Ever since the "Pokehuman Accident," there has been a war going on between humans led by Ashura/Satoshi (the 1 with a Pikachu that never stays in the Pokeball, just to clear some things up), and Pokemon led by Mewtwo.

Oh!!!! And I almost forgot sumthing! Sabrina is retired, they took over the Psychic Gym biz.
