fact, the beginning and how things come together will be entirely changed. I'm going to re-write it either way. But, I want to ask you all a question:

Okay, so should I start on book two now, or after I finish the re-write of book one? Keep in mind, whether I decide to write book 2 at the same time or not, I am going to start re-doing book one soon. If I do start writing book two now, the updates will take quite a while most likely, not only because I'd like to more focus on the re-write, but I have another novel I'm working on all together. Also, keep in mind that book two will probably have some things in it that only apply to the /new/ book 1, so it might get confusing…

…anyway, whatever the replies, I'm going to post chapter one to the re-write hopefully very soon. If there are no reviews on this prologue, I'm not going to write a book two until book one is finished. That's that.

Oh, and I'd like to once again recommend my newer story, `A Fugitive and Me' if you liked `Desires' it's not only more well written but I plan to try for publication of some sort with it and would like all the input I can get. It's also Slash/Yaoi ^-^.
