Gomen nasai! Sorry people, this was supposed to be up yesterday, but FF.net was acting up for me. But because it was late, this chapter will be longer! Okay, now for the fourth chapter of TWTWB!

Disclaimer-I do not in any way own Pokèmon, and I am not making money from this fic. But one character I do own is Sakana.(you'll see later!) I would say that I own Kamon too, but I'm not sure cause his name was in the games, the preset names.

Chapter 4- In Slateport City

Kamon was about to battle the minions of Team Rust. He was mad- but who could blame him? They had ruined a perfectly good trip to Hoenn, all because of one stupid battle earlier.

Before they battled though, they made their way to appropriate land.

"Go, Sandshrew!" The ground Pokèmon emerged from its pokèball in a white burst of light as Ide called it out.

Kamon scoffed. "You think you'll be able to beat my Swampert with a ground type?"

"Oh, don't take us lightly,"

"Because we may have,"

"A trick up our sleeves," The brothers spoke in turn.

"Shut up, and lets get this over with!" Kamon yelled.

"Swampert, Surf!"

A rather large wave washed over Sandshrew, who was knocked unconscious.

"Well, well, well,"

"It looks to us like,"

"You have fallen in our trap,"

"We put down Roulette Machine, in defense mode!"

"We activate our trap card, 7 Completed!"

*Scene changes from beach to dueling arena*

"Hey, wait a minute!" Kamon started. "Aren't we having a Pokèmon battle, not a duel?"

*Team Rust anime sweatdrops*

"Anyway, as we were saying,"

*Scene returns to normal*

"Prepare,"

"For the next,"

"Battle!"

The brothers spoke in turn again.

"Will you three quit talking like that?" Kamon shouted, as he was becoming annoyed.

"Go, Magnemite!" Said Ox. The electric Pokèmon appeared.

Kamon mentally smirked, for his Swampert had a move few others did.

"Swampert, Earthquake!" The beach shook with the power of Swampert's quake. Magnemite fainted immediately.

"Too bad, so sad." Kamon teased team Rust.

"Do not mock us yet,"

"Little fool,"

"For we one more to go."

Kamon's eyebrow twitched in annoyance. "STOP TALKING LIKE THAT!"

"It seems to us,"

"That we seem,"

"To have touched a nerve."

"What did I just say?" Kamon snapped.

"Go, Cacturne!" Iron sent out another Pokèmon.

Kamon had never seen this Pokèmon before. It had green body with spines and other attributes of that of a cactus. Swampert was weak against grass, which was what he assumed Cacturne to be. He knew he might have a disadvantage.

But then he remembered a move he had taught Swampert for defense against grass types-

"Swampert, Blizzard!" Kamon commanded, his voice full of confidence.

Suddenly, the beach got very cold. A swirl of snow and hail started, and was hurled at Cacturne. It took the full blast of the attack, but surprisingly didn't faint.

"Pin Missile, Cacturne," Iron said in a calm voice.

Thousands of tiny needles were thrown at Swampert. The Pokèmon, on instinct, evaded the attack. Kamon pumped his fist in the air.

"Nice going Swampert! Now, to finish this goon off, give that overgrown cactus another Blizzard!"

The attack had the same effect as last time, except the grass Pokèmon fainted. Kamon bragged.

"HAH! In your face losers! I won cause I'm the best! Pathetic!"

The brother spoke in turn yet again.

"Do not use."

"This time to brag,"

"Large headed one,"

"For we will,"

"Surely come back,"

"To triumph over you."

And with that, they left towards the ocean.

"Pshhhh, losers." Kamon said under his breath. "Return, Swampert!" The Pokèmon returned to its pokèball in a red light. Kamon started to make his way up the beach to the city looming over him. He stopped when he saw a sign. Kamon read it aloud. "Slateport City," `This means I'm in Hoenn, then…'

He walked the steps and entered the city. It had stone gray walkways and all sorts of buildings. It was sort of large. He saw a mart, market, and Pokèmon Center. Kamon pulled out a town map. `The first badge is in Rustboro, I'll just fly there after I get a weaker Pokèmon out of my PC to catch other Pokèmon.' He started towards the Pokèmon Center, in deep thought about what he would do after he had caught all Pokèmon and became the ultimate Pokèmon master. Still in thought, he bumped into a girl along the way. She had light brown hair down to her back, and had a purple t- shirt on along with jean shorts.

"Watch where you're going," he snapped.

"Watch where I'm going?" she shot back angrily. "For your information, you were the one obviously lost in thought or something!"

"Whatever. Get out of my way." Kamon shouted at the girl.

"No! Not till you give me an autograph! I know who you are," the girl protested.

"Absolutely not," Kamon said icily.

"Fine. Then I'll have to follow you," the girl stated simply.

They continued to quarrel all the way to the Pokèmon Center, as the girl intended to follow him until she got his autograph, and Kamon, being the stubborn person he was, refused to give it to her.

Kamon pushed open the door to the Pokèmon Center and it closed in her face. Kamon made his way over to the PC, leaving a certain very pissed girl outside. She stormed in, about to pass Kamon and try to get to the PC faster, when he tripped her.

"You should be more careful, stupid girl."

"I have a name, use it!" she retorted.

"Well, how am I supposed to use it if I don't know it?" Kamon questioned.

"It's Sakana," she said, through clenched teeth.

"Fine, Sakana," Kamon spat her name as though it was spoiled milk.

He went over to the PC and deposited his Manectric and withdrew a weaker Ratticate. He walked out, Sakana close behind. He stopped outside the center, and took a Pokèmon from his belt. He threw it to reveal Fearow.

"I'm flying to Rustboro." Kamon said. Then he added as an afterthought, "And you can't come."

"Oh, you'll let me come," Sakana said calmly.

"And why is that?" Kamon demanded.

"I'll tell everyone about how you still wear teddy bear pajamas," Sakana said with a smirk on her face.

Kamon paled a bit. "N-n-no I don't," he stuttered.

"I can read thoughts, no use hiding it,"

`Hmm, a telepath? Maybe she could be useful in my adventure," Kamon thought.

"Fine, let's go." Kamon said.

Kamon and Sakana hopped on Fearow.

"Let's see, S.S Aqua sunk, and now I'm stuck with this annoying girl who already probably knows my deepest secrets,' Kamon thought as Fearow ascended towards the sky. `And it's all because of that damned Team Rust.'******************************************
