Chapter One: A Going Away Present

It was a lovely spring day in the town of Verdanturf when Merii was stopping by her home for a few days before heading off to explore Sinnoh. The girl tossed back her long brown ponytail, her deep brown eyes sparkling with mirth as she headed towards her backyard to relax a bit before dinner. She had already decided on her 6 main Pokémon to take with her on the trip and thought that it was a balanced team.

However, Merii also had a bunch of other Pokémon, including her starter already in Verdanturf. Said starter, a Swampert nicknamed Jayden, knew that he wouldn't see Merii for quite a while, possibly for several months. And ever since he had evolved into a Marshtomp, he had always wanted to get to know his trainer in a new way. A closer way. And he knew that this would probably be his last chance for quite a while. But Jayden knew that he didn't want to harm Merii, much less frighten her with what he wanted to do. He loved her. She had raised him from a tiny Mudkip, after all.

`Ok…if I'm gonna do this, then I gotta do it right…now, let's see….'

“Merii!”

The teen turned around to face her starter Pokémon, a large smile on her face.

“Eh? Oh, Jayden! Hey.”

She walked over to her friend and gave him a hug, the smile never leaving her. Feeling a bit wistful, Merii held the hug a bit longer than usual, not even noticing how her pressed up against him was affecting Jayden, especially in certain areas.

“M-Merii? I…I wanted to talk to you about something….um….privately?”
Merii blinked.

“Well, of course you can Jayden. We're friends, and I'm always here for anything you might need.”
`You won't be here for long…'

Jayden looked down, a bit sad.

“Jayden? What's wrong? You look sad.”
“No, no, it's okay. I'm just a little tired is all.”

Merii nodded, not really understanding but nonetheless took her Swampert by his fin and led them to the inside of her house. Climbing up the stairs, both were swamped by their thoughts; of the upcoming trip to a whole new region and the decision about to be made.

Stepping into Merii's sky-blue bedroom, Jayden sat on a dark blue beanbag chair, the seat compressing under his heavy weight. Watching silently as Merii opened some of the blinds; Jayden felt a nervous sensation beginning to fester in the pit of his stomach. His trainer sat on her queen-sized bed, her legs swinging back and forth as she gazed at the mud Pokémon.

“So, Jayden…what did you want to talk to me about?”

The nervous feeling grew in intensity.

“Well, um…”

Though he technically had a lax nature, at the moment he was anything but. Jayden felt sweat starting to come down his body. His heart was beating quicker and quicker each second. Absentmindedly, he began playing with his fins.

“I…um…”

“Jayden, what is it,” said Merii concerned. “Whenever you get really nervous about something, you start to play with your fins. What's wrong?”

Said Swampert's eyes had widened when Merii said this. Soon, he began to feel a blush come across his features, judging by how warm his cheeks were feeling.

`Ok, it's now or never, Jayden…'

“Merii.”

“Yes?”

The Pokémon gripped-or at least tried to-his fins in her hands and looked his trainer straight in the eyes.

“I want to make love to you.”

Immediately, the girl started, leaning back with an expression of shock on her face. For a long, long time, there was pure silence in the room. Merii was staring at Jayden with a gaze full of disbelief, while said Swampert was staring at the ground, looking ashamed.

“W…what? You want to…,” here, she coughed a bit; “You want to…make love to me?”

“Yes. Well…I…I don't know about actual intercourse, but…I…at least…,” taking a deep breath Jayden continued, “But at least I wanted to give you some pleasure before you leave for Sinnoh. Kind of like…a going away present.”

Another silence permeated Merii's bedroom, but this silence was different than the one before. This new silence was warm, and full of tension.

`Give me…pleasure? But why? Wouldn't Jayden want to be with another Swampert, if not another Pokemon like himself? Why me? I'm a human…unless…could he possibly…love me?'

“Jayden...?”

“Yes?”

The blush on Merii's face grew deeper in color as she prepared herself to ask the next question.

“Do you…love me?”

However, the trainer did not expect the determined, confident `Yes' that escaped her Swampert's mouth. Her brown eyes widened again, and there was a long pause, longer than either of the other two. For a while, Jayden had thought that she had simply decided to never speak to him again, or, Arceus forbid, release him into the wild.

“Jayden.”

“Y-yes?”

“P-please…,” she said; it seemed like the girl was very hesitant, but trusting, “Be gentle, okay?”

“I will.”

Merii stood and began closing the blinds, while Jayden sat on her bed, waiting patiently for his trainer to be finished. Locking the door, she walked over and sat back on her bed, feeling quite nervous. She began to take off her light green t-shirt, revealing her white plain bra underneath. Then Merii reached around and unhooked it, letting it fall off onto the floor. She quickly undid her jeans, and was clad in simple light blue cotton panties; they had a small wet spot in the front, but nothing major.

Jayden couldn't believe what he was watching. His own trainer that he had loved for so long-disrobing in front of him! As he gazed at her chest, his blush-and arousal-grew deeper. Next Up: Latias is in heat and, naturally, being caught by Merii doesn't remedy the situation since she can't go to Latios for relief. But Merii finds out and decides to `help out'.
