Enemies Are Coming! -Chapter 2
"Bye guys! We'll have another play date soon" Azul yelled over his shoulder as he plunged into the water along with Cerulean. "Don't forget it's Saturday!" Don't talk underwater stupid! A voice rang in his ears. But that's impossible! He thought. It's me! Incase you didn't know, Vaporeons communicate by sending a thought into the person's mind underwater. But it's a shame you can't talk back! And that was true, no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't send her a thought of his. What was he? A Wobbefet? He thought. What a dummy to think I have the powers of a Vaporeon! Then something hard compacted with his head. "Oww!" He cried and quickly emerged to the surface for some air. He saw something red in the water, not the color of blood, but something more sleek and slender... "Garnet!" He cried, utterly surprised. It took only seconds to figure out whom it was. "Why are you here?" "Looking for you!" She cried in her as-if-you-didn't-know voice. "If I were you, I would give a nice explanation why you didn't leave a note!" Garnet cried angrily. "And Cerulean, Seamus said that your mom is going to kill you if you don't come back!" With a splash, Cerulean disappeared under the water. Groaning, Azul followed Garnet back to Giant Maple, where he was hit by a (weak) double slap and got to eat the waiting Pecha berries.
"Garnet, didn't you check the radar satellite? These Pecha berries are rotting. You know the saying, when the Pecha berries rot, enemy's horses trot. I'm pretty sure it's right this time…or else they made it up in the One Hundred Facts For A Young Pokemon's Brain? Sighing, Garnet flew to the enemy tracking device and peered at it, expecting that her brother was joking. But the radar was beeping. Slowly the beeping got more often, the speed quickening. In a minute the beeping went on once every half minute. "Weeiirrd!" Garnet cried. It had to be some problem, right?
"Soo, did ya check?" Azul asked, not touching the rotting berries. "Rumor says, once the enemies are gone, the Pechas will be back to normal, and all of them smell like sour milk!" "I-I did check!" Garnet said cautiously. "There was this weird beeping sound, I think it needs to be fixed. "WHAT!! GARNET! THE BEEPING MEANS THAT ENEMIES ARE COMING CLOSE!!!!" Azul cried with disbelief and took off for the tracking satellite. "Where'd my twin get this stuff?" Garnet wondered as she tried to keep up with Azul. And to her surprise, Azul was much too fast for her. My gosh! She thought. I never knew he was so fast! I really don't know much about him, come to think of it. "Garnet! Look! The enemies! They are at Point Pasture! They're heading to Wailmer Ocean! Come quickly!" The serious tone of my brother, rare! But when she got there, with an "Oh my gosh!" he flew out of sight.
Peering the second time over the tracker, she saw five, seven? red dots nearly flying over the map to Wailmer Ocean. Beeping grew (you know, as it always did) faster and faster as the enemies entered the borders from Point Pasture in Fog Woods. "Grr…" grumbled Garnet. "It would have been nice to know how my brother turned to a bookworm!" She grumbled as she flew past Treeko Town, above Corsola Lake, over Aron Cave, and through Quiet Canyon. Finally she got to Wailmer Ocean and saw an astonishing sight, her brother was tied up.
