Original Stories Fan Fiction ❯ Trick Or Treat ❯ Beelzebard ( Chapter 5 )
[ Y - Young Adult: Not suitable for readers under 16 ]
Author’s Note: It’s after Halloween. So I totally screwed up and now I’m just disappointed in myself. I’m still gonna try hard to finish this story well, and hopefully it’ll be enjoyable, even though it’s a late chapter...
Disclaimer: I don’t own the fairy tales, Katy, Ami, or Sapph. I don’t own Daughtry, this includes any cds or band junk and I Apologize for not disclaiming that in the last chapter. I do own myself, the random bad guy, and some of the weirdness that I’ve come up with in this story. Enjoy!

“Impressive Ami,” said the guitarist as he came up to stand beside Nancy. “But that won’t keep you safe for long. Now, tell me where Katy is, and I might let you and Sapph live.”Disclaimer: I don’t own the fairy tales, Katy, Ami, or Sapph. Beelzebard
Ami stared at the man not knowing what to do. Who was he? How did he know them? And what did he want with Katy? She looked around for a way to escape him, anything that they could use to fight him with. She saw nothing only a stone well that the man had been sitting on before, and the garden around them.
She felt her heart skip a beat as she focused her eyes on the stone well. This was it!
“We don’t know where she is, even if we did we wouldn’t tell you!” Sapph snapped at him. The guitarist sneered at her and Nancy growled viciously, making Sapph stiffen with fear.
“Now is not the time to play brave little girls,” Said the guitarist. “I know your powers much better than you, and your shield will be giving way soon.” Ami glared at him, she could actually feel herself weakening from maintaining the Fairy Fire.
“Yeah well we know each other better than you do!” Sapph said, holding up what Ami could see was part of a broken cookie. The guitarist laughed, apparently not worried by the cookie, but beside him Nancy’s eyes widened into a “gimmie cookie” stare and she began timidly reaching out to poke the Fairy Fire and see if it was still too much for her to get through.
Ami smirked, and, with a slight nod from Sapph, let the shield fall. Nancy started Forwards towards Sapph, and she threw the cookie at the guitarist, causing Nancy to abruptly change direction and pounce onto the guitarist for the cookie.
“Quick!” Sapph said, as she and Ami hoisted their selves to their feet and rushed past Nancy and the man. Ami began running towards the small well with Sapphire following close behind her.
They heard cursing coming from the man that seemed to be directed at Nancy and Ami chanced a backwards glance as the reached the well. The man was down, his guitar broken and Nancy was sitting on his chest happily enjoying the small bit of cookie while the man vainly tried to shove her off.
“Do we jump?” Sapph asked, looking down the dark well. Ami nodded and turned her attention to the well. She waited as Sapph went first and then leapt in after her, hoping that she was right about which fairy tale they were a part of now.
They fell fast, the kind of falling where one’s stomach leaps into their throat and it feels as though your hair might whip your eyes clear out of your head if you aren’t careful to keep them closed. Ami’s wings proved no help as she couldn’t get them open against the force of air, and she tumbled rather than falling straight down. Tumbled until she hit the straw covered bottom of the well, and landed on someone.
She heard Sapph groan but Sapph sounded to far to be right under her. Ami opened her eyes and found that she hadn’t landed on her at all. Sapph was a few feet away rubbing an elbow she apparently had hit. Ami frowned and looked down to see what she had landed on.
“Katy!?” Ami shouted in surprise and glee. There was a soft grunt that could have passed as a “huh” sound and Ami scooted off of the girl. Sapph and Ami watched as Katy sat up, looking at them both with a very tired expression as she scratched her head by one of her small curved devil horns.
Ami fought back her urge to laugh, well it was close enough to the frog Prince story. Though it was fairly amusing to think of Katy as their golden ball.
“Where have you been!?” Sapph asked, sounding almost angry.
“Sleeping,” Katy yawned, looking as though she might be interested in getting some more sleep.
“Have you even noticed we’re at the bottom of a well!? That I’m a witch and Ami is a Fairy?” Sapph snapped, her eyes brimming with frustrated tears.
“Really?” Katy blinked a few times and squinted at them, then blinked again and laughed somewhat nervously. “Crap. I missed a lot then huh?”
“Yeah.” Ami said. “But we don’t have time to fill you in right now. There’s a crazy guitarist up there trying to kill us. He’s even kidnaped Nancy, kind of...”
“Kind of?” Katy raised an eyebrow and smirked in such a way that Ami and Sapph felt sure that she was thinking something dirty.
“Yeah, Nancy’s evil now apparently. And we don’t have anymore cookies to fend her off with. Plus there’s the evil guitarist. We’ve been trying to find you all day, and apparently he’s been looking for you too,” Sapph explained looking up from where they had fallen, but it was too dark to see anything.
“So we need to fight him then? Okay, that’s easy enough right? He’s just a crazy guy running amok with a guitar right? And he’s kinda kidnaped Nancy so...” Katy pushed herself to her feet and suddenly Ami and Sapph took notice to the large devil wings on her back. “I say we go kill him.”
“How?” Sapph asked, standing. “This guy is dangerous, I can tell he’s evil really evil.”
“I dunno, beat him to death with his stupid guitar? Does it matter I mean who does he think he is any way, Beelzebub?” Katy asked. Ami’s wings began to flutter and she felt her feet raise off the ground.
“We’ll have to be careful, Nancy might attack us again, and we don’t want to hurt her. And we don’t know what that guitarist could do...” Ami said.
“An evil guitarist... OH! Beelzebard!”Sapph shouted and there was a sound like the cracking of a whip and a long wooden staff with huge rubies embedded in it’s head suddenly appeared before her. She quickly snatched it out of the air and hugged it as though it were a long lost heirloom of some sort.
“Okay...” Ami said, watching as the Sapph placed the staff before her and it hovered a little lower than her waistline so she could sit down on it. “What was that? Did you just guess his name and get a prize or something?”
“You’re really surprised, after everything we’ve seen that’s kinda tame now isn’t it?” Sapph said. Katy nodded and unfolded her wings, beating them once against the air to raise herself up, and then against to fly higher.
“Yeah you’re right.” Ami’s wings fluttered faster and she began to rise after Katy, with Sapph following behind her. “Let’s just remember to be careful,” she said and they rose from the well back into the light.
“Where are they?” Sapph asked, looking around herself. She flew a little away from the others, seeing no trace of Nancy or Beelzebard. She dismounted the staff and let it rest against her shoulder, frowning back at Ami and Katy.
Katy shrugged and grinned back at her. “Maybe he ran off scared?” she said. Ami shook her head in response, she could still feel him close by she just wondered where she felt his presence from. She landed beside the well just as Sapph gasped and tried to start back towards them.
“Katy!” Sapph said just as Katy was knocked to the ground from behind. Ami turned to look, and saw the man standing with his foot on her back, easily holding her down as she tried to push herself up. Sapph let out a sharp squeak and Ami turned back to her, finding Nancy holding a rather sharp claw against her friend’s jugular.
“Thank you for bringing her to me,” said Beelzebard. Ami clenched her hands into fists. “Now, what shall I do with you?” He seemed to be speaking to Katy and smiled as he raised a small flute in one hand and began to play upon it.
Their surroundings blurred and Ami felt her stomach twist into knots. She held a hand over her mouth to fight her nausea and soon found that she was standing in a large wooden cabin. The man stepped off Katy’s back and she quickly raised to her feet, looking as though she was going to fight the man, or at the very least rip his head off where he now stood.
“Careful, you’ll need me to remove the spell upon your friends, if you can tell me which they are that is.” he was still holding the flute but was twirling it in his fingers, looking at Katy with a playful sort of stare.
“Well shit.” Katy cursed and looked right at Ami. “How do I do that?”
Ami blinked, or at least thought she did. Then, she caught sight of herself in a mirror and tried vainly to cry out in surprise. She, Sapph, and Nancy had all apparently been turned into knickknacks and were sitting on a small table. She was a lightbulb, Sapph was a bubble wand, and Nancy was a dime sized silver key ring.
“Start with your sister” said Beelzebard.
Katy glared a him and walked over to the table, fingering the objects and trying to decide. Ami felt very strange indeed what with Katy poking at her and picking her up and setting her down.
“This one’s too flat,” she said, picking up the bubble wand. “And this one’s too small,” she said picking up the key ring. “But this one,” she picked up the lightbulb. “Is just right.”
Beelzebard laughed and shook his head. “You’re wrong. That’s twice you girls have failed, now all of you belong to-“ Katy picked up the small wooden table, causing the bubble wand and key ring to fall to the floor, she swung it mercilessly at his head, knocking him down with a single blow as the table hit him. He jerked a few times on the floor, blood pooling around his head where the table had smashed it in.
She picked up the flute, still holding Ami in one hand and wacked the thing against the wall until it snapped in half.
She was suddenly standing beside Katy, perfectly normal and in their living room. Sapph and Nancy were on the floor next to the coffee table, both staring up at Katy in disbelief.
“What the hell were you judging based on?” Sapph snapped at her.
“Boob size.”
