She felt as if something was coming for her, something she feared. She did not know what this thing was, but, she still felt the pain in her chests as her heart pounded louder and louder. She listened to the creaks of the wind as it blew the large branches of the tree into the window. And she also heard howls it made throughout the small holes of the building.

She turned to look at the other three girls who were sleeping soundly as if there was no care in the world. She jumped back in fear hitting her forehead against a shelf that was over her head knowing her out.

Scene Two
[Dorm Room]

“Kimi-chan . . . Kimi-chan is you all right?” Sia (Roommate #1) shook her friend trying to wake her up. Kimi opened one of her eyes to see her friend’s big purple eyes in shock from finding her with a bloody forehead. She had hit her head so hard on the shelf that it had made a small cut that bleed and hardened on her forehead. Sia ran to the bathroom and came back with a washcloth and wipped Kimi’s forehead then places a band-aid on it to prevent any other blood to come out. Sia was one to always be concerned about people around her. She hopped to one day be a doctor’s assistance cause she wanted to help others the best she could. She was also known to being immature went it came to rich people. Sia had worked very hard to get into private boarding school. She made her own money to pay her way in by doing various jobs in town.
“Kimi-chan what happened? I know you’re clumsy a lot, but you’ve never sleep walked and hit your head before.” Sia then giggled at her friends and took her hand pulling her toward the drawers to get their school uniform. Their uniform was a cute sailor style one that was brown, black and pale yellow/dirty white colors. Sia was in this year’s Council and was put in change of designing this year’s uniform and she was well proud of her work. “I’m fine, really! I must of sleep walked and hit my head that’s all”

Karuka (Roommate #2) looked at the uniform in disgusted. “
Why do I have to wear such a bad uniform, you should have added more colors and elegance to it, Sia-san . . . ” She looked at Sia in disgust. Sia turned her head at her madly. “Well I can’t please everybody now, Karuka-san, so stop acting like a spoiled brat!” Karuka had come from a rich family that sent her off to study in the private boarding school, because they were always traveling. They would send her many lovely items from their trips and at lest a good half of the boarding room she claimed as her own. She did not like to get along with common people, and she found them boring. Karuka turned away from Sia and continued to get ready for classes.

As the two fought, Kimi looked down remembering what she had seem in her dream, ignoring the fight between the two girls.
Hana (Roommate #3) dropped the book she was reading to observe the distractions happening in the room. Like always, Hana was already in her uniform going over her notes for their upcoming class. She was always one to get things done first and the best and read nearly every book she could get her hands on. She scanned the room and noticed Kimi in a depressed state. She put down her book and walked over to Kimi’s side.

“Kimi-chan?. . . Kimi-chan?” Kimi was still in the middle of getting ready but was lost in her thoughts about the things she had seen. She tried to remember what she was doing before she closed her eyes and the dream came to her. She shook her head not being able to remember it all when all of a sudden a warm hand touched her right shoulder and jumped from shock. Hana stared at her with her big green eyes half covered with her long red bangs which always hid her expression. Kimi turned away from Hana. “I’m fine, sorry I must have just blanked out for a second.” She laughed and finished putting on hr uniform and grabbed Hana’s arm. “Let get going! I feel like something wonderful might happen today!” announced Kimi happily hiding her thoughts to herself. Sia quickly put on her uniforms and followed Kimi and Hana out the room with Karuka still angry following well behind them.

They had been getting lots of abnormal weather as of late. On their first day of classes and it was beginning to get cold. Summer was over and like usual classes begun once again. Kimi and her friends were beginning their tenth grade and this history class was to review the stuff they had learned last year.

Her parents had died in a tragic accident leaving her father’s only known relative to take care of her, since her mother had no living relatives. Her mother had been an only child like her father, but she had also lost her parents at a young age while her husband still had his mother. Her grandmother was always busy taking care of own things to care for a child. So, she took the money that Kimi’s parents had left for Kimi to send her off to study.

Kimi then thought of her dream again when she suddenly remembered the wings that flew by her window that was glowing an amber yellow light. Kimi got chills remembering it. She was spaced out by her visions that she did not hear her name being called from up-front.
Kimi-san, please read lines at page eighty-three, line twelve . . . Kimi-san . . . Kimi-san are you listening to me?” the teacher snapped at her. Sia turned toward her and shook her to get her attention. Kimi spanned out of it and looked at Sia wondering what was going on. “Now that your back with us, could you read the next lines at page eighty-three line twelve thank you.” The teacher repeated. Kimi got up and started to read trying to forget what had happened the night before, but it was stuck in the back of her head throughout the morning.

When she did, she looked up at Kimi with her deep purple eyes and the wind brew trough the window beside them that made Sia’s long golden blond hair dance in the wind. Kimi had always admired Sia’s beauty, especially her golden hair which she tied the top half in a small ponytail leaving the rest dragging on her shoulders. “What is Sia-chan?” Kimi asked looking back at Sia’s face which looked to be concerned and worried. “I was wondering what happened back there in class, was it something to do with what happened this morning? You really seem out of it today, and its worrying me.” Kimi looked at the girl who looked like she was about to cry if she didn’t answer her question. They were glad to be going thought junior high together.

Kimi looked down and started to tell her friend about the strange thing she saw at the window last night and about the dream she had after she had closed her eyes. Kimi explained about how she felt she had met this person once before, but didn’t know where she had met him.
And that’s all I can remember about it. I know I heard that voice before, but I can’t remember where. I feel so confused.”

Sia smiled at her and grabbed her giving her a big hug. “Don’t worry. I’m sure you’ll figure out who it was sooner or later, don’t worry about it so much, you’ll just drive yourself mad that way. And that thing you saw in the window, you were just tired and seen things or you just dreamed it. Remember went we were kids? I told you monsters don’t exist and I proved it! There was no monster in that closet!” Kimi looked up at her friend that was holding her in her arms in a protective and caring manner. Sia had always been the one to listen to her went she was feeling down and always knew what to tell her to feel better. But the questions still remained at the back of her mind. Sia let her go and began finishing her Bento and Kimi followed.

“Do not touch Nozomi-chan. You dirty dark bird.” The man said angrily looking at the scary one. He extended out his arm and it started to glow a deep ember yellow color and a decorative stick appeared in his hand. He then began to chant some secret language words “Kamar Satteru Yan Sate!” Kimi then recognized that the man’s robe looked like the one from her dream as the scary man disappeared from in front of her running away. He had been afraid of the blond haired man.

The man came forward and reached out his hand to her.
