The hands began dragging me. It took my eyes some time to adjust, after being in the darkess for so long. Once I regained my vision, I saw it was two people in white dragging me. Whenever I tried to get to my feet, the people in white would jerk my arms so I would fall forward. Eventually I gave up my futile effort to stand, and just allow them to bring me to their destination. I realised that this is the time to observe my surroundings. It was the same long colourless corridor from before. Soon we approached a large steel door with a alphanumeric key pad next to it. One of the people in white pushed my head down, not wanting me to see the pass code. To their misfortune I could vaguely see the buttons the other pushed : SYN13.
I could hear the gears turning, followed by the door slowly beginning to move upward into the wall. The room beyond was the white room. The two people in white threw me into the room. The door slammed shut behind me, leaving a ringing noise in my ears. I lay on the smooth white floor beneath me for a moment, expecting more people in white to come for me. No one came for me. Cautiously I stood up. The light coming from the high ceiling in this room was very bright. In the center of the room was the examination table i was put on previously. It was smooth and white, like the floor, and the rest of the room, even the door was painted white. The brown leather bonds dangled on either side of the table, the metal buckles gently making contact with the table making a quiet clinking nosie. Atop the table was a white piece of clothing, four holes were in it, one for the head, two for the arms, the bottom open for the legs. I clothed myself with this. Above the table was a large, examination lamp. Beside the examination table was a small white table built into the floor, upon it was a metal tray with surgical instruments on it. Near the bottom of the tray was a syringe filled with a
clear substance.
The gears in the door began to turn again. It was yet again, another person in white, except this time there was no mask. It was the face of a male, early sixties, glasses, short greying hair. He had a kind face, and soft blue eyes. He held a clipboard underneath his arm. He spoke gently to me, "Please, take a seat" The man gestured at the examination table. I was in shock for a few moments, I haven't had communiction with another being before. The man spoke again "If you'd rather stand, that is fine also." I walked over the the examination table and took a seat, being slightly wary of the bonds. "Ah, very good then." Said the man with a breif smile. "How are you feeling?" He said this so casually to me. "I-I." I cleared my throat, "I want to know what kind of experiments have been practiced upon me, who I am, where I am, who are you people." The man avoided my question "Please answer my question, how are you feeling?" I felt slight annoyance toward him. " I feel fine, now please answer my question, what kinds of experiments have been practiced upon me?" My voice wasn't as calm as I spoke this, the man took notice of that. He quickly wrote down a few notes, and proceeded to leave.
"Wait!" I stood up.
"There are things I must ask of you."
"My apologizes, but I am not obligated to answer such questions"
"I must have these answers for if I do not receive them, I fear I shall go mad."
"Then mad you shall go. Two gentlemen will be here shortly to escort you back to your cell."
I stood there my mouth agape. The gears of the door began to turn, and the man left. I sat back down with my head in my hands. Two of the people in white came, and more dragged then escorted me back to the cell. I lay on the cement floor where they threw me, pondering what had just happend
