AN: I’m not that good in writing action scenes (Chapter one is an example), so the action scene in this chapter is my best effort. The outcome results in the last Bond…and there will be a Blood Exchange.

Note: “*…*” means Animarium or Hunter language and *…* means talking mentally.

“I didn’t think there was more to a Wild Hunter than I knew,” Alyssa said as her and Taylor ended their training for the day.

After ten days of Magic Training, Alyssa was more than ready to be a Wild Hunter…and that impressed Taylor. “All Hunters can do Magic of one kind or another,” she said as they sat at an outdoor table, “We can change into out Wild Animal if we choose to. Plus, with you waking the Wild Tiger, we can use our Wild Animals in many ways.”

“I can’t wait for that,” Alyssa said after drinking some juice, “Anyway, I better get ready. I’m on patrol tonight with Danny.”

“You got plenty of time before that happens,” Taylor said, “Why hurry?”

“Well, I have to give Cole his…‘special’ time,” Alyssa said with a smile, “It’s been almost two weeks, but…he makes it feel like the first time.”

“All male Hunters will do anything to please his Lifemate,” Celine said as she joined them, “Plus, Cole is a strong, gentle man to those he cares about…more so to you, Alyssa.”

“I know,” Alyssa replied as she stood up, “and I’m grateful for that. I’ll see you two later.”

After seeing Alyssa enter the house, Taylor said to Celine, “Did they complete the Bonds?”

“All but one,” Celine said as she sat down, “I can’t even tell them about that Bond. They have to complete it on their own.”

“Not even a little hint…” Taylor started to say.

“No!” Celine cut in, “Not even that. It’s a rule that I had to agree to when I was learning to become a Wild Enchantress….and I can’t break it, even if I wanted to. There’s just some thing…we have to discover on our own.”

“Do you think they’ll complete it?”

“I believe so,” Celine said, “Her Love for Cole is so Strong and Powerful. She’ll do anything to stay at Cole’s side…even as far as doing the impossible.”

Cole was walking down the hall when he saw Alyssa’s bedroom door open.

He went in and saw a trail of her clothes leading to the bathroom. With a smile on his face, he went to the bathroom door and opened it to hear that she was in the shower. As quietly as a lion, he waked into the bathroom and to the shower curtain as he thought away his clothes.

He looked in as Alyssa was washing her face to notice a small tattoo of a Tiger on her lower back. ‘I knew she had her wild side,’ he thought as he got in and quickly put his arms around her.

Alyssa was surprised at the hug until she heard Cole say “Now why would you have a tiger tattoo, my Love?” As he said that he touched her tattoo…making her get a warm feeling through her.

She turned around to face him and said, “At the time I wanted something that was…different. I was with a cousin at the tattoo shop and saw a picture of the tattoo. For some reason, I wanted that tattoo. Since it was my 18th birthday, my cousin was able to have the tattoo artist put the tattoo on me…in the one that doesn’t show. To this day, my parents never found out about it. Thinking about it now, I somehow knew that the tattoo was the key to my new life…and it lead me to you.”

“I’m just surprised at where you put it because…I have a tattoo in the same spot,” Cole said. He let go of her and turn around to show his Lion tattoo on his lower back.

“I guess things happen for a reason,” she said as he turned around to face her, “We were meant to be together…and I know how to prove that.” She quickly grabbed the part of Cole…that always brings him to a standstill.

“Alyssa,” he said breathlessly, “I think you prove enough. Now it’s my turn.”

Before she knew it, she had her back to the shower wall and Cole giving her a deep, passionate kiss. She put her arms around his neck as he lifted her up in his arms and settled himself. She felt what he wanted to do and wrap her legs around his waist.

Holding her in a tight hug, he entered her and started to build up the passion that they share. With the cool water falling onto them made their Love making even deeper. It wasn’t long before their passion was satisfied.

He slid them to the shower floor and held her as their bodies cooled in the water. “Cole,” she said in a low voice, “does this always get better?”

“It does,” he said as he turned off the water with his Powers, “It just gets better over time. Plus, I always make sure to please your needs before my own.”

“With the passion you have for me, how can I please you?” she asked as he helped her to her feet.

“You please me in so many ways,” he replied as he wrapped a towel around her, “With your smile, with your touches and just by seeing you at my side. After so many centuries of darkness, you are the Light in my Soul.”

“As you are to me,” she replied before kissing him.

Cole returned the kiss before she pulled away and went into her room. He followed after wrapping a towel around his waist. He sat on the bed as she got her clothes out to wear that night before heading back to the bathroom.

“Cole, have you notice how Danny always out this time of the day?” she asked a few minutes later.

“Come to think of it…I have,” Cole replied as he sat up, “Why do you ask?”

“Because I couldn’t get to talk to Ebony on the phone for days now,” she said as she came out dressed, “You don’t think that her and Danny…”

“Could be,” he said, “We won’t know until Ebony turns eighteen. A Hunter can’t clam his Lifemate until then.”

“I hope its true,” she said as she settles herself in Cole’s lap, “She had a tough life and deserves someone like Danny at her side.”

“Danny is a good guy and a great fighter,” Cole said as he held her, “If it turns out that he’s Ebony’s Lifemate, he’ll Protect her from harm.”

“So much like you,” Alyssa said as she brushed back his hair, “Anyway, I better get something to eat before heading out.”

“I’ll join you,” he said before he pin her to the bed, “but after some more time together.”

“But I’m dressed,” she said as she felt him pull her shirt up.

He gave her a smile before saying, “This just means that I have some work to do.”

As much as she wanted to be mad at him, but she couldn’t help but relax as he slowly sent them to a place only Lifemates know.

Night has fallen as Alyssa and Danny were walking in the Forest.

“It’s been too quiet the last few night,” Alyssa said as she brought her black clock around her, “You thing the orgs are up to something?”

“They have to be,” Danny replied, “Celine sense a powerful evil awaken and fear it would find the Valley to destroy it.”

“That’s something I won’t let happen,” Alyssa said, remembering her first encounter with the orgs.

“In that case, we better keep our guard up,” Danny replied as they stopped, “Keep in touch with Cole at all times…and hold on to your Saber, if I was you.”

She nodded her head in agreement before walking away from him, holding her Saber under her clock.

About an hour into her patrol, she was in a part of the Forest that was full of dead trees. With the calm night in front of her, she felt that something was…not a part of the area. ‘Something isn’t right,’ she thought as she looked around her, ‘I can feel it.’

Then she saw someone in the shadow of a large tree. “Who’s there?” she said in a strong voice.

Although the person didn’t say anything, Alyssa knew that second who it was. “What are you doing here Rick?” she said.

Rick came out of the shadow wearing dark colored clothes…and a dark look on his face as he said, “Looking for you. I heard you left the teaching job at the school and was worried…”

“Cut the BS story,” she said, “I told you to stay away from me. What do you want now?”

“Why did you choose Cole over me?” he said as he was walking towards her, “I’ve known you longer than him, yet…you picked him. I’m more man than he is!”

“Being rude to others doesn’t make a man out of you,” she replied as she backed away, “Cole is friendly to everyone and cares about them, the same way he is to me. All you want is a pretty charm to show off. I’m a person who has the right to live my own life and pick the man who I want to share that life with. So stay out of my life!”

Before she could move, Rick moved quickly and pin her to a tree.

“What are you doing?” she said as she tried to loosen his hold.

“Prove that I was meant for you,” he replied in a dark tone before he kissed her.

Repulsed by his action, she kneed him…where it hurts the most. His reaction was to slam her to the ground, knocking the breath out of her and lose her hold of her Saber.

“Now I’ll make you mine!” he said as he pinned her hands to the ground and kissed her again.

He was into holding her down as she fought against him…that he didn’t notice what was headed towards him. Before he knew it, he was knocked away from Alyssa…by a large Lion.

Alyssa was able to roll away and grabbed her Saber. That’s when she sensed an evil power nearby…and knew who was the Lion. *Cole, be careful,* she said mentally, *Rick is controlled by an org.*

The Lion purred in agreement as he kept his eyes on Rick.

“Nothing is going to stop me from getting Alyssa,” Rick yelled, “not even a lion.”

The Lion growled before Rick was blinded by a bright Light. The Light dimmed as Cole was standing in front of Rick…which surprised Rick.

“Where did you come from?” he said angrily.

“It doesn’t matter,” Cole said in a hard tone, “She told you time and again to leave her alone. Now, it’s my turn to say it. Stay away from my Girlfriend!”

“I’ll kill you before that happens,” Rick yelled before attacking Cole.

Cole quickly blocked each of Rick’s attacks as he tried to keep his guard up. They were evenly matched as the fight continued.

Then, without warning, Rick pulled out a knife and quickly gave Cole a deep cut in his chest.

“Cole!” she yelled as she saw him fall to his knees.

“So…like my little trick?” Rick said as he stood over Cole, “A…friend gave it to me to get rid of you. Get ready…for your end!”

As Rick raised the knife to strike Cole again, an arrow knocked the knife from his hand…as a second caused it to be imbedded into a log. Rick looked to see Alyssa holding a white and pink bow…with an arrow aimed at him.

“Well…it seems you and him do have something in common,” Rick said, “but his days are numbered…if he survived the poison that was on the knife.” He quickly disappeared before she could fire her arrow.

After she magically made her bow disappear, she ran to Cole’s side. “Are you ok?” she asked as she helped him to lie down on the ground.

“Not good,” he said slowly, “The poison is making me weak…and I don’t have the strength to Heal myself.”

She saw for herself how it was affecting him as he closed his eyes. ‘There’s got to be something I could do to help,’ she thought as she held his head in her lap.

At that second, she recalled something that Celine said about her Family:

Your Family has the blood of a Wild Tiger Hunter…

‘If I have the blood of a Hunter,’ she thought as she pulled out her Saber, ‘then…it might be Strong enough to save him.’

Without a second thought, she cut her left wrist and placed it over his mouth. *Cole, please accept what I have to offer,* she said mentally, *For the both of us, please use my blood to save our Souls. *

He opened his mouth enough so that some of her blood fell in. Then, before she knew it, he grabbed her wrist and brought the cut closer so that he was drinking her blood.

As much as the sight should have scared her, it didn’t as she felt him becoming Stronger…as she was getting weaker. She fought the weakness as she saw a blackish liquid seeping out of his cut and felt him sealing her cut.

“Cole…” she said as he opened his eyes and she got lightheaded.

After seeing her face, he quickly sat up and caught her before she fell in a faint. “Alyssa,” he said as he laid her down…and saw the blood on her Saber.

He grabbed her Saber and cut his left wrist to place the cut near her mouth. *Mi Ámor, accept what I have to offer,* he said in her mind, *for what you have done for me. *

She opened her mouth in reply as he ensures that she drank his blood.

Once he sense that he replaced what he took, he slowly took his wrist away and closed the cut. After placing her in a deep sleep, he cleaned her Saber and shielded it in his knife shield. She stirred in her sleep as he lifted her into his arms.

Just then, he heard a motorcycle as Taylor and Celine stopped their bikes near him.

“Cole what happed?” Taylor asked as Cole got behind Celine’s bike.

“An org took control of a human,” he said, “He attacked me with a poisoned knife…and Alyssa risked her life to save me.”

Celine knew that second what his words really meant as she said, “Taylor, take over the patrol while I’ll take them to the Temple. Tell the others.”

With a tight hold on Celine and Alyssa, Cole and Celine left the area as Taylor wonder if Alyssa will recover…from what’s about to happen.

Once Celine stopped her bike, Cole got off the bike and quickly carried Alyssa into the Temple. He laid her on the Healing table and kneed at her side, saying, “Alyssa…please don’t leave me. Don’t leave me in the darkness again.”

“Cole,” Celine said as she entered the Temple in her Enchantress outfit, “I don’t have much time to explain, but…please leave the Temple now.”

That was enough to cause him to stand and face Celine. “Why? Celine…”

“I never ask for anything from you or the others in these past years,” Celine cut in, “but just this once, Trust me and do what I ask. Leave and stay out of the Temple, no matter what you hear, until I come out.”

Cole was surprised at the tone of Celine’s voice…and the important message behind them. As much as he wanted to question her choose...he knew her long enough to understand. “Ok...Wild Enchantress, I’ll do as you ask. Please…don’t let her escape to the afterlife.”

“I know,” she said as she led him to the Temple entrance, “I’ll make sure that I won’t let it happen.”

After he walked away from her, Celine turned to look at Alyssa. Alyssa stir in pain as Celine quickly went to her side, sensing that the changes were beginning. “*With the Powers of Animaria,*” she said softly, “*help me to save two lives on this night. *”
