Shinn: Heh. Sugartown huh? And the first demon captured?

Siri: Well, it looks like I'll be one step closer to completing my quest.

Shinn: Yeah, but what about MY quest? When the hell am I gonna find the keeper of the light?

Siri: I don't know.

Shinn: I'm gonna haveta talk about the author about that. And a few other things too. Like when the hell am I gettin' paid.

Lue: Patience, Shinn. In time, you'll find the answers to all of your questions.

Nuri: Hey Lue, I was wondering, will I ever win Shinn's heart?

Shinn: Fuck no!

Siri: Will I be able to complete my quest?

Xuyen: Will I win Nuri's love?

Kudosai: Will we all get a happy ending?

Nuriko: Is Takea coming back?

Pimp: Will I get my revenge on a certain Nightwalker?

Lue: Hey, hey! Alright now! Too many questions to answer right now. I said to be patient and the answers will come!

Shinn: Well can I at least get a fuckin' get a hint or something?

Siri: He said to be patient. Oh and Shinn, <smacks him> watch your language.

Shinn: Ow! Ya gotta quit doin' that, woman! Ow!

Alright Lets move on to the tenth episode!

(So, our heroes and heroines had finally arrived to Sugartown. They stood behind two rainbow colored lollypop statues holding a sign that read "Welcome to Sugartown". They walked passed the statues and entered the town. The group, with the exception of Shinn and maybe Suki, looked at the different buildings and shops. Every building had all kinds of decorations of candies, cookies, lolly-pops, etc. There were all kinds of candy shops, shops for materials to make your own candy, shops for candy flavored meats, noodles, and such. They also had a dentist with a long line of people waiting. Mostly children complaining about how bad their teeth hurt and their mothers tried to do all they can to calm them down, or shut them up. Kudosai laughed out loud as he looked at the dentist building but quickly covered his mouth with his hand to make it not look like he was laughing, but he still giggled to himself.)

Kudosai: (whispers to Siri) Seeing that this is the town of sweets, of course they would have a dentist with a long ass line of children and their parents. Heh. Kinda funny.

Siri: Yeah well lets just hope none of us end up there. Heh.

(The gang soon arrived to the middle of the town. On the left of them were a few candy and cookie shops. On the right of them was the quad area of the town. There were small tables for two or three and there was a stage for I guess for special events or concerts and such like that. On the stage, there was a happy, energetic-like woman in a revealing outfit, almost like a maid type outfit but not quite. The colors of the outfit were pink and white and she had little candy ornaments on her outfit. She was speaking abut the different types of shops and tourist attractions and stuff. So she must've been hired to inform tourists of the highlights of the town. The ordinary townspeople just passed her by without listening. A few lost tourists would occasionally stop by and ask her questions and she would answer them. The group went to the quad area and started sitting down at the tables. Shinn, walks up close to the stage to listen to the woman. His eyes were fixed on the woman's, um, breasts, which the outfit was made to make the look big. Though he was still listening to her as she spoke, kinda.)

Woman: WELCOME TO SUGARTOWN!! THE MOST SAFEST, MOST KID-FRIENDLY TOWN IN THE NATION!! HERE WE HAVE SWEETS OF ALL KINDS, AS WELL AS FOOD THATS FLAVORED WITH YOUR FAVORITE SWEETS! THERE IS NOTHING SOUR, WELL EXCEPT FOR SOUR CANDY, OR SPICY IN THIS TOWN! WE ALSO DON'T HAVE ANY SAKE OR ANY OTHER ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN THIS TOWN! 'CAUSE WE LIKE TA KEEP THIS TOWN CLEAN! YEAH!!

Shinn: WHAT???!!! Are you serious!? No sake!!!

Woman: Yep! I'm serious! There's no sake anywhere in town!

Shinn: Thats bullshit!

Woman: Bullshit it may be, but its true! Ya won't find a drop of sake anywhere!

Shinn: Shit! Dammit! Ya gotta be fuckin' Kiddin' me!

(Suddenly, Shinn gets smacked in the back of the head, by, you guessed it, Siri. Nuriko smacked him as well as she walked to Siri and stood by her.)

Shinn: OW! What was THAT for!?

Siri: For swearing.

Nuriko: I just smacked you just because.

Shinn: Well all thats gotta stop!

Siri: Stop swearing and we'll stop hitting you.

Shinn: ....Crank!

(Shinn walks away.)

Siri: You'd better meet back up with us, Shinn!

Shinn: Whatever.

Nuriko: <to the woman on stage> So miss, do you know where a really good ice cream shop is?

Woman: Well there are plenty of shops, but a really good one...hmm...I guess the best one would be the "Ice Cream Shoppe", Which is over there. <points straight down>

Siri: Have you heard anything strange or unusual happen lately?

Woman: Well, not really. Oh! Well there was this one shop called "The Candy Shop" that got robbed a few days ago. Other than that, nothing much.

Nuriko: <to Siri> Wanna go to The Candy Shop?

Siri: I guess so. Just to investigate whats going on.

Nuriko: Okay.

(Josh walks up to Siri and Nuriko to find out whats going on.)

Josh: So, what are you guys planning on doing?

Siri: We're going to The Candy Shop.

Josh: Which candy shop?

Siri: The Candy Shop.

Josh: I know but which one? There are a lot of candy shops around. Pretty much every shop here basically.

Siri: The one thats called, "The Candy Shop"

Josh: Well I don't know! They all look the same! I don't see any difference!

Siri: Well thats where we're going. You're welcome to come with us if you want.

(Lue walks up to Nuriko and Siri.)

Lue: Hey, whats up you guys.

Nuriko: Hey whats up.

Siri: We're going to a candy shop thats been robbed to investigate. Wanna go?

Lue: Sure.

Josh: Well, looks like the four of us are going on our own adventure, again.

Nuriko: Yeah. Just like the good old days.

Siri: Lets go.

(Kudosai walks up to Siri.)

Kudosai: Hey. I told everyone that we should meet at the Sugartown Sweet hotel in about an hour. So meet us there.

Siri: 'Kay.

(So, the gang went their separate ways. Siri, Nuriko, Josh, and Lue went off, looking for a shop called "The Candy Shop". They ended up finding the shop they were looking for. "The Candy Shop". It had a sign on the front the read "Re-opened". Meaning that the store must've been re-opened after the robbery. The four went inside. There was only one customer inside who was just leaving. There were all types of candies and such all over. There was a middle-aged man at the front counter counting money. The four walked up to the counter.)

Clerk: "I'll take you to the candy shop, I'll let you lick the lollypop"-OH! <to the group> Uh-hello there! Welcome to the candy shop! May I help you?

Siri: Yes. Hi, my name is Siri and we're here to ask you a few questions regarding the robbery of your store a few days back.

Clerk: You aren't some friggin' bounty hunter ass-holes are you?

Siri: Why, no. Not at all. We're part of an organization of a church thats very far away. We're investigating weird stuff thats been going on lately, and the robbery of your store just happens to be on the top of our list.

Clerk: Oh. Those damn bounty hunters have been in here hollering at me all day! Sorry. So you're investigating weird stuff, huh? You guys must not have much of a list. But then again, this IS one strANGE robbery.

Siri: Yep. Very strange.

Clerk: Well, I'm not the owner of the store. The owner witnessed the robbery. He's out because somehow, he got sick from the robbery.

Siri: How is he sick from the robbery?

Clerk: Well, he said that that night when he was closing down the shop, when, well, its kinda weird, but thats what he said happened. Anyway, that night he was closing down shop, when children broke all the windows to get inside and started stealing the candy and messin' everything up. He tried to stop them, when they put, I don't know, some kind of spell on him thats makin' him very sick.

Siri: How did the children put a spell on him?

Clerk: Well, they must've been possessed or somethin'. 'Cause he said they had red eyes and they were all in their pajamas too. Like they just woke up, an' decided to rob the place.

Josh: Why would children wake up and decide to rob a candy store. I know most like candy, but damn.

Lue: I think demons had something to do with this.

Siri: You may be right, but why would demons send children to rob a candy store.

Lue: Don't know. That part doesn't make sense to me.

Siri: Judging from the story, the children couldn't have done that on free will. I'm pretty sure that it must be the demons that we're looking for. But why...would they want candy?

Nuriko: Maybe they might be looking for something that they think is at a candy shop.

Josh: Yeah, but what?

Siri: Hmm...<to clerk> Did you have anything in you shop that is rare or might have some sort of value?

Clerk: Other than money, no.

Siri: ...Well I don't think the demons are interested in money.

Clerk: It wasn't just us that got robbed either. As a matter of fact, a few other shops have been robbed by the same children a couple of weeks ago. The same thing that happened to us.

Siri: Well they must be looking for something that they think is hidden in one of the shops.

Josh: Well what we've gotta find out is what are they looking for and where they're gonna strike next.

Siri: Okay, One more question: what time do you close?

Clerk: Well, all the shops usually close at the same time. we usually close down at around midnight. Sometimes a little later like 1 or 2am.

Siri: Okay, well thats all of the questions I have for you. Good-bye and may your boss get well soon.

Clerk: Hey don't worry. I can take care of this place. Ya sure ya don't wanna buy any candy?

Siri: Yeah we're sure.

Clerk: Okay. See ya.

(So the four left the store and headed into the path that they were walking before to go to the Sugartown Hotel. They didn't have to walk far. The Sugartown Sweet Hotel was the building next to the quad area. They were the first to arrive there. By now, it would be ten minutes before everyone would have to meet up at the hotel. Kudosai and Pimp with Shido were walking down the town, looking around at all the shops. Apparently, the group had forgot all about Shido at the forest. But, Shido just kept going without everyone else and had actually got to Sugartown way before the rest of the group. Even through all the mist and everything in that forest he never lost sight of the right direction and kept going. "I am really sorry, Kudosai." He said to Kudosai after they ran into each other and told their stories. "I have been so used to wandering and traveling by myself, sometimes when I am actually traveling with other people and the group gets lost I end up going on without them. I am always concentrated on the path ahead of me and sometimes nothing else." "It's okay, ya?" Kudosai replied. "Next time, try to wait and get lost with us, ya?" Anyway, they were heading to the hotel that everyone was meeting at. Suddenly, Kudosai stopped at one of the shops and started staring at cookies. Shido and Pimp walk quickly over to him.)

Pimp: What? Why are you looking at sugar cookies?

Kudosai: Wow!

Pimp: Wow what? They're just cookies.

Kudosai: Not just any cookies. They're the most best tasting, and most expensive cookies in the nation!

Pimp: <looks at the price of the cookies with surprised, widened eyes> Damn! HELL yeah they're expensive!

Kudosai: Yeah but they're the best, ya? I'm so serious! One bite and you're hooked, ya? I gotta go buy some before I leave!

Shido: I think we should be getting to the hotel.

Kudosai: Oh yeah! We gotta get to the hotel!

Pimp: Well lets go instead of staring at sugar cookies!

(So the three walked on and soon, they arrived at the hotel. They walked in and seen Siri, Nuriko, Josh, and Lue at the lobby waiting. The three went over to them.)

Siri: Hey Kudosai.

Kudosai: Whats up!

Siri: Having fun so far?

Kudosai: Yeah. What about you?

Siri: Well, we went to to a robbed candy shop to investigate, and the demons that we're looking for might be here.

Kudosai: <to Nuriko> HA! See! And you thought demons wouldn't be here.

Nuriko: For you information, we don't really know that the demons are here. The keyword to her sentence was "might", meaning that the demons may be her or may not be here.

Kudosai: Well, she was leaning more towards, "Yeah. there are demons here."

Nuriko: How do YOU know?

Kudosai: Trust me. I can tell. I can tell by the small simple things that people barely notice and take for granted.

Nuriko: And what kind of "small simple things" are you talkin' about?

Kudosai: Oh, they're just things that people barely notice these days.

Nuriko: Whatever.

(Just then, Nuri, Elaine, and Suki walked in. Along with Nuriko's group: Kurou, Saoru, Aka, and Kudoso.)

Kurou: Well looks like everyone's here. And on time too.

Siri: All except for Shinn of course.

Kurou: Man, what the hell is wrong with that guy?

Siri: Don't know. But he definitely has a problem.

Kudosai: Well lets get the rooms.

Siri: Shouldn't we wait for Shinn?

Kudosai: Nah. We'll be waiting forever.

Siri: You're right.

Kudosai: 'Kay, we'll get two large suites: one for the guys and one for the girls. Anyone who is neither a guy or a girl can get their own room. Thats okay, ya?

Siri: Yeah I guess so.

(So the group ordered the suites. The guys suite was room 512, and the girls' suite was right next to theirs in room 513. So the group went to their assigned room and unpacked their belongings. In the guys' suite, Aka was at the window, looking down at the town.)

Kurou: Yo Aka, why are you looking at the window?

Aka: Lookin' for a virgin girl...

Kurou: You know, ya can't tell if a womans a virgin just by lookin' at them.

Aka: Some you can.

Kurou: Yeah but not all of them.

Aka: You know that Elaine chick?

Kurou: Yeah. The psychic right?

Aka: I'm kinda likin' her just a little. And I think she might be a virgin too. She'd be perfect.

Kurou: Nuriko'll kill you if you do it.

Aka: Yeah but I'm hungry. I haven't had any blood in a while.

Kurou: Thats 'cuz you're too picky.

Aka: I'm not picky! I just don't wanna get sick thats all!

Kurou: Yeah, but not all women who aren't virgins are sick.

Aka: Yeah but you can't tell which ones are and which ones aren't. Remember what happened to my cousin.

Kurou: Yeah, but still.

Aka: I really like that Elaine chick. But anyway, wanna help me find a virgin chick?

Kurou: Guess so. Not much else to do at the moment.

(So, most of the guys went out to their destinations except for Josh and Kudoso, who are vampires and needed to get their sleep. The girls went out as well, except for Siri (who was still getting ready to head out), and Nuriko (who is also a vampire and needed to get her rest as well). Kudosai walked out of the guys' suite and closed the door, when suddenly, he is pushed forward violently. He quickly turned around to see who pushed him. He sees Shinn.)

Kudosai: Shinn?! Where the hell are ya-

Shinn: <interrupting Kudosai> SHHHHHHHH! Keep your voice down! Now listen, I need you to do me a favor.

Kudosai: What?

Shinn: <whispering> Rumor has it those girls still have the sake they took away from me. I need you to distract Siri while I go get my bottle of sake she took.

Kudosai: <whispering> What?! I don't wanna do that to Siri. That wouldn't be right.

Shinn: Yeah, it wouldn't. But bein' good ain't gonna get you these sugar cookies.

(Shinn takes out a pack of a dozen of those expensive sugar cookies Kudosai got excited for earlier. Kudosai stared at the cookies with widened eyes as he drooled in excitement.)

Kudosai: Whoa! How the hell did you get tho-

Shinn: Yep. And they're all you too. That is, if you do me this one favor.

Kudosai: I don't know. I-

Shinn: Oh my, look at all these sugar cookies I was gonna give to Kudosai. But he won't do me this one small favor. Oh well, guess I'll haveta eat 'em myself.

Kudosai: No wait! Don't eat them!

Shinn: Will you do it then?

Kudosai: I-

Shinn: <takes one cookie out of the case> Okay, well I'll start eating them now.

Kudosai: No wait! C'mon Shinn! Can't we talk this over?

Shinn: We're talking now, fool, are ya gonna do it?

Kudosai: Well, I would. Its just that, I wanna be good to Siri-

Shinn: Cut the bullshit! Are ya gonna do it or not?

Kudosai: Um-

Shinn: Thats it! Say good bye to these cookies!

Kudosai: Alright!! I'll do it! Just give me the cookies!

Shinn: Whoa whoa! Not so fast! You get one for now. The rest you'll get when the job is done. <gives Kudosai the sugar cookie thats in his hand>

Kudosai: OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH! YUM! <he gobbles down the cookie quickly> Delicious!

Shinn: Okay, time to work. When she comes out of the room, try to get her to like out on the town or somethin' Oh, and make sure she doesn't lock the door. Okay?

Kudosai: Yeah yeah sure, ya?

Shinn: Alright.

(Shinn walks in the guys' suite and hides behind the door. Kudosai waits for Siri to come out. About a minute later, Siri walked out of the girls' suite, ready to go out. She takes out her key and gets ready to lock the door when Kudosai got right in front of her and held her hand that held her key away form the door.)

Kudosai: Hey Siri. Heh whats up?

Siri: Hey Kudosai.

Kudosai: Heh, whatcha doin'?

Siri: What does it look like I'm doing?

Kudosai: Getting ready to leave.

Siri: Heh, you guessed right.

Kudosai: Well uh, listen, I was just getting ready to leave too. How would you like it if I accompany you to wherever it is you're going.

Siri: Uh sure why not. Just let me lock the door. <she gets ready to lock the door when Kudosai stops her>

Kudosai: No! Uh you can't lock the door. Uh-one of the other girls might wanna come in before we get back.

Siri: They have their own keys.

Kudosai: Yeah but what if they lose them? Thats why we've got ours still unlocked.

Siri: Well, I guess you're right.

Kudosai: Okay, lets go. Wherever you wanna go, ya?

(So Siri and Kudosai left the hotel to go into town. Shinn walks out of the guys' suite and smiles.)

Shinn: Yeah! Nice one Kudosai. Now for stage two: get the sake.

(Shinn slowly and carefully opens the door to the girls' suite and slowly walks inside. Then, he carefully closes the door so that it doesn't make too much noise. The room was very dark which made it kinda hard for Shinn to see. He looked around for a minute before walking up to the dresser next to their futons that they had set up. He looked on the top of the dresser for his sake. He didn't find it. He started looking in the drawers to see if his sake would be in there. He checked all of the drawers, but he couldn't find it. So he looked around the room, looking for a possible place where his sake could be.)

Shinn: Damn! Can't find it! Okay, lets continue looking. Gotta find my sake.

(So Shinn keeps walking when he notices that in one of the futons, someone was sleeping. He walked up a little closer to the woman. He couldn't see her face because it was buried beneath the covers of the futon. All Shinn could make out of her was her long, black hair spread out over the pillow. Suddenly, Shinn sees a tall bottle of something that she was holding. He realizes that it was his bottle of sake that he was looking for.)

Shinn: Figures. They would leave Nuriko to guard my sake from me. <sigh> Shit! That bitch is always one step ahead of me.

(Shinn takes a few steps to Nuriko and the bottle of sake she had wrapped around her arms. He squats down and carefully extends his hand to grab the bottle.)

Shinn: <thinking> Damn! I hope she isn't gonna wake up when I take this bottle! You know how nightwalkers are. She could easily wake up even if I don't make a sound or anything.

(Shinn has his hand on the bottle. He starts to carefully pull the bottle towards him. He keeps doing this until he got the bottle close to his lap. The, he slowly and carefully tries to stand up with the bottle in hand. Suddenly, a hand with long, sharp nails, grabbed Shinn's wrist that connected to the hand that held the bottle, just before he could stand up. He looked at Nuriko and seen that her eyes were wide open and bloodshot red. She was in vampire form, and she was ready to attack. Shinn's eyes widened in a surprised, yet not surprised shock.)

Shinn: Shit! I knew this was gonna happen!

Nuriko: So, you think you can just walk in and take whatever you please? Not while I'm here!

(Nuriko growls viciously as she stands up, ready to attack. Her hand still wrapped around Shinn's wrist. Shinn takes a few steps backward to the window while still holding the bottle in his hand. Nuriko tackles him, and the two end up falling out of the window behind them. They were on the fourth story of the building, which was the top floor. So falling and not landing safely could hurt you. Shinn landed face-up on the ground, while Nuriko landed safely a little to the left of him. She grabs Shinn by the collar, before pulling him to his feet. Shinn realized that his bottle of sake was now on the ground and was broken. His sugar cookies were also on the ground, but he wasn't too concerned about those. He pushed Nuriko away, causing her to let go of his collar as he ran to his beloved sake. Mourning it dramatically as the liquor soaked into the ground.)

Shinn: NOOOOOOOOOOOO! MY SAKE! MY SAKE! MY SAKE! NOOOOOOOOOO!

Nuriko: Oh yeah!? Well thats what you get for being so sneaky!

Shinn: Aw shut up! If you weren't carrying the bottle before you tackled me, it would've been safe still!

Nuriko: What are you talking about! YOU were the one holding the bottle! And it would still be safe if ya didn't sneak in!

(Nuriko changes back in to human form. Siri and Kudosai ran up to Nuriko. Kudosai was staring at the two in fear.)

Siri: What on earth happened here?

Nuriko: Shinn was trying to sneak in our room and take the bottle of sake that you took from him.

(Siri walks up to Shinn and smacks him.)

Shinn: OW! Quit it! Aw-! Everythings ruined!

Siri: Shinn you knew that was a bad thing to do! What are we going to do about the window?

Nuriko: Shinn can pay to fix it.

Shinn: What!? Hey! <points to Nuriko> YOU were the one who pushed me in to the window! YOU pay for it!

Nuriko: Well its YOUR fault this whole incident even happened!

Shinn: Alright fine! I'll pay, but NO more smacking!

Siri: Don't do anything bad and I won't smack you.

Shinn: By the way...Kudosai.

(Shinn picks up his sugar cookies and wipes away all the dirt off of the case that held the before giving them to Kudosai.)

Kudosai: (Nervously) W-what?

Shinn: Here. Take your sugar cookies. I don't like all that sugar anyway. Thanks for you help though.

Kudosai: (nervous sort of) Umm, thanks, ya?

Shinn: <looks at Siri> Oh! I probably shouldn't have done that yet.

Siri: Well, it makes sense now.

Kudosai: (Nervously) What makes sense, Siri?

Siri: You tricked me into leaving the door unlocked so Shinn could sneak in.

Kudosai: Umm...well I-

Siri: Well, I guess thats why you can't trust anyone these days.

Kudosai: Siri, I-

Siri: Why don't you go and see if you can find any more leads to the demons... <to Nuriko> So what are you gonna do now, Nuriko?

Nuriko: Well, I'm awake now. No use in trying to go back to sleep. Lets go get some ice cream.

(Siri and Nuriko walk off to a nearby ice cream shop.)

Kudosai: Siri! Wait a minute!

Shinn: Heh. Sounds like I'm not the only one whos in deep shit. Its gonna take a long time to win her trust back. Good luck with that.

(Shinn walks away. Not knowing exactly where to go next, he just walks around.)

Shinn: Damn! That was the only bottle of sake in town! Shit! I need some sake! Okay, gotta calm down! Gotta think of something other than sake. Lets see...how about...women...yeah...how they can be so pretty and sexy yet annoying and confusing at the same time.

(Shinn stops walking and stands by an un lit light pole.)

Shinn: Yeah...and sometimes how they like to joke around with you...all of the special features they have...soft, round curves...AW NO! NO NO NO! Can't think about girls either! Gotta find something else to occupy my time.

(Shinn looks around for anything that he could to not think about sake or women. He soon sees a place the had a bulletin board with a bunch of papers posted on it. He walks up to them and starts reading the paper that read: "Most Wanted Criminals in Sugartown".)

Shinn: Well well well. Look at what we got here. Most wanted criminals in Sugartown. Number one. Reward: 400,000. Hmm, not bad. Name: Unknown. Age: Unknown. All of that other crap: unknown. Crime committed: Kidnaping. Oh so this guys' one of those sickos I see. Not a very good picture of him though. You can't even tell what he looks like. Hmm...this is perfect. I need a challenge like this. I haven't went bounty hunting in a while. Not since the "Nuriko" incident. This'll be good for me.

(Shinn walks off once again to investigate. Meanwhile, in a non-alcoholic drink bar, Kudosai sat at the counter as the bartender gives Kudosai another glass of non-alcoholic sake.)

Bartender: Here you go. Another non-alcoholic sake for you sir.

Kudosai: Yeah good. Keep 'em comin'.

Bartender: Uh, don't you think you've had enough? I know its non alcoholic, but damn.

Kudosai: No, I'm fine, ya?

Bartender: Something wrong, man?

Kudosai: Well, it's none of your business, but I'll tell you anyway, ya? Do you know about those expensive sugar cookies that are so good?

Bartender: Heh do I? Of course I do! I'm building up a savings account to get 'em. Not having much luck though.

(So, Kudosai tells the bartender about the incident that happened.)

Bartender: Oh, I see.

Kudosai: I really didn't wanna deceive her like that. It was just that, I wanted those sugar cookies.

Bartender: You know, I hear cases like this all the time. Cases worse than this.

Kudosai: Really?

Bartender: Yeah. The things that people do for those cookies. Those cookies must have crack in 'em or somethin'.

Kudosai: Probably, but what should I do?

Bartender: Well, the only things you can do now is apologize and hope she forgives you.

Kudosai: And what if she doesn't forgive me?

Bartender: Well then you're screwed. She never trust you the same way again.

Kudosai: Damn.

Bartender: I would suggest getting her some chocolates and flowers. The chocolates and flowers store sells 'em for 200. Pretty good deal.

Kudosai: Kay, well thanks for the advice.

Bartender: No problem. Glad I could help.

(Kudosai gets up and walks out of the bar. And ventures off to go buy flowers and chocolates to prepare to apologize to Siri for what he did. So the rest of the day wore on and sundown had arrived. Everyone went back to the hotel to get ready for the special dinner they had planned in the dinning room of the hotel. Siri stood at the public balcony that was about four or five rooms from the guys' and girls' suites. She just looked down at the towns-people and tourists walking around living their lives. Kudosai walked up to her with the flowers and chocolates in hand. Siri turns her head towards him and the quickly turns away.)

Kudosai: Hey Siri.

Siri: Hey Kudosai.

(There is a long pause. Finally, Kudosai speaks.)

Kudosai: Look, I'm sorry about earlier today. I didn't mean to deceive you like that. It was wrong. I did it only for the sugar cookies. Its just that, they're so good. If you tried one, you would know what I mean. I-

Siri: It's okay. I forgive you. I'm sorry I got so mad. Its not like I'm gonna hate you forever over a small mistake. Just don't let a small addiction like that get the best of you.

Kudosai: Uh-okay. Well, I got some flowers and chocolates for you. <gives the flowers and chocolates to Siri> Just to say "I'm sorry", ya? Gomen.

Siri: Thanks. They're nice

Kudosai: Uh, I was also wondering if, we could share the sugar cookies, you and me. They're delicious, but they're much better when you're eating them with friends. Do ya want to?

Siri: Sure. I just hope I don't get addicted to them.

(Siri and Kudosai split one of the sugar cookies and started eating. Siri's eyes widened as she tasted the cookie.)

Siri: Wow! They're delicious!

Kudosai: I know! They're so good!

(Yep! Those sugar cookies proved to be so good, they had to get another one. They would've eaten them all if they hadn't hid the rest of them. by a half hour later, the gang went to the dining room of the hotel and ordered their meals. Well, almost everyone. Shinn was missing from the group, as usual.)

Nuriko: Do ya think Shinn's gonna show up?

Siri: Maybe so, maybe not. We don't know whats going on inside his head.

Nuriko; He'll probably just walk in right when the foods gone. Heh.

Siri: He probably would do that.

(So the group got settled in and started ordering. Kudosai and Kudoso were sitting next to each other as they gave the waitress' their menus after ordering.)

Kudosai: They have some pretty good stuff for desert, So.

Kudoso: Yes they do, brother.

Kudosai: ...Hey, how is she treating you?

Kudoso: Who?

Kudosai: Nuriko. How is she treating you?

Kudoso: Brother, Nuriko is treating me just fine. Don't worry.

Kudosai: Yeah, well I'm you brother. I'm the only family that you got now, ya? I have a right to be worried about you.

(So the night wore on. The group was able to eat their meals and deserts, and go out for a while and have fun again. Soon, it was around 11:50 PM. Everyone in town got ready to go to their homes. I guess the town must have some kind of curfew or something. There still were a few people walking around. Lue stood at the balcony That Siri and Kudosai were before. He was admiring the stars and the whitish-grey colored full moon shining into the night. Then, he heard a voice that sounded exactly like Nuriko's voice. "Nice view, isn't it?" the voice said somewhat happily. Lue turns around to the back of him and he sees Nuriko standing by the door looking at him with a small grin on her face.)

Lue: Oh, hi Nuriko.

Nuriko: Whats up.

(Nuriko walks up beside Lue. Lue turns around to where he was facing before, looking at the stars once again. Nuriko starts looking at the sky as well. Just then, Nuriko started smelling a really foul stench in the air. It was a very familiar stench to Nuriko and only Nuriko and other nightwalkers could smell it. It was the smell of demon. A stench which smelled alot like rotten eggs only alot worse. Nuriko immediately wore a look of disgust after smelling the stench.)

Lue: Nuriko? Whats wrong?

Nuriko: That smell. The air wreaks of demon. Can you smell it?

Lue: Well, I smell something a little odd. Like rotten eggs or something. But I can barely smell it.

Nuriko: Thats the way that demons smell. And one must be close by. I think the demons that are robbing the candy stores are about to strike again.

Lue: You may be right.

(They looked down on the town and soon, they seen five or six small lines of about five children walking down the town in their pajamas. Evidently, they were going to rob another candy shop.)

Nuriko: Oh shit! The demons ARE using children to rob candy shops! Quick! Go and get Siri and Josh and meet me down there! I'll try and stop them!

Lue: Got it!

(Lue quickly ran in the hotel to go get Siri and Josh. Nuriko quickly jumped down off the balcony and landed safely on the ground. She quickly ran to the front of the children.)

Nuriko: Uh, hey you children! Stop what you're doing! Wake up!

(But the children kept walking. They walked around Nuriko and kept going to their destination. Nuriko grabs one of the kids but quickly lets go after getting shocked by grabbing the kid. All of the children continued on. Then, Lue with Siri and Josh caught up with Nuriko.)

Nuriko: The demon's controlling the children. I tried stopping them, but they won't listen.

Siri: We have to find out where the demon is hiding.

(Meanwhile on the roof of one of the buildings, Shinn stood and looked down at the children, who had arrived at the candy shop they were going to rob tonight.)

Shinn: There go the bastard children. Gotta find the sick bastard controlin' them. Hmm...

(Shinn looked around for a few seconds. He then saw a human-looking figure standing on the roof of a building that was two houses away to the left of Shinn.)

Shinn: Got ya. You sick fuck.

(Shinn jumps to the roof of the building to the left of him, Then, he jumps to the roof beside the roof that the human-figure stood. Shinn was able to see the man and he looked like the guy he was looking for.)

Shinn: HA! I found you! Ya sick-ass bastard!

Man: HA! Well, so you did. No one's really been able to see me 'til now. You're pretty good, for a bounty hunter. However, this is where it ends.

Shinn: What do ya mean "this is where it ends" ?! "It" has just gotten started!

Man: Oh really?

Shinn: Yeah.

(Shinn quickly jumps on the roof of the building the the man stood. The man suddenly disappeared just before Shinn landed on the roof. Shinn turned to the left and the to the right, looking for the man. The man then re-appeared behind Shinn and before kicking him in the side. Shinn almost lost his balance but quickly gained it back and was able to reach for his sword. He took it out and tried to attack the man. However, the man disappeared again. He then re-appeared and kicked the sword out of Shinn's hand. The sword landed on the ground. Shinn tried throwing a punch at the man, but he disappeared once again. This time, he re-appeared at the roof that Shinn was on before.)

Man: If I were you, I'd give up while you still can. There's no way that a mere mortal like you can defeat me.

Shinn: "Mere mortal" What the fuck are ya talkin' about?

Man: I am...not a human. I am really...a demon. One of the high-class demons straight from the deepest, darkest recesses of hell.

Shinn: HA! A demon!? Don't make me laugh.

Man: Okay. I won't. I don't think you'll be laughing anytime soon.

(Meanwhile, the children had broken into the candy shop that they were assigned to break into. The four tried stopping them, but it was no use. They just could not get the kids to wake up.)

Josh: Dammit! Guess the only way to wake these kids up is to find the demon controlling them.

Nuriko: He might be somewhere on the roof of some building.

(Just then, the four heard something land hard on the ground outside. It sounded alot like a person falling off the roof and landing on the ground.)

Lue: What was that? Sounded like someone falling and landing on the ground.

(Suddenly, the children stopped what they were doing and fainted all of a sudden as if they were lifted from the trance that they were in.)

Josh: What the hell happened?

Siri: I guess they're out of the trance.

(Lue walked outside to find Shinn laying on the ground face-up. The other three walked outside beside where Lue stood and saw Shinn. Shinn opened his eyes and quickly stood up.)

Siri: What were you doing, Shinn?

Shinn: I fuckin' fell off the roof while trying to fight that guy up there!

(Shinn points up to a man on the roof of the candy shop. The five looked up and saw the man on the roof. Siri was able to notice the darkness symbol on his forehead.)

Siri: Thats him! Thats one of the demons!

Shinn: What the hell!? Are you sure THIS guy is a demon?

Siri: Yeah. I'm sure. He has that darkness symbol on his forehead.

(The demon looks down at Siri and smiles.)

Demon: So...heh, its you...Isiriana

(Siri gives the demon an evil glare. Shinn goes and picks up his sword from earlier that he lost.)

Demon: Isiriana, we meet again. Didn't think we would meet so soon though. It was YOUR holy energy I sensed that was coming to this town.

Siri: ...<angrily> Okay, Why are you robbing candy shops? More importantly, why are you using innocent children to carry out your evil, sick deeds?

Demon: I don't have to tell you that! You don't need to know that information.

Siri: Well then, I guess we'll have to defeat you right here and now.

Shinn: Wait! Hold on! You're not gonna KILL him are you?

Siri: Well we have to. He is one of the demons that we're looking for.

Shinn: No wait a minute! You can't KILL him! He's worth 400,000! We can't kill him or I'll lose the money!

Siri: Shinn, money isn't important right now. We can't let him live.

Shinn: Fuck that! I want my 400,000!

Nuriko: Will you just shut the hell up! Jeez, Shinn!

Shinn: No! I will not shut the hell up!

Demon: Let me ask you this: what makes you so sure that you can defeat me?

Shinn: 'Cause you suck!

(Shinn jumped high into the air and he landed on the roof with the demon. Just before he could attack, the demon waved his hand around and Shinn was pushed back and he fell off the roof again. The demon jumped off the roof and landed safely on the ground in front of Siri and the others. Shinn quickly got up. Siri then started whispering some kind of holy spell. Suddenly, the demon's eyes widened, and he began to change. His body began to grow bigger and taller. His clothes ripped away, and the skin of his human disguise ripped away as well, revealing his true form. His true form was a lizard-like creature. He was a very dark red and he had black eyes that glowed a little in the moonlight. He had big, sharp spikes lined up down his spine to the very end of his long tail. He also had very dark green marking on his under-belly and he still had the darkness symbol on his forehead. He was now five or six feet taller than the candy shop and almost all of the other buildings. Siri's eyes and her fists started glowing in a bright white color. Nuriko began to change into vampire. Josh, who also happens to be a vampire, changed into his vampire form. Same as Nuriko's form as far as looks, except more masculine and his long hair was held in a ponytail. Lue's eyes and his fists started glowing in a turquois-blue color, and a strange, lavender-like color design appeared on the palm of his right hand. Shinn takes a few steps back in shock. The other four stood, ready to attack.)

Shinn: Damn! That demons "Gigaanntic!"

Siri: We have to be careful. He's not like other demons. He's alot stronger.

(Shinn grips his sword and gets into his battle stance, ready to attack. The demon gives a loud "ROAR!" and tries to attack Shinn. Shinn jumps back a few feet and then jumps in the air. He lands in front of the demon and quickly tries to to slash the demon. However, the demon quickly slashes Shinn with his claws and Shinn was pushed back a few feet and fell face-up on the ground. Siri launched a bright white beam at the demon's face. The demon was blinded in both eyes by the beam. He gave a loud "ROAR!" as he waved his arms violently, hoping to slash someone. The four take a few steps back. As Shinn starts to get back up, Nuriko rushes the demon and kicks him in the gut. Then, Lue rushes the demon and punches him in the jaw. Then as Lue moves back, Josh quickly takes put his sword from his sword holster and rushes the demon. Josh quickly slashed the demon in the torso and quickly moves back. The blade was able to cut through the demon pretty deep, but not too deep. The demon was able to gain his sight in one eye and he took on step forward and attempted to slash Shinn. Shinn jumped back a few feet to avoid the attack. Then, Shinn jumps toward the demon and stabs the demon in the chest with his sword. He quickly jumps moves away from the demon while pulling the sword out and does a back-flip and lands somewhat safely on the ground a few feet behind Siri and the others. The demon attempts to slash Nuriko, But Josh quickly moves toward the demons arm and slashes half of his arm off. The demon takes a step back and roared as black blood gushed out of the stub of arm in all directions. The demon roared again and suddenly, the demon shoots a black beam from his mouth which headed straight for Josh. Josh quickly jumped to the side but the beam managed to scrape his arm just a little bit. Lue held his hands out and his hand started to glow in the turquois-blue color like before. He then from his hands shoots out a beam of the same color at the demon. The beam hits the demon in the torso and pushes him a few feet back to only a few inches away from the candy shop. The demon rushes Lue and slashes him on the arm just before he jumps out of the demon's way. The demon continued to run towards Shinn. Shinn attempts to slash the demon but is unsuccessful. The demon slashes Shinn on his shoulder. The claws cut deep into Shinn's skin. Shinn tries to slash the demon's half arm and is successful. The blade of his sword was able to cut off what remained of the arm. The demon takes a few steps back and gave a loud roar of pain as more of the demon's black blood gushed out in all directions. Nuriko then rushes the demon. She jumps up and kicks the demon in the jaw. The demon growls and takes a few steps back and stumbles like he's getting ready to fall. The demon was able to gain his balance but quickly gets hit by Nuriko in his gut and he growls as he takes two more steps back. Siri held one palm out towards the demon as if she were aiming at him. She then launches a bright white beam at the demon. The beam hits him in his back. Then, Josh rushes the demon and stabs him in the lower back and the blade in almost all the way through him. Josh moves the sword up-ward until the blade cut all the way through the demon's upper back to his shoulder and the blade force fully went out of the demon. The attack nearly sliced the demon's other arm off. Blood gushed out of the wound as the demon rears louder the before. Josh quickly moves back as Siri runs to a few feet behind Josh. Finally, Siri launches another bright white light beam and it hits the demon's shoulder that Josh cut through just seconds before. The demon is pushed back a few feet and gives a loud roar that got weak and gave out at the end of it, and finally falls face-up on the ground. The demon suddenly changes back into his human form. The demon's black blood gushed out in all of his wounds more than before. More scratches, cuts, bruises, and the whole nine yards appeared on his body. And well, heh, the demon was completely, uh, naked. The five move in a bit closer to the demon The demon opens one of his eyes and stares at Siri angrily. Siri gives the demon an angry glare. The gang braces themselves, in case if the demon decides to attack. The demon growls somewhat softly.)

Demon: You...mere mortals...were able to defeat me? How...embarrassing...

Siri: Okay, now I would like to ask you a few questions about what you're doing. Why are you using children to do all of your dirty work? And why are you robbing candy shops? Thats VERY uncommon for a demon.

Demon: SCREW YOU! P-PRIESTESS GIRL! I'm not...<coughs> tellin' you shit!

Nuriko: If you know whats good for you, you'd better answer my friend's questions!

Demon: What are you gonna do! ...Kill me? <cough> I'll just be sent back to hell...and I'll return in a matter of hours from now. <cough> It won't make much of a difference.

Nuriko: No. We're not gonna kill you. We'll just chain you up and use you to train when we're board.

Siri: Yeah. I could use a little target practice every now and then.

(The demon looks at Siri and then at Nuriko. He thinks to himself for a second before responding.)

Demon: Okay....<cough> We're robbing...the candy shops..<cough> b-because...<cough> ...because we're looking...<cough> for a treasure that we need. <cough> Its in one of the candy shops. <cough> As for...using children...we do it to disguise ourselves from the public. <Cough> THERE! YA HAPPY? <cough>

Siri: Not quite. I want to know what kind of treasure is it.

Demon: FINE! <cough> It's a shiny, lavender-colored, pearl-like sphere. Its the size of a jawbreaker or a large gum-ball. <cough>

Siri: Okay. Now what are you using the treasure for? And where are the other demons?

Demon: I'm not...<cough> telling you that.

Nuriko: Okay, lets just chain him up then.

Shinn: Sure. And then lets take them to the shogun.

Siri: I'm telling you now that you'd be much better off if you just answer the questions.

Demon: I won't..<cough>...tell you anything else!

Nuriko: Guess we'll haveta kill him then

Shinn: WHAT?! You can't kill him! We have to bring him to the shogun so I can get my money!

Siri: Shinn, we haveta kill him. If we don't, he'll come back and do the same thing over again.

Shinn: But he can't do shit with only one arm! Besides, if we take him to the shogun, he'll give me the money, and THEN we can kill him.

Siri: Sorry, Shinn. He has to die now.

Demon: WHA-?!

Shinn: NO!!

(Siri shoots a bright-white light beam at the demon's face. The demon yells in pain before his body explodes and then turns to black ash. The smoke clears within seconds, and the ashes of the demon blew away with the wind.)

Shinn: SIRI!! Why'd ya do that!? Aw shit! There goes my money! Again! <sigh> I can't go bounty hunting without you guys screwing things up!

Nuriko: Oh just shut up Shinn! I'm tired of hearing you wine about sake and money!

Shinn: And I'm tired of you guys taking my sake and smacking me everytime I cuss! And not to mention dragging me on your silly adventure!

Siri: Shinn just shut up okay! You complaining isn't gonna help things any.

Shinn: Okay fine! Whatever! <mutters> Bitches.

Siri: SHINN!

Nuriko: I heard that! I though we were done with the name-calling episodes back!

Shinn: Yeah well maybe we're not done with that chapter yet! Ya crazy, money snatchin' nightwalker bitch!

Nuriko: Sounds like someone want to get their ass kicked in another duel. This time TO THE DEATH! Those are fightin' words and I'll make you eat 'em! You cold-hearted bastard!

Shinn: Eat shit!!

Siri: HEY HEY HEY!! Now BOTH of you settle down! And enough with the bad language! Especially YOU Shinn!

Shinn: ALRIGHT! Just don't smack me.

Nuriko: Okay, Siri. <mutters> You're lucky Siri's here to hold me back. Shes trying to save your dumb-ass. I could've killed you, drank your blood, and do away with your body by now and think nothing of it.

Shinn: <mutters> Yeah right. Shes trying to save you. Rewind back to episode 5 and we'll see if don't finish that attack that would've-

Siri: Hey! I just said cut it out! I can hear the both of you.

Nuriko: Sorry, Siri.

Shinn: Whatever.

Josh: Hey. What are we gonna do about the children?

Siri: Don't know. I don't think It would be wise to just leave them there.

Nuriko: We can't exactly take them to their home 'cause we don't know where their homes are.

Siri: We might haveta watch over them until someone comes around to help.

Josh: Just what the hell is up with their parents?

Lue: They're probably sleeping.

Nuriko: Well lets go inside the candy shop and see if maybe the treasure is in there.

(Nuriko, Josh, and Lue walk inside the candy shop. Siri walks up to the door but then turns around to see Shinn walking to the hotel.)

Siri: Shinn! Are you coming with?

Shinn: Naw. I've had enough adventure for one day. I'm goin' ta bed.

Siri: Fine then. Suit yourself.

(Shinn walks back to the hotel as Siri walks into the candy shop. The four walked around the children, looking around for any clues leading to the treasure.)

Nuriko: Why in the world would that treasure be in a candy store anyways?

Siri: I'm guessing it was misplaced. The demon did say that it looked like a shiny, lavender colored jawbreaker.

Josh: Well where the hell is it? I don't see too many things lavender-colored here.

Siri: Well we have to keep looking. we just might find it.

Josh: It'll be damn near impossible.

Siri: It's not as impossible as it may seem.

(The four continued looking around for any clues or leads. A minute later, Nuriko finds a box full of jawbreakers. They were all lavender-colored.)

Nuriko: Yo. I think I found where it might be.

Lue: How will we find it in there if they're all the same color?

Nuriko: Well treasures are usually real shiny in the light right? Plus it should weight different than the real jawbreakers. we'll just look for the shiniest one I guess.

Siri: Sounds good, Nuriko.

(The four began to take the jawbreakers and hold them up to the moonlight that shined in the windows of the store. They all took two of them at a time and checked them, looking for the shiniest one. Soon within a matter of minutes, they were almost finished looking at all the jawbreakers in the box. Lue took one of the last of the jawbreakers when suddenly, He starts felling a strong, negative energy running through him and around him. He starts looking around him to see if there were signs of any demon that could still be around. He then looks at the jawbreaker he was holding in the moonlight and it shines brightly. It also glows in the lavender color and forms a small purple aura around it. It then changes to from dark purple to a blood red. The negative energy soon starts hurting Lue as if he were getting electrocuted. Lue then drops the jawbreaker on the ground and it doesn't break at all. There's not even a scratch. The negative energy went away and and the jawbreaker stopped glowing, but it still shined in the moonlight. Nuriko turns to Lue to find the he was breathing heavily, as if he was having trouble breathing. He was also sweating a bit. She gasps and Siri and Josh turn to them.)

Nuriko: Lue whats wrong? What happened?

Lue: ...I think...I've found the treasure...
