Sloan was driving Kenya home when suddenly a motorbike came out of nowhere and stopped just a few meters ahead of them. He immediately stepped on the breaks to avoid collision.
The rider was no other than Damien Monraegon.
The encounter between Sloan and Daemon severed all ties, no matter how flimsy they already were. Kenya had stopped seeing Daemon because he'd almost killed Sloan in that fight, and Sloan was still stuck in the hospital, recovering.
Nobody in school knew about it, the details were too painful to tell to anybody, especially when Daemon revealed Stelix and Sloan's connection and what had happened between them before the brawl.
Life has moved on but it wasn't the same as it used to be. Kenya spent a lot of tears crying over what she thought was real and ended up deciding not to let Sloan go. They were to remain as a couple only for a show, or else she assured him that he would lose everything he has worked hard for.
Daemon and Stelix were another story. After all that happened, they began spending a lot of time together, leading to Daemon's confession.

Daemon and Stelix were another story. After all that happened, they began spending a lot of time together, leading to Daemon's confession.
Stelix was a bit reluctant to accept him, but he assured her that everything was going to be smooth and promised her that it wouldn't turn out to be like when she was with Sloan. She had seen the sincerity in his eyes and accepted his heart.
But stories are never-ending and when you thought happily-ever-after just got to home base, another once upon a time begins. The story starts up all over again.

“…I think I'm pregnant.” Kenya said, in a severely critical, and slightly frightened voice.
Daemon stared at her but did not show any reaction to what she just said.
“C'mon say something” Kenya said desperately.
“I have nothing to say at all.” Then he left. Just like that.
Buster, Rex and Stelix were playing poker when Daemon arrived at their usual lunch table. Immediately he went to sit next to his girlfriend, and kissed her forehead as a greeting.
“You're late?” she pouted
“The corridors are unusually crowded today.” Daemon commented and rested his head on Stelix's shoulder.
Rex stared at the two of them and mentally smirked, love does change people. But something was off with Daemon today, he just doesn't know what.
Kenya watched as Stelix and Daemon slept side by side under the shade of a tree. She touched her abdomen and suddenly felt hatred at the sight of them.
If she was having his baby, she wouldn't be raising it alone. She was going to make sure Stella Alexandra was going to give up her man.
“Ken, oral drills starts in five hurry” It was Pentraust.
Kenya gave the sleeping couple one last hateful look before following Pentraust to their classroom.
The look in Stelix's eyes was unreadable, and it didn't satisfy Kenya at all. Kenya was more than a little disappointed. She was hoping her composure would crumple away and Stelix would run away to Daemon, but this girl stood tall and just smirked at her as if the news she broke in was nothing but a failed joke.
“Kenya McEmily how low could you get?” Stelix asked. She had her arms crossed in front of her chest.
Kenya's eyes narrowed at her question, that reaction earned her a chuckle from Stelix.
“You? Pregnant with Daemon's child?” Stelix scoffed and then laughed “You're insane.”
Kenya smiled “Maybe. But it doesn't change the fact that I am pregnant with your boyfriend's child.”
Stelix gave her the finger. “Are you tired of Sloan, and now you're trying to get your hands on my boyfriend?”
It was Kenya's turn to chuckle “He was mine before he was yours.”
Stelix raised a brow “Really? You don't go for losers.”
“Hmm sarcasm I like that,” Kenya smiled “but I'm really glad you admitted you are a loser.”
Stelix raised her fist but Kenya stood her ground. “Try it and Daemon will surely go after you.”
`This girl was insane!' Stelix thought. Here she was lying to her face, and then threatening her that her own boyfriend would be pissed at her for hurting a bitch like Kenya, like how she truly deserves. “You are sick!” Stelix spat
“I know, and so are you so why don't you ask your boyfriend and he'll surely tell you everything I've said is all true. And maybe, just maybe, you'll feel shameful by how you acted in front of me.”
Stelix's expression turned cold, and without hesitation slapped Kenya across the face. The force of the hit left a reddened mark on Kenya's face.
“Just to let you know, Kenya, I'm not afraid of anybody. And I'm surely not even afraid karma itself.”
Daemon was busy thinking about the things Kenya told him. He had been calculating the possibilities all day and every answer lead to a yes: Kenya may be pregnant with his child. His train of thought was lost when somebody knocked on his door.
When he opened it he was surprised to find Stelix carrying a small knapsack with her.
“What are you doing here?” he asked, clearly not expecting this.
Stelix shrugged “I'm sleeping over, can't sleep alone” Then she shoved him out of her way and settled her things on his bed.
“Uhmm” She blushed despite herself. “Could you put some shorts on? Seeing you only in your boxers makes me…very uncomfortable.”
Daemon laughed deeply and complied.
Stelix lay in bed widely awake. She stared at Daemon's alarm clock and realized its past midnight. She turned and smiled as she saw Daemon's peaceful expression. She slowly lifted her hand to lightly touch the bridge of his nose.
To her surprise, his hand caught hers midway. A grin appeared on his lips as he slowly opened his eyes. Stelix shuffled in bed and stared at the ceiling, trying to stop herself from smiling.
“Awake I see?” Daemon teased.
Stelix bit her lip fighting back the blush that was coming, but failed miserably. Daemon rolled his eyes at Stelix before poking at her side. She yelped.
“Don't tickle me” Stelix growled and turned to her side away from him, trying to ignore Daemon.
Daemon shook his head wrapped his arms around his girlfriend. “Something bothering you?”
Stelix slowly nodded her head.
Behind her, whatever content Daemon was feeling, having her with him here just lying together, was erased. “What?” He frowned. He waited as Stelix shuffled in his hold to face him.
She slowly ran her finger on his bare chest and sighed. “I had a chat with Kenya today.”
Instantly he went rigid and tightened his hold around his girlfriend but stayed quiet for her to continue.
“We talked about a lot of things about you… and she said…” There was hesitation in her voice, “she thinks she's pregnant with your child.”
The bomb was dropped.
Daemon gritted his teeth. What does Kenya want?! He buried his nose on Stelix's dark hair and opted not to answer, because really, he did not know what to say.
“It's not true, right?” Stelix lifted her head to stare at him, hoping to find the answer in his eyes. Daemon could see how desperate and worried she was, and he hated Kenya for letting Stelix feel that way. Although he promised Stelix that he would keep no secrets, sometimes it is for the best if the person who you happen to care for the most doesn't know anything.
He gave her a reassuring smile. “Of course it's not true, why would Kenya say that?”
Stelix thought about it for awhile and shrugged.
“She's trying to get back at me maybe?” She winced “It's because of us that Sloan's stuck in the hospital right now.”
“The bastard deserved it.” Daemon muttered
Stelix smacked his chest. “Hey!”
He pouted “What? You still love him?”
She shook her head no.
“Good to know, coz it would really hurt my ego if you leave me to be with him again.”
She stared at him for a long time. “That's so not gonna happen, I'd tattoo my back `sinful' if that ever happens.” Then she lifted her arm and carefully placed two fingers on his lips. “You showed me more love than he ever did, Daemon.” The way she said his name so delicately made him hood his eyes and pull her closer.
Kenya felt the hard impact as she was being shoved against the door of the janitor's room. Her eyes widened as she stared at Daemon's angry ones.
“Leave my girlfriend alone” he growled.
Kenya smirked “That's not going to happen, not unless you come back to me.”
He hissed and strucked the door behind her. She gulped, frightened. “Why are you doing this?” He asked loudly, coldly.
“I want you back” she croaked.
“Can you hear what you're saying?”
Kenya glared at him. “I absolutely can, and I want you back because my child needs a father and…” she blinked back her tears “I still love you.” Her courage would not leave her now as she spoke the words with all the truth and emotion she could muster.
He groaned angrily in frustration. “Fuck you.”
Kenya's tears fell from her eyes as the words escaped his lips.
“You freaking have Sloan-“
“I'll leave him for you-“ She said instantly. She was willing to throw her useless boyfriend away as a bargain.
“You're a liar. You don't love me, you love him and you're doing this as an act of revenge on Stelix.”
“I am not” Kenya shouted “I've thought about this for days already-“
Daemon grabbed a fistful of his hair. “I'm not going back to you, no matter what!”
Kenya looked determined. “But I'll have you eventually.”
Daemon shoved her against the wall this time. “Stay away from Stelix, or-“
“Or what?” Kenya challenged.
Daemon backed away, and without hesitation said “I might hurt you even if I don't want to.” With that, he stalked away.
