BouncyBluePenguinv2: Ehehehe… I made a mistake… So I fixed the chapters. Sorry for the confusion, everyone. And as for making Kamon a celeb… It somewhat adds humor to the story. I probably won't have a lot of humor, and I'll have to change the genre. Maybe Romance… Hehehe, it'd be fun to see sparks fly between Kamon and Sakana. Now I'm getting off topic. Anyway, thanks for reviewing!

Chapter 7- A Rocky Day

The rock was pressing against Skitty. Sakana expected it to glow or something, but nothing happened. She lifted the Moon Stone again to Skitty, when she heard snickering beside her. She turned to look at Kamon when it dawned on her.

"Kamon, you jerk!"

The rock collided with Kamon's head, and moments later so did a fist. He rubbed the top of his head, and said, "Owww… I was just kidding…"

Sakana scooped up Skitty in her arms, and they started walking down the dirt path again, Sakana a few steps in front of Kamon. She did not speak to him, and it was awkwardly quiet. After around ten silent minutes of walking, they stopped in front of a large lake, a bridge going to the other end. Trainers were gathered on the bridge, undoubtedly looking for a good battle. As the duo stepped on the bridge, two girls ran up to them, obviously twins. They started talking immediately.

"Hey look, it's Kamon and… ah…"

"Is that your girlfriend?"

Kamon and Sakana both made a face at this, and replied in unison-

"NO!"

"Um, ok, anyway,"

"We want to challenge you to a two on two battle!"

"Yeah, ok!" Kamon said. The four of them walked out to a northern part of the bridge, where there was more room. People started to crowd around anyway.

"We'll choose Makuhita and Zubat!" The twins reached for their Pokèballs. Kamon mentally groaned. He hated Zubat. They annoyed him to no end in the caves back in Kanto and Johto.

"Fine," he replied, "We'll use Skitty and Manectric!" Kamon grabbed the Pokèball off his belt. He threw it up into the air, Manectric bursting out. At the same time, Skitty leaped out of Sakana's arms.

"Makuhita, Vital Throw!" Makuhita picked Skitty up, and slammed it down hard. The other twin gave a command to her Pokèmon also.

"Zubat, Bite!" Zubat lunged for Manectric, but it dodged the attack Kamon smirked.

"You're going to have to do better than that! Manectric, Thunder!" Manectric crackled with electricity, then forced all of it at Zubat. Zubat fainted from the attack. Skitty was now up and ready to deliver a blow.

"Skitty, Shadow Ball!" A repetition of what happened in the Gym went down, and Makuhita immediately fainted. The match was over, leaving Sakana and Kamon as the victors.

Moozy: Hey! I'm Swampert_Lover's muse and just so you know, Kamon and Sakana are-Owww! [gets clocked over the head by Swampert_Lover]

Swampert_Lover: Get back in your closet! [drags Moozy off stage by his hands] Anyway, sorry for the interruption! [smiles innocently when muffled cries are heard backstage]

All four trainers returned their Pokèmon, and said goodbye to each other. Kamon and Sakana started to walk down the bridge once more.

"It's getting dark, we'll set up camp here," Kamon said as they walked into a clearing off the bridge. He set his pack down and spotted firewood not far away. Kamon grabbed it and started a fire back at the clearing.

Sakana, meanwhile, was digging through her overly large pack, mumbling to herself.

"My CD's, compass, sleeping bag, matches, knife, CD collection-" She was cut off when Kamon walked over, grabbed her unnecessary things, and promptly dumped them in the nearby lake.

"What did you do that for?" Sakana hissed.

"Well, you were carrying too much anyway, and you were going to slow us down," Kamon said, as if he were merely discussing the weather. Sakana became even angrier, and shoved him in the lake. She walked away, shaking her head. When Kamon came to the surface, he immediately yelled at Sakana.

"What the hell!"

"That was for dumping all of my expensive stuff in the lake!" She yelled back.

Kamon sighed as he pulled himself out of the water. Me made his way back to camp, to dry himself by the fire.

As they were eating the instant ramen that Sakana brought along (one of the few things that she still had with her), they shot each other glares the entire time. Neither was talking to the other. Kamon shot Sakana one last menacing look before putting out the fire and going to sleep. Sakana followed soon after, drifting off to sleep easily.

Sakana was rudely awakened by the clanging of pots and pans- undoubtedly Kamon. She threw a pebble at his head.

"Do you know what time it is? THE SUN ISN'T EVEN `FRIGGIN OUT YET!" Kamon stopped the clanging.

"Of course I know. We want to get an early start don't we?" He said, in a fake cheery voice. Sakana raised an eyebrow and gathered up all her things. As soon as they were both ready to go, they set off towards the forest ahead.

Moozy: It was just a filler anyway. Come on, the plot hasn't even been revealed yet!

SL: Go back in your closet!

Moozy: [cackles manically] Never! I escaped from the confines of your mind fair and square!

SL: [sigh] Well, see ya next time on TWTWB!
