Tai rounded the big oak in the cemetery. His eyes were filled with both anger and sadness. “I will find the man who killed my sister and rip his head off!” he thought. Mrs. Julian, a former friend to Tai’s mother came over. “I would’ve thought this day would come much later for Alexis” she said. “So did I,” he stopped for a minute, “I still can’t even think she not here, now with us. Tai walked off to his car. He drove into the street and headed toward the busy highway. “Tai, you’ve had it rough the past few days but you still need to do your job,” said Saline as Tai walked into work the next week. The announcer on the TV that Saline was watching announced a breaking news story. “A suspect in the murder of Alexis Stone has just been spotted heading north on hwy 32. Police are in hot pursuit, we will have more as the story continues.” Tai grabbed his suit and ran out the door. “Tai wait! Come back!” said Saline.
