"Yes, and it failed. The children depended too much on their controllers, just like a child would depend on a parent. Instead of having a soldier, they had multiple crying children looking for mommy and daddy."

He chuckled and shook his head. "I would have loved to see the look on their faces when they realized what had happened." She stepped out of the shower after she was dried and wrapped a towel around herself. Taking the chip from him, she walked out. "Hey, where are you going?"

"To get dressed."

"If you must," he pouted. She tossed the chip away then put some clothes on. "Okay, so you're the tech person. If it were you, how would you sneak into Heaven without being noticed or shot at?"

"I wouldn't."

"Yes...but if you were going to...."

"I wouldn't."

"Oh come on. Help me out just a little bit."

"I told you I wasn't going to help you in destroying Heaven."

He rolled his eyes and sat down on the bed. "Not even if your help means that all the innocents get away."

"I'm not helping, Levy! Not even a little!"

"Why not? It's an evil people devouring monstrosity!"

"Because I'm not that kind of person. I like where I am. I like it here. And for some crazy reason, I like you here too."

He stopped to grin at her. "You like me here?"

"You aren't destroying Heaven because of those people...you are doing it because you want to destroy something."

She could jump topics like no one else. "Does it matter? It's going boom. People will be better for it."

"That's why I won't help you... You don't have a reason...you just want to be reckless... I won't help your kill people so you can get your jollies off from the big bang," she said and crawled in bed with a yawn.

"Once more what part of 'evil people eating machine' do you not understand? Hold on, let me put this in a way maybe you'll understand. Heaven equals bad. Okay? We blow up bad flying thing that fucking eats people!"

"You don't care about those people. You didn't care months ago and you still don't care now."

"I don't see why it matters what my reasons for destroying it are. It pissed me and its bad. Therefore I wish to destroy it. We can even play it safe and try to save most of the people there."

"There is no 'we.' I'm not helping you and there is no way in hell I'll stand by you when you get caught."

"Oh yeah. I'm feeling the love," he said bitterly.

"I believe in the person you were born to be, not the person you are forced to be."

"What the hell does that mean?"

"It means that the nicer side of you is smarter and you are too rash and rebellious to care about anything but destruction and foolishness!"

He stood and glared at her. "You know what, screw it. If I'm always going to be compared to someone I can't even remember being, then forget it. I don't even know what I did to piss you off, yet here you are angry at me like always. It's bull shit, Aura, and I'm tired of it."

"So am I! Join the club!"

"No, I'm not joining anything. I'm leaving."

"Fine!"

"Fine!" He grabbed his sword and stormed out of the place, butt naked and without any provisions.

"You're so good at that!" she screamed even though he was gone. "Always running away when you know someone else is right! Or breaking things because nothing is going Levy's way! You are more of a child than me!"

He didn't go back. He was pissed at her for acting like she was. She thought that this other side of him was so great, but what could she honestly know? She could fuck up his brain trying to create the perfect guy for her, and he wasn't going to do it. He knew who he was. He was Levy, and she wanted him to be someone else. He wanted to yell and break something. Aura locked the entry way after he left, crying and throwing things. But he wasn't allowed to come back! This was her home! Not his!

The sun was beating down on him hard. He kind of wished that he had brought some clothes, at least for his lower half. Sweat dripped from his brow while he walked. He didn't know where exactly he was going. He just needed to clear his head first so that he could think properly. Think without her voice echoing in his head. Aura didn't bother getting out of bed. She was still too mad and still too upset. If she got up then she was sure she would do something reckless and rash...just like him.

It was on his seventh day out in the burning sands that he came upon a cruiser. He grinned menacingly as he stepped to it and began fiddling with it. It was one of Heaven's cruisers, still functioning and it seemed to be on auto pilot. He didn't know where the guards were, but this was definitely good for him. Taking his sun burned ass in side, he gingerly sat down on the seat and pressed the blinking red button.

The cruiser began to lift off, hovering above the ground as its engines prepared for lift off. On the horizon he heard the shots of guards which seemed to materialize out of thin air. Almost instantly blaster fire ricocheted off of the cruiser, jostling it about as they fired. One charged up blast slammed into the rear end, causing the cruiser to spin wildly, tossing him around inside before landing in a ball of burning flame.

"Haha! Got him!" one of the regulators said. He laughed with joy until he saw a figure move through the flames. If they'd just destroyed the devil, then who was this. The person before them had fire consuming every inch of their body as it moved toward them. Burning eyes seemed to sear their very being.

"Leave!" Levy roared, shaking his head as the guards fired at him, but it was to little avail. He moved his sword in quick arcs, blasting them back with their own blasts before cutting them down. Once the last Regulator was destroyed, he relaxed, his eyes shining while the fire subsided. "It seems that I am without clothes," he frowned, blood dripping from his forehead as he started searching for some.

Aura stared at the screen in the system's room. The light flashed again and her eyes widened. Again it flashed. Taking a deep breath, she pressed her finger to the light on the screen and it zoomed in.

"Subject brain patterns targeted. Data lock on. Mid west region of section A. Continue?"

"Um...yes?"

"Sending transportation now. Instructions?"

"Um...unharmed? Don't...don't hurt him..."

"Subject is to remain unharmed."

How did the computer just find Levy like that? And how in the world did it know that she wanted him back? How did it know the difference between the two brain waves in Levy's body?! How advanced is this building!?

Levy shifted his sword to his side while rummaging through the dead Regulators bodies
. "Hmm, it seems that their tech has not improved in my absence. I am sorry that it came to this," he whispered. Grabbing a coat from one of them, he threw it around his shoulders and began looking for some pants. However, before he could procure such a pair, a light began to shimmer through his body. "What on Pandora is this?" He looked at himself, suddenly his body was see through! "This does not bode well for-" Before he could finish he was gone. A second later, he was standing before Aura, his sword and coat gone. "Me?"

"Holy shit...no way..."

"What...just happened?"

"You were teleported...by the building's main computer system. It's...like a very large brain...that has developed and upgraded over time..."

"Teleportation...but that is impossible. We do not even possess teleportation in Heaven."

"Yeah well...we don't on Pandora either...but I guess now we do." She walked over to him. "Um...computer? Check up on Levy, please..."

"Scanning in progress... Subject is sun burned with minor head injury. Continue?"

"Yes..."

She watched as the floor moved and pushed Levy into a chamber. Walking over to it, she peered through the glass. He was sprayed down and cleaned with some type of gel then his head was bandaged and a towel was wrapped around his waist. The chamber opened.

"Sunburn has been reduced to 13%. Head injury will heal within the hour."

He rubbed his head and examined the machine he'd just come out of.
"This is quite fascinating. To think that such an intelligence is presence, and one that does not feed on the life force of its inhabitants."

"Subject is low on energy waves. Subject needs nutrition. Continue?"

"Yes."

A echoing beep came from another room followed by a beep next to her. "Subject has clean clothes and food in the dining hall."

Aura handed him the clothes. Her eyes widened as the lights all around the building began to light up. The lights showed them the way to the dining hall which was being worked on by mechanical hands from the ceiling. Things were being cleaned and put in order while a hot meal was placed on the table.

"I was in my room when the computer first spoke to me. It told me it found similar wave patterns to your brain and wished to know if I wanted to continue. It led me to that room and there you were on the screen..."

"It is curious that the computer has not made its presence known until now," he said while pulling his clothes on. "Regardless of what reason it has, I am quite thankful that it discovered me. In my haste to depart, I made several crucial errors regarding preparation that left me ill suited for this land. However, my folly has revealed a new strategy for my plan. Heaven is procuring new families to take residence there."

"I see..."

He took her hand and pulled her to him. "Why haven't you tried to fix my brain waves?"

"You...told me not to..."

"Yes, I did, but I had hoped that you would go through it anyways, regardless of what I said."

"I can't do that... I'm not that sort of person..." She pulled from him. "You left me."

"I did, and I am sorry for that. However, it seems that this Levy side of me has grown quite tired of being compared to the man he once was. He feels that he is my true persona and is afraid of being lost so he takes his fear out as aggression."

"And what do you think of this?"

"I am me. This Levy is nothing but a byproduct of my anger and rage. Please, try to fix me so that I will not give into the brutish nature once more."

She bit her lip. "Computer...will you be able to assist?"

Scanning wave patterns now. Move subject to operation bay. Process in motion."

He reached up and cupped her face, giving her a long yet passionate kiss on the lips before following her to the operation bay.

Aura was surprised to find the room complete...perfect. It was as if everything was brand new. The computer worked fast to restore things. She helped him on the table and the computer strapped him in before sticking him with a needle to put him to sleep. "Chip is in the delivery container."

Aura pulled out the container and took the modified chip.
"Did you...?"

"I keep record of everything. Modification is up to date and in condition. Continue?"

"You...know what I intend to do?"

"I have read your brain waves. Continue?"

"You...read my mind?"

"Brain waves. Continue?"

"Yes, alright. Continue."

A portion of Levy's head was cut open and the chip was inserted in. The computer activated it and Aura watched the scream as the chip started sending waves.

"Program is a success. Continue?"

"Yes..."

Aura watched as Levy's head was sewed up then healed over like new.

It was a few hours later before he finally stirred. A soft groan was barely audible before he rubbed his head.
"My head feels weird...."

"Scan in progress. Subject is well. Nutrition is low. Continue?"

"He can eat later, computer..."

"I take it that since I am still here, the results were adequate," he smiled.

"Process was a success."

"Um...yes. Everything turned out good. How do you feel?"

"I have a severe headache," he admitted. "But I feel alright other than that."

"Computer, can we do something about the headache?"

There was a beep and Aura walked over to a small door on the wall. Lifting it, she pulled out a shot. Moving to him, she stuck him in the arm.

He winced and pulled back when she was through.
"Thank you, I can feel the pressure subsiding already."

She moved onto the table with him and sat down. "Are you really ok?"

"It is hard for me to answer that. I am not fully certain. I assume that only time will tell."

"Right..." She stood and helped him up. "Let's get you something to eat before the computer forces you to eat."

"That is alright. The most troublesome thing are the sun burns and my wings which are itching. I'm really not that hungry."

"Nutrition level is low. Sunburn is at 13%. Wings are at 29%."

"Thanks for the information."

Aura shook her head and helped him to the bed room. A screen appeared on the wall giving Aura full access to the computer. Something beeped and a tray of food appeared. Aura took it and set it in his lap after getting him comfortable.

"So now that we have a few moments to speak, I would like to talk to you about Heaven...."

"I'm...not helping to destroy it."

"Please, tell me why."

"I do think it's sad that people must die for others to live... What happened to your family was awful...but to all those people on Heaven...it's the only peace they have. Pandora is hell. You fight just to live and the air is toxic. Home is where ever you can lay your head down at long enough to rest. In Heaven, people are promised safety and peace...even if it's only for a little while..."

"Perhaps...but I cannot allow the atrocity of hurting others to go by and pass as justice. I cannot allow my brother to live his life knowing that he stole a portion of mine."

She sighed and nodded. "You do what you have to."

"I will, though I do hope that you can forgive me afterward should I return."

"I want you to return. I want to marry you and have babies."

"Do you know anything at all about the joys of birth?"

"You have sex...and a baby comes out."

He smirked and shook his head. "Not quite."

"Well, that is how they are conceived. And the rest is just pushing."

"And pain. Nine months of it. You will become quite accustomed to gaining weight, heavy emotions, and everything that comes with it."

"Yes, I assumed as much."

"Very well then, after everything is said and done and a couple of years have passed we will see about conceiving."

"Boy or girl?"

"It does not matter to me. Whatever nature decides."

She smiled.
