As soon as Sam and Tara returned to their apartment, they sat next to each other on their couch in the living room, neither woman knowing exactly how to start talking about the kiss they shared that had awoken something in them. Sam really enjoyed the way her sister had kissed her. She could tell that Tara loved the kiss as well. She figured that they needed to talk about what it meant for their relationship as soon as possible.

“Tara, I love you way more than just as a sister. And I know that you do too since you kissed me. We should have a date night. But we do need to go buy more food first though so that there will be enough to eat. If you’re cool with that, of course.” Sam said, hoping her sister would agree. She didn’t want to risk running into people on their date who might know them. That would not be good. But she also didn’t want to disappoint Tara either.

“That actually sounds fantastic, Sam. It makes a lot of sense. So when do you want to do this? I don’t think we have much or anything else to do tomorrow, I’ll love to do it then.” Tara replied, kissing her sister sweetly, making her blush. She just really loved Sam and wanted her to be happy. And to be with her in more ways than one.

“What do you want for dinner tomorrow? It’s been a while since we had homemade pizza.” Sam stated, quickly looking for, grabbing a pad of paper and a pencil to write down the ingredients they would need to make it. She never forgot Tara’s favorite pizza toppings. When Sam was finished writing, she handed the pad over to her sister, who nodded happily.

“Wow, you still remember. Awesome. I honest;y can’t wait to eat this with you. Let’s go buy what we need now before the store closes for the night.” Tara replied, picking up both her wallet and phone, she made her way to the door.

“Great idea. I want us to get there and back before it’s too dark.” Sam said, leaving the apartment with Tara right behind her. She loved shopping, she just didn’t like staying out too late if she could help it. Especially because of the whole Ghostface bullshit that happened.

An hour and a half later, the sisters were back home, carrying two bags of food each. It took them less than twenty minutes to put everything away to be used the next day for their first stay at home dinner date. Neither Sam nor Tara could hardly wait. They were both extremely excited for it.

One of their favorite tv shows was coming on Showtime and they really did not want to miss out on the brand new episode. When a very hot and steamy sex scene which turned them so much they ended up making out on their couch that night. Eventually Sam and Tara had to pull apart before they could have sex right then and there. “We should wait to take our relationship further until after our first date. If you’re okay with that. We’re both pretty new to all of this. I just want our first time together to be special for you and me.” Sam said, kissing Tara once more before cuddling up next to her. She loved the feel of her sister’s lips against her own. She honestly couldn’t get enough of it or Tara.

“You’re right. I’m totally cool with waiting. Sex isn’t the only part of relationships. I’m pretty tired, so I’m going to get ready for bed now.” Tara replied, getting up from the couch and making her way to their bedroom. She had a feeling that the next day would be absolutely amazing for the two of them.

Sam watched tv by herself for a little while longer before she joined Tara in bed. She knew she had to go to sleep earlier from that moment forward. Her sleep schedule was complete and utter shit because of her awful insomnia. After what felt like eternity, which was probably just three hours, staring at the ceiling above her and counting the tiles for the millionth time that year, Sam finally fell asleep, spooning Tara from behind, wrapping her arms and legs around her like a cute and cuddly octopus.
