In some minds
There is no greater crime
Then to defile a shrine

But what if that shrine
Was of a different kind?
Not a building, but a mind

What would happen then?
If fate chose to spin
A web of unforgivable sin

Around two people
One was rude, yet never sharing
The other inhuman, yet always caring

This was a fate many shared
Two destined to unite
Yet forever they fight

It was all ones fault
They took it too far
And left an ugly scar

The shrine was broken
All innocence was gone
They try to be strong

Nevermore
Will the shrine trust
For it met up with lust

And it lost its all
Because of one mans desire
It started a burning fire

Now watch as the world despairs
The shrine does not care
That what it did was not fair

Because it was mistreated
The world took the fall
And now everyone lost their all
