Prologue



In the beginning, the Gods bestowed upon the World five Scrolls of Judgment.

Each scroll blessed the Continent where it rested with the powers of the scriptures written within.
The Scroll of Humanity, spread kindness and calm for all throughout the Islands of Rawel, a resting place for the victims of war.
The Scroll of Creation, gave the people of Falore the understanding of balance. Respect for the spirits gave the land peace, but the ability to create is a dangerous tool.
The Scroll of Ages gave the land of Windain the wisdom of the Gods, but knowledge is power and was sought after by many.
The Scroll of Spirit engulfed the people of Sundara, strength and courage flowed through them and the will to fight for what was theirs, but not always for what was right.
The Scroll of Prosperity brought success and wealth to the Continent of Talgaia, but also selfishness and greed filled the hearts of its people.

Great wars ravished the World for generations, Empires collapsed and hero's fell. Mans greatest goal was to control the five Scrolls of Judgment, but it was also mans biggest mistake.
Finally peace came about once again and the scrolls were laid to rest, their powers locked away only emitting small amounts of their immense strength.

But what lies dormant, can only awaken.
Let time be the Judge of all...
