The albino anthro rabbit sighed and looked over the empty shared room. The scent of her mate was faint as he left to work something out with his family, leaving his mate alone in the home. The small white furred pawed/hands straighted her kimono of white silk and pink thread pattnered lotus flowers. Shoulder lenght silvery white hair pulled back into a low bun as her long ears laid over her shoulders as her small bare hind paws carried her through the room. Her heart was sad and empty as she moved through the now cold feeling rooms, slowly heading to the kitchen. The house was as now normal very quiet, it almost hurt her ears as she walked. Her small frame made the kitchen's ceiling seem like a hundred miles away, as her white furred form moved slowly around. Leaning her frame against the counter, she lightly touched her stomach and sighed saddly as a large tear fell from her left eye, whispering to the dead home 'what she did wrong, why did he leave her'. But there was never any answer, and she feared that she was never going to get one. Another tear formed and fell as she lowered herself to the floor, her right pawed/hand still against her stomach. It was as empty as her heart as she sobbed silently against the floor, her sobs were loud in her large ears, deadning any sounds that came from the house.
There was a ruffle of feathers on fur, the gentle click of nails against the wood and tile as something large moved through the house. The large being paused, ear tufts lifted, large dark eyes narrowed and beak clacked as it took in the old, faint musk of itself and the most recent scent of salt water heavy on the softer scent of a female rabbit. Muscles bunched and tensed as the large creature pushed itself forward, following the scent through the house, hurrying faster as the scent grew stronger and stronger until it was in the kitchen. Sides heaving slightly as the eyes went round, taking in the sight of the once clean kitchen, now dusty and hardly seemed used. The feathers lifted as it lifted its paws off the ground, feeling how cold it was in there, feeling it pull the heat from its large body. Ear tufts lifted again, hearing heartbroken sobbed words coming from around the floor, on the other side of the island counter.
The rabbit's light pink eyes were red and swollen as she sobbed and begged the empty house to answer her, 'why he left, why she was forced to be alone'. But again the house didn't answer as she buried her face in her pawed hands, shoulders shaking hard. So she didn't feel the set of taloned finger brushing over her ears, or when they lifted her frail body up and held her against a feathered and furred chest.
"TinTin..." The creature's deep voice whispered barely over as muscled fur covered arms held the small, trembling femme rabbit against his chest. "TinTin... please... Tell me why you are crying." The being whispered to her long right ear.
TinTin's ear trembled as she twisted suddenly, arms around the familar feathered neck of her Shifer Mate. Her small frame even smaller than before, from the lack of self care, her thin coat was slightly dirty and almost oily as she sobbed against his neck, arms tightened around him, as if trying to push herself into him.
TinTin's mate blinked and held her against its chest, slowly bending two large feathered wings around, cupping her in a pocket of air that warmed quickly. The right taloned hand softly held her up and against it, by resting under her rear to keep her up. "TinTin.... I am here now.... please stop crying."
TinTin shook and just sobbed, still trying to sink into his neck and chest, not wanting to let him go as he held her against him and slowly started to carry her somewhere. She couldn't see or hear because of the wings, the feathers and the tears that blinded her. When she felt the arms loosen and try to move her down, she paniced and gripped at his neck harder, crying harder now. "NO!"
The heartbroken shout ripped through large heart of the creature and his arms tightened around her, the wings stretched forward, cupping about her small frame as the head bent down and gently nuzzled her hair and ears with the bird like beak. The beak parted the thick muscle fell out to gently groom at the hair and ear bases. Slowly he turned and pulled the sheets, pillows and quilt off the bed and onto the floor near the wall, making a nest. Then slowly he sank into the soft nest and pulled his bunny mate tighter against him. "There... there, TinTin. I'm here.... and I am not leaving."
TinTin's small pawed hands gripped at feathered chest as she slowly stopped trying to mesh with his body, and just clung there limply. The hot tears still fell as she buried her nose against his feathered neck, trying to speak but couldn't. The tears blocked her voice as she shook and just pressed herself against him.
Slowly and what aafter felt like hours, the female bonded bunny had stopped but didn't let him go, and he had no thoughts of letting her go either. "TinTin.... my lovely little bunny love... what is... wrong?" He rumbled out to her as he bent his head and ran the sharp beck like lips through her now freed hair.
TinTin rubbed her nose against his feathers and she slowly lifted her head to look up at him. Her eyes were red and puffy, even her little nose was slightly red as she sniffled and looked at him. "You... left... me alone..." She whispered, the blank truth, hate and confusion shown in her eyes as she stared at him. "Why...Raidos....?" She whispered and shook alittle, as the tears stared to fall again.
Raidos blinked and looked down at her, slowly heaving a sigh. His large hands gently rubbed her back as he felt drained, just looking into her eyes. "I.... family trouble, my little love." His tail flicked and bent his wings again around her back.
She continued to look at him and then slowly nodded. "Raidos.... you can tell me anything.. you know that right?" She whispered and reached up to dry her eyes alittle, but gently relaxed enough to stop clinging to him. "I... just want to... be there for you..." Her small paws groomed the feathers around his neck as she looked at his eyes. "I.... just want to be there.... I want to be the surport you need....invisible but strong." She whispered and nodded alittle, leaning slightly against his chest as she spoke, bareing her soul to him.
Raidos blinked and opened his beck slightly, but no words. Only his breathing as he was alittle speechless, and doubt full. And it must have been seen by her because her next words made his mind freeze. "Raidos..... my love.... I have not been with any one. You could have smelled that... I have been in here... or in the kitchen." Her voice voiced as he stared at her. "I have been waiting for you." His skin under the feathers and fur rose in goose bumps as he continued to listen and feel her paws against his neck, now not moving an inch. "I could have left... I could have found someone to fill the empty feeling in my heart... I could have.... but I did not." Her voice stressed the last part of the sentence. "I have not.... I have stayed true to you, Raidos, my mate."
TinTin finished and just sat there, looking at him. Heart pounded and her ears rang, she felt her lips dry and her skin under the short fur turned cold and damp. The silence grew and she watched the emotions in his eyes, flash faster and faster, until she couldn't read them. Finally she pulled slowly, biting her tongue hard, cutting it as she wrenched free of his wings, arms and tail. Standing a few feet away from him, her small paws lifted and then fell as she swallowed passed the lump in her throat. "Rai... Raidos..." She whispered as she stared at him, feeling and seeing that she had lost his love. With a sob, she lowered her head and slowly fell to her knees, before she lifted her paws and buried her face in them.
Raidos seemed to be a frozen state of mind as he stared at the smaller framed female, that he called his mate. It all seemed like he was watching her and hearing what she said over and over in his mind. But when those heart wrenching sobs came from her again, and the gentle, light thud of her small body falling. That lifted him from the nest and over to her, his forearms wrapped around the shaking body and held her against his chest, even as she slightly fought, but grew weak and just sobbed. Back to the nest he carried the small bunny and laid her down, then slowly started to curl around her, wanting her to feel protected.
TinTin knew that this might be the last time he would take her to his bed, and it hurt her more than when he left. But she hide that deep in, and when he didn't return, that emotion of pain and loneliness started to eat at her mind, body and soul. Each day it was worse, she had been eating less and less, until all she could hold in her stomach was half a medium sized carrot and small amount of oatmeal. Although she felt ashamed of what she had done to her body, she could not have stopped the depresstion, even if she wanted to. It was too great for her saddened mind and soul. So there she lay stiff and sniffling as he held her softly, almost lovingly, but she didn't feel it. She wouldn't let herself feel it, not wanting to break her heart again.
....... depressing, ain't it? Well hopefully it will look up...... But I need more insight from a certain someone on his character..... its been so long and little TinTin is all alone, frightened and just wanting him back in her life.
