Chapter 3: Escapees?
Walking through the deserted wasteland of debris Zedd had taken things into his own hands. Instead of following Mark just to wait for him to screw up, Zedd had gone off on his own. He wanted things done as fast as possible. That including following his king's orders, even if it did mean him having to do other soldiers's orders asides from his own. Hiding behind a boulder, Zedd took aim with his blaster at the two 'heroes'...
"Hey Zedd!"
'Oh great, it's that idiot again.' Zedd though angrily, turning around to look at Mark. "What the hell do you want?!"
"Didn't King Blood say to capture them, not kill them?" Mark asked.
"He said to capture the last staff member, he didn't say anything about that stupid robot," Zedd replied before contining, "Besides, who cares if I kill them? King Blood would just kill them anyway. Now get lost."
"But-" Mark was cut off.
"I said go!"
"I escaped right when the battle started and I saw everything that happened. Also, I know something that you might want to know," Rix said.
"What do you know?" U.C.M. asked.
"Well during that battle quite a few people managed to escape away from everything that was going on," Rix replied.
"Did you see where they headed?" U.C.M asked.
"Unfortunatly I did not, but we should be able to find them if we travel to other places," Rix said before continuing, "along with a few things such as weapons along the way."
"I told you to follow Mark you imbecile!" Zedd was currently being yelled at by Blood for doing things his own way. Mark was no where to be seen and Blood looked like he was about to pop a blood vessel.
"Sir, you know that Mark can't do anything right!" Zedd was currently just as ticked off as Blood was.
"Oh, that reminds me. Where the hell is Mark?!
"I don't know!" Zedd yelled back at Blood.
Just as a full feldged argument was about to erupt, the door was kicked open.
"What up bitches?!" None other then Mark himself said that.
"Son of a bitch!" Blood yelled looking at what was once the door to his throne room.
"Zedd is not my mom!" Mark yelled, looking offended.
"Since when am I considered a chick?!" Zedd was also looking offended.
"Argh! Just get the hell out of here and kill that renegade robot along with that staff member!" Zedd and mark knew not to mess with Blood at the moment and so they went off to follow their orders. "Why I let those two live is beyong me..."
"Speaking of weapons, I found this laying around," Rix said digging up a sword that was buried in the dirt and handing it to U.C.M., "I buried it so none of Blood's soldiers could take it."
"Well it'll come in handy if we run into any of Blood's soldiers."
"Look up ahead. It is the exit. Now is our chance to leave and look for the escapees," Rix said.
"Yeah, and once we do, Blood is going to pay..."
