AN: For those who have read this story on the fan boards, this is the oraginal version of chapter 5…that had to be edited for…what's in this chapter.

Note: “*…*” means Animarium or Hunter language and *…* means talking mentally.

‘It’s good that it’s Friday,’ Alyssa thought as she sat under a tree near the lake, ‘I’m not in the mood to see anyone right now.’

On the way to see her Wild Animal, she stopped and went over what happened between herself and Cole.

After a time, she discovered one thing…that hit her hard: she was in Love with Cole. Without her knowing it, Cole was able to get though her Shield and into her heart.

“Celine was right all along,” she said with tears in her eyes, “He’s the part of me…I’ve been looking for…all my life. Dios mi, lo deseo el con todo mi alma! (Oh God, I want him with my whole Soul!)”

Before she knew it, she was crying her heart out. With her head on her knees, she cried until she fell asleep.

As quiet as a mouse, the Wild Tiger and Lion got close to Alyssa and laid down to watch over her. They sensed the Strong Bond between Cole and Alyssa…and how important she is to the Hunters.

So, without being asked, they agreed to Protect her until Cole comes to her.

After a time, the Tiger picked up its head as a woman appeared near them.

“*Calm, Wild Tiger,*” the woman said, “*I will not harm her. In the name of my Son, I will Protect his Lifemate…the same as you two. *”

The Tiger purred before putting its head down, knowing the woman…from the past.

The woman went to kneel near Alyssa and softly rubbing her back, making the young woman more relaxed in her sleep. *Sleep deeply Alyssa,* the woman said Mentally as she gentle laid Alyssa on the ground, *Soon, we will meet face to face. *

After brushed Alyssa’s hair from her face, the woman stood up and disappeared from the Valley.

When Cole found Alyssa an hour later, he not only found her Tiger, but his Lion watching over her. He was surprised at how his Wild Animal would Protect his Lifemate without question.

“*Thank you my Friends,*” he said as he put the packs down, “*for this Shield of Love for Alyssa.*”

The Wild Animals purred before they quietly left the area.

Cole quickly set up the tent before going over to Alyssa and picked her up in his arms. As if knowing it was him, she settled closer to him. ‘I wonder what brought this on,’ he thought as he carried her into the tent.

After putting her on a sleeping bag, he sat on the other one and waited for her to wake up from her sleep.

Alyssa found herself in the Temple…yet it looked new and untouched by time. ‘Where am I?’ she thought as she looked around her…and notice she was wearing a white and pink lace dress.

AN: Think Princess Shayla’s dress…even with the matching lace flowers, but no head veal.

“You’re in the Animaria Temple…as it once was,” a warm voice said.

Alyssa turn around to see a woman in a long red dress before her. With her long dark brown hair back from the woman’s face, Alyssa was surprised…to be in front of Cole’s mother.

“Who are you…and why are you in my Dream?” she asked.

“I am Collena, Wild Sorceress of the Red Blazing Lion,” Collena said, “I Sense what you’re going through with my Son. You two share a Strong Bond of Love…unlike any I’ve Sense before. However, the darkness has been growing in him for some time. Cole is one of the oldest Wild Hunters…and the one who’s call to darkness is very strong.”

“I know what you mean,” Alyssa replied, recalling what happened earlier, “For a moment…I felt that darkness in my Soul.”

“Even with your Soul Bond to him, it won’t be enough. You and him must form a Bond of Lifemates.”

“That means him and me have too…” Alyssa said as she got red faced.

Collena went to Alyssa and held her hands.

Alyssa closed her eyes and saw in her mind what Cole’s life was like before becoming a Hunter. A life full of love of Nature and all the animals that live in it…and how the damage of evil was affecting him.

At the same time, Collena saw the life Alyssa lived; one of Love from her Family…and the trouble she had with men.

“You have a choose in front of you,” Collena said as Alyssa opened her eyes, “You alone can save him…or lose him to the darkness…forever. His fate…and yours are the same. As his only Light in his life, what will you do?”

As much fear Alyssa had for that kind of Bond, her growing Love for Cole was Strong enough for her to say, “As his Lifemate…I will save him from the darkness…and remain at his side always.”

Collena smiled before saying, “Go to him…and clam what was meant to be…Wild Sorceress of the White Noble Tiger!”

At that second, Alyssa felt herself waking from the Dream.

She stirred before opening her eyes to find herself in a large tent as the moonlight enter the screened windows. She looked to see Cole sleeping on the other sleeping bag in his t-shirt and boxer shorts.

She got up from her sleeping bag quietly and went to kneel at his side as he slept on his back. He looked so calm and peaceful in his sleep…without the darkness trying to clam his Soul.

She thought about what Cole’s mother told her…and she felt the emptiness her life could be without him in it.

With no fear in her heart, she bent over and kissed his lips. He stirred in his sleep as she settle at his side and deepen the kiss. *Cole, wake up,* she said Mentally as she put her arms around him, *I need you so much.*

She pulled away as he opened his eyes…and seeing how much she needed him at her side. “You’re sure?” he asked as he put his arms around her.

“As much as this scares me,” she said, “losing you from my life is even worst. It’s just that…you’re the first…and only.”

“Don’t worry, I’ll be a gentle as you want me to be,” he said before he softly kissed her forehead.

She moan softly as she started kissing his neck. He loosen his hold as she started to take off his shirt. Once off, she was surprised to see how fit he was. “You’re so…perfect,” she replied as they sat up.

He smiled in reply…before he started taking off her shirt. “Not as perfect and beautiful as you,” he added before kissing her now exposed shoulder.

“Only when I’m with you,” she said as she brushed back his hair from his face, “I feel like a different person when I’m with you.”

“I feel more at peace when you touch me,” he replied as he guided her down to the sleeping bag, “Now…I just want to love you.”

She smiled at him before he started kissing her. She was kissing and touching him, feeling that his skin was like satin over steel.

Cole, on the other hand, felt he was touching silk as he took the rest of her clothes off. He backed away to look at her, which made her shy. He smiled at her before kissing her between her breast.

She felt her blood boil as his hands and mouth found spots on her body that deepen that feeling. By the time she felt his mouth at her womanhood, her body was tightening until she got a breathless orgasm.

Cole lifted himself from her long enough to take his shorts off.

After he gentle parted her legs and settled himself over her, she felt on her inner thigh how big he was. “Cole,” she said softly as she looked at him.

“Don’t worry Mi Ámor,” he said as he touched her cheek, “I know you’re a virgin who’s untouched and pure in your Soul. Being true to yourself…until you found me. It’ll hurt for a second, but…the pleasure will be worth it in the end.”

The way he said it, with the growing Love he has in his Soul, almost made her cry.

Seeing how his words touched her, he kissed the corners of each eye before kissing her. As he deepen the kiss, he entered her slowly. When he reached her seal, he waited until she was relaxed and looking at him.

“Are you ready?” he asked gently.

“Yes,” she said as put her arms around him, “I’m you Lifemate…now and forever.”

Cole held her close…as he pushed through her seal.

The pain was short, yet she didn’t notice as she was getting a pressure that tighten every second, leading to a pleasure she only dreamed about.

Cole was having a hard time keeping himself in check as Alyssa was reacting so strongly to his movement. As she reached her orgasm, he soon picked up his pace until he reached his orgasm…and caused a second one for Alyssa.

They were quiet as they recovered from the experience, yet held each other closer to their Souls.

As Alyssa was breathing normally, she heard Cole say something in a strange language that touched her heart…and Soul. She looked deep into his eyes as he said in English, “I Bond myself to you. My heart to your heart, my mind to your mind, my Soul to your Soul. With a Love that’s as Wild as the Animal Spirits, may our Souls become one. My Lifemate, you are Bonded to me for all time.”

As he spoke, she felt as if her Soul was joining his’…and pushing away the darkness from him for good.

He kissed her softly as he slide out and off her, yet kept her close to him. After a while, he notice that she was cold and used his Powers to make a warm blanket appear to cover them both.

“Cole…What did those words mean?” she asked.

“It was the Ritual words of Wild Lifemates,” he replied, “When a Wild Hunter finds his Lifemate, he says the Ritual words that is imbedded in his Soul. With those words, he Bond his Soul to his True Love…and banishes the darkness from his life.”

“I know,” she said as she brushed her hand through his hair, “I felt it leave your Soul…as my Love joined with your Love for me.”

He took her hand to place a kiss in her palm before saying, “Sleep my Love and Dream only of me.”

She smiled at him before she laid her head on his chest and closed her eyes.

As she fell asleep, he held her close to him and closed his eyes. It wasn’t long before he joined her in a peaceful sleep.

Merrick stopped at the house around dawn. As he got off his bike, he Sensed a change in Cole that took him by surprise.

‘What was that?’ he thought before he went into the house.

Celine was in the living room as she saw Merrick. “I know,” she said as she looked at him, seeing the question he had in his eyes, “It looks like Cole and Alyssa completed the Lifemate Bond.”

“Then its true…the darkness in his Soul is gone,” Merrick replied.

“It’s true,” she said as she stood up from the window seat, “Looks like we won’t be losing him anytime soon. Plus, Alyssa finally learn to Trust the one man meant for her.”

“Does this mean there’s still hope for all of us?” he asked.

“I believe so…when there are so few of us left, Faith is giving us the chance to end the war against the orgs. Go and rest, we’re need all the energy we can get.”

“Ok. Max and Danny are still on patrol. I’ll replace them in the afternoon,” Merrick said.

“Good. I’ll send Cole out later tonight to replace you,” she replied.

He nodded in agreement before he headed for the stairs to his room.

‘One Hunter saved, yet three left to find their Lifemates…before the darkness takes them,’ she thought as she looked out the window.

Just then she saw an Eagle sitting on the birdbath. Using her Powers, she changed from a long violet nightgown to a violet dress as she was heading for the front door.

She went down the pouch stairs and walked towards the Eagle.

She stopped and, with a smile on her face, said, “It’s good to see you again…Taylor.”

The Eagle glowed in a yellow light before it changed into a young woman dress as a Hunter with a yellow shirt. She looked young with her blond hair loose around her beige skinned face, but in her brown eyes told of the years she lived.

“What happened to Cole?” she asked, “I felt something in him changed.”

“It’s ok, he’s fine,” Celine said, trying to calm down the Wild Sorceress Hunter, “It’s just that…he found his Lifemate who’s one of the lost Wind Hunters.”

That was enough to keep Taylor quiet as she was surprised at the news. “Is she being trained in our ways?” she asked.

“For about two weeks with Cole and myself,” Celine replied, “Are you going to stay?”

“Might as well,” Taylor said as the two started walking towards the woods, “I want to meet the newest Hunter on the team. Now, we females have an edge when it comes to the training sessions.”

“You are so right on that,” Celine said before they starting laughing as they entered the woods.

AN#2: I meant to bring Taylor into the story in the next chapter, but she got her way…this time. Wait until I get around to writing her story, then well see what I have in store for her ;)
