Ranma 1/2 Notes: Takes place after the Manga

X-Men: Evolution Notes: Time line all screwed up. Taking place during the second season, 'The heX factor' episode happened before Angel Wings, and Rogue only barely met Risty. Live with it.

Chapter 15: Kissin, Escapin, Lovin.

--------

"Brotherhood hasn't shown up yet, huh?" Scott grumbled, idly staring at the mostly empty table. Aside from that Emma girl, it was totally desolate.

Jean sighed, shaking her head, "I don't think it was a good idea to let Rogue and Kitty spend the night with them. Not after yesterday." Her concern for the girl, especially after yesterdays discovery, was near it's breaking point. She didn't doubt the girl was confused, but she didn't know if she would be safe in the hands of the Brotherhood, or Ranma. Who knows if the person who had been digging through Ranma's head was finished with him? It was disconcerting, knowing so little.

"Do you think she'll.. y'know, leave?" Evan asked, sullenly. The realization she could touch some one who didn't particularly care for their ideals lent weight to a growing paranoia among the team. They didn't want to talk about it, but it was a fear they would have to face some day.

"I don't think so." Kurt grumbled. He was concerned the girls hadn't shown up yet. They must of found the cloths he left them, hadn't they?

"It's possible, Kurt." Jean countered, "It's too early to tell, but if given a choice between us and the only person she's been able to touch since her power activated, what would you choose?"

"I'm not saying it's impossible." Kurt defended, "Just.. y'know.." he sighed, "Never mind."

Scott frowned then. Being the leader of the X-men, he took pride in his empathy concerning anything that threatened his team. Kurt wasn't fooling anyone, he knew the girl would be tempted by the prospect, maybe even enough to leave them entirely. The problem he had, in fact the whole team had it, was the moral hang up about whether or not they actually had the right to keep her from leaving. During the past year she had become as much a part of their family as anyone else, the prospect of her leaving was nearly alien to them, but now.. with the discovery from yesterday, the possibility was quite real.

Evan looked up, smiling, "Well.. looks like they're here."

Glancing backwards, Jean let out a relieved breath. Coming in from the outside parking lot, she could see the Brotherhood, Ranma, Nabiki, Kitty, and Rogue entering. Rogue looked a little out of place from the group, eyes latched on the floor as they moved on. Still, she couldn't miss how close she was with Ranma. There was some hesitation though, she could feel it. As she moved close, she would stop, before forcing herself to move back and widen the distance between her and the boy. Almost as if something was keeping the two of them separated. She wasn't an idiot, and while she was one to believe in hopeless romantics, she didn't kid herself into thinking just one night with the boy would immediately clear the emotional distance between the two. She didn't doubt Rogue liked the guy, but could the same be said for him? Did he even like Rogue as more then the casual friends they had been?

---

Nabiki frowned the moment she laid eyes on the girl. Emma was looking at them, or more specifically, her. She knew she had seen her, knew that because she had been identified there would be consequences to her actions. Just what those were, even Nabiki hadn't thought of yet.

"I'll see you later, Lance." Kitty waved, breaking off from the group as Lance waved in response.

Rogue sighed, watching as Kitty walked away. She spared Ranma a glance, biting her lower lip nervously. "I'll.. see ya in class." she managed to force out, before quickly following after Kitty.

Ranma blinked, shrugging. "Later."

---

"Hey sis." Kurt smiled.

Rogue slumped into her seat in return, eyes immediately locking on and tracing Ranma as he and the other Brotherhood members sat at their table with that Emma girl. She couldn't stop a frown from erupting when the girl reached out and grabbed the guy by the hand. Ranma looked freaked for abit, but didn't do anything to push the girl off.

"They tell you anything about what happened yesterday?" Scott asked, eyeing Rogue weirdly, before following her gaze back to the Brotherhood. Geesh..

"Um.. Lance told me it was the Neko-ken.." Kitty mumbled out, lamely. Everyone at the table could see Rogue getting upset over the new girl. It proved to them, the fact Ranma hadn't taken his hand back, that he didn't see himself and Rogue as anything more then friends. They couldn't expect less, they supposed. Just because was he the only one Rogue could touch, it didn't automatically make him Rogues.

Jean eyed Scott, relieved to see him nod in return. "Neko-ken?"

"It's a martial arts technique he was trained in, it like went real bad."

Evan hmmed, "Martial arts could cause that?"

Kurt scratched his head, confused, "I don't get it."

"Well, like, they didn't tell me how he learned it, only that it was like really really bad." Kitty shrugged.

---

He didn't know why, or how it came to be, but there was a tangible sense of tension between Nabiki and Emma. If it were possible, he'd swear before the almighty sparks of electricity were flashing from Nabs eyes. Emma seemed rather docile, even going so far as to flinch every now and then. This just begged the question of 'Why'.

"So..."

Peitro didn't have a clue either. He just realized he had the nearly overpowering urge to run the hell away before the fireworks went off. Geesh, what had gotten into these girls?

"How'd that thing go with Rogue?" Toad asked, hoping to get Emma and Nabiki off whatever trip they were on. Neither him, nor the others knew how things had gone, spending the majority of the night back at their old place to give the others time to figure things out for themselves.

Seemed like that was enough, at least for Emma, who turned to Toad weirdly, "Rogue? The goth girl?"

Lance grunted an affirmative, "Yeah."

"Hehe.." Ranma shrugged, "Kinda fell asleep on the couch with me."

Emma raised an eyebrow curiously. Goth girl and Ranma were an item? Peering over to the X-men's table, she couldn't hide a smirk at the sight of the girl glaring at her hatefully. Whoa. "I didn't know you were dating Rogue."

"Eh.." Ranma sighed, shaking his head, "I ain't, she.. eh.. just a friend."

Nabiki snorted. She may have decided not to bring up the fact it was Emma who caused the whole mess yesterday, she preferred to take care of that herself, but that didn't mean she would just let her get by with her tricks. "Dating? Ranma?" she chuckled, "Boy's not one for dating, goes right for home plate if you know what I mean." There, that would annoy any normal girl.

Fred blanched.

Tabitha choked, which was impressive considering she wasn't drinking or eating anything.

Wanda didn't so much as even twitch, but oh, you can bet your ass she wanted too. Damn Nabiki was being vicious this morning, and she had no clue why.

"Home plate?" Ranma scratched his head, shrugging. He didn't understand, and he really didn't care anyway. "What's wrong with scoring?" He really needed to figure out how this conversation switched to sports.

Emma raised an eyebrow curiously at that. Turning to Ranma, she smiled coyly, "Well now.. I didn't think you were so open with such things.."

Nabiki blinked. Oh no she did not just say that.

"Eh.." he shrugged. "Anything worth doing is worth doing right. Scoring is all that matters, right guys?"

Peitro barked in laughter, "Oh man! You got that right!"

"Uh.. Ranma.. I didn't mean it like that.. " Nabiki winced. The jock was either a real pervert, or completely ignorant of the meaning behind her words. She was willing to bet on the former.

"Well.." Emma breathed, leaning in close, "I think it's a refreshing change of pace to meet some one like that.. hmmm, Ranma?"

Ranma eyed the girl weirdly. What was going on around here? "Uh.. I guess.."

"Good." she grinned, before surprising Ranma by practically yanking him to her. Grabbing the surprised boys cheeks, he was ill prepared to defend from her true attack, that of her crushing warm lips pressed against his own.

Nabiki groaned, face palming.

Lance leaned back, stunned.

Ranma's eyes grew to the size of golf balls when a slippery, if entirely enticing, wet appendage slipped into his mouth.

---

Rogue scowled, watching the scene unfold for only a few seconds before slamming her hands on the table, getting up and walking away angrily.

Scott leaned back in his chair, stunned. The way the guy was waving his arms while the girl proceeded with lip lock simply screamed, at least to him, that the guy hadn't been expecting anything of the sort.

Kitty winced at that. Watching as Rogue went practically running away, she quickly grabbed her bag before taking off after the girl. This just wasn't a good thing, not by any means.

Jean winced, rubbing her forehead.

Scott blinked, "Jean? You sure you're okay?"

"I'm fine.. just a little headache, is all." Jean grumbled tiredly.

"Maybe you should have stayed home today.. just to be safe." he eyed her, concerned.

"Oh shut up." Jean snapped, rising from the table angrily, "I know my own limitations Scott Summers. Thank you very much." she finished, before stomping away.

Kurt blinked, "Le harsh.."

---

Hmm. He wasn't a bad kisser. At first she had been concerned she over stepped her bounds when the guy practically froze up on her, but thankfully he had gotten into it quickly enough, his body relaxing into the kiss as he included his own tongue into the duel. Pulling back some, she whispered softly, "I'm sorry.."

Ranma blinked, smiling back, "I'm not." he winked.

Nabiki scowled, ready to let loose with a vicious barb, only to stop as the bell rang signaling the beginning of school. Reaching over and grabbing the guys hand, she practically ripped him away from her, "Let's go Ranma!" she shot a glare at the girl, "You and me will have a long.. long talk, very soon."

Emma winced at that. She knew the girl had seen her in the guy's mindscape, which meant that up coming confrontation wasn't going to be pretty. She was already confused by the fact no one else seemed to know what she had done, heck, she had half expected to get the brow beating of her life once they showed up this morning.

Tabitha whistled, "You girl, scare me."

Peitro chuckled, walking away to his own class, "Might be stuck up, but at least she puts out."

---

"Rogue! Wait up!" Kitty yelled as she followed after the girl.

Just seeing him kissing another girl, especially so soon after last night hurt. She didn't kid herself, though. She knew he didn't see her as his girlfriend, probably didn't even realize that she was hurting like she was. She stopped, hand covering her eyes less they anyone see how close she was to letting tears fall.

Kitty winced as she came up to the girl, "Rogue.."

"I know.. I know." she snapped bitterly, "He ain't mine, I don't own him." she wiped her eyes.

Kitty sighed, carefully placing her arm around the girl. She didn't know if she'd snap and smack her arm away again, but she faintly hoped that last night would have helped the girl. And it did, she supposed, but it obviously wasn't enough. "Do you remember what you told me? About what Nabiki said when you and Risty went over?"

"No." she sighed. Truthfully she was way too tired mentally to even think that far back. She needed time, to just sit down and think about things, to find her center again after her world was turned upside down by yesterdays revelation.

"The only girl.." Kitty repeated, softly lest the suddenly surging students from the Cafeteria overheard them, "... that'll ever be right for him is a girl who won't take no for an answer."

Rogue blinked. She remembered that, "So?"

"So.." Kitty smirked, "Don't take 'No' for an answer. That other girl won't, so you shouldn't either. He's too important to let go.."

Her words made sense, she realized, but the problem she had was she really didn't know how to go about things like this. Being segregated from normal relationships by her power, she found herself rather ill-prepared for such an undertaking. "I.. I don't know what ta do."

Kitty grinned, "We'll help you, Rogue. All of us."

She was grateful, extremely so to have such friends like Kitty. That Emma girl would be tough to beat, even with their help. She seemed totally obsessed with the guy, not even knowing him for a day she was practically throwing herself at him. "Thanks.." she sighed, softly repeating. "Thanks.. I'm gonna need it."

---

Scott blinked, closing his locker. First period had ended, and Second was set to start up soon. He hadn't been expecting this of all things in-between classes. "You want me to what?" he deadpanned.

"Scott." Kitty sighed, "She just doesn't know what to do. She's just found some one she can touch, and already there's another girl out there trying to take him from her."

"I get what your saying." Scott sighed, "And I'd like nothing more then to help.. but what can I do? He doesn't even like me."

"How should I know!" Kitty flushed, a little angry. She hadn't thought about it at the time when she promised Rogue she, and the others would help, but she realized then this wasn't going to be easy, not by a long shot.

"Well.. let's think about it before doing anything, okay?"

---

Evan blinked, nearly spitting his drink out in shock. "Wha!! What the heck did you say?" Why the hell did he have to get involved? He was just chilling waiting for third period to start up, what was the deal with jumping him with this cluster bomb now of all times?

"I said." Kitty glared at the skater, "We need to come up with a plan to get Ranma and Rogue together." she hissed when he looked ready to say something, "I'll claw your eyes out if you say your not going to help!"

"Eh.. heh." he groaned, "Fine.. what the hell can I do? I barely know the guy."

"Think of something!" she snapped, walking away.

"Yeah.. easier said then done." he grumbled.

---

Jean winced as the warning bell rang. Tiredly closing her locker, she pressed her forehead up against the cool metal. Damn, she felt really really bad. The mental battle yesterday had hurt her more then she realized at first. Maybe she should just go home today?

"Jean?"

Startled, she pressed her hand to her chest to calm her heart. Damn she was so out of it, she hadn't even noticed him coming up, "Ranma.. hi."

Ranma gave the girl a weird look. The final bell for class had rung nearly five minutes ago, what was some one like her doing out in the halls? "Skipping?"

Jean blinked, only now noticing they were practically alone out in the halls. She blanched, "Oh dear! I'm late!" she cried, turning to run down the hall. She was surprised to find her hand caught by the boy, pulling her back some. "Ranma?"

"Hey.." Ranma chuckled nervously, letting her hand go, "I.. er.. wouldja mind skippin out this period? I really need ta talk to you." Truthfully, he just didn't want to go to his Math class. Integers, vectors, pre-calculus crap. God he hated that class. It sucked skipping alone too.

"I.. uh.." The thought of actually skipping out on a class was alien to her. In all her years the prospect had come up every so often, but she never actually indulged in such things. His offer was tempting, very tempting, but.. but she had to set an example for the others. Yeah, that's it. "I don't.."

"Hey, we can go back to my place for lunch too if you want. Be better then eating the crap around here.." so he'd be skipping Speech too, he didn't care. He eyed the hallways. This was a dangerous game, standing out here so long, security or a errant faculty member could catch them at any second. "Whattya say? Our secret?"

"Uh.." She rubbed her forehead tiredly. What the hell, with her head hurting like this, she didn't think she'd make it through the day anyway. "Sure. You have a car?" she blinked, just realizing he lived practically two miles away from the school, and she certainly didn't feel like walking.

"Heh." he smirked, thumbing upwards, "Nothing beats roof hoppin. Trust me."

".. Okay."

---

"Jonathan Paulson?"

"Here."

"Ranma Saotome?"

...

Nabiki grimaced, rubbing her head tiredly as Risty and Rogue turned back to the empty seat where Ranma was suppose to be. She didn't have a clue where the jock could be, he had gone missing last class too.

Mrs. Thornstad frowned, "Ms. Tendo? Where is Mr. Saotome?"

"Uh.." she sighed, "He was feeling sick earlier, they sent him home."

Emma frowned curiously at that. He didn't seem sick earlier, in fact the guy seemed rather virile. She didn't voice that thought though.

Risty whispered, "Sick, huh?" her tone just screamed she didn't buy that excuse.

Rogue winced. Maybe he wasn't immune to her power? Maybe this was a delayed reaction? She blinked when Nabiki mouthed something to her. "Skipping.." she didn't know whether or not to be relieved by that. The fact Ms. Tongue Maiden was in the room left her a little at ease, the thought of him going off and skipping to get a little frisky was brutally beaten down. Damn girl, you are getting paranoid.

Risty blinked, "Huh? Really.. how disappointing." she frowned, dangerously even.

---

She had never been so terrified in her life as she was then. The feeling in her gut as they free fell from each leap had her clinging to the guy tighter. She was grateful he didn't seem to mind that fact at all, simply continuing their run through the roof tops of Bayville. Had she known he could do something like this, or what she was really getting herself into, she would of worn pants!

Still, at least there was one good aspect, she realized just as they were nearly there. Ever sense they had started, she had felt her headache slowly clear away. She figured it was probably the stress of how they were traveling, which made sense in a way. People didn't leap from roof to roof through the air every day, nor did it while occasionally flipping in midair. She couldn't even begin to imagine how she managed not to scream through it all.

Ranma set down on their roof. Peering over the edge, he grinned before hopping down and landing on the railing surrounding their small balcony. Bending down, he ducked under the roof and slid to the ground, then set Jean down. "Here we are."

"... Mama.." Jean whimpered, not letting him go, her fists clenching his shirt fearfully.

He blinked. Whoops! He had been so excited to get the heck out of school he went hog-wild with the acrobatics on the way home. He winced, "Ah.. crap. Sorry Jean.." she seemed rather unresponsive, but he had no doubt when she managed to break out of her current shock she'd deck him one. He deserved it, anyway. Picking the girl back up, he slid the door open and walked inside.

---

"Nabiki?"

"Ms. Frost." she responded coolly.

Emma sighed. It had been bothering her all day, she just wanted to get this over with, "Look.. I know you saw me, and.. I'm sorry. I didn't know something like that would happen."

"Then why do it at all?" she hissed balefully. It wasn't the fact she had done it that pissed her off, it was the fact she nearly gotten them both trapped in the jocks insanity. The fear of losing her mind in that dark void, surrounded by the cold cruel memories of a little boy being sliced to ribbons by hungry starving cats was not a pleasant thing. Not in the least bit.

Emma sighed, "I... was curious. I didn't think he'd have something so.. so evil buried in him. I just wanted to know what he thought of me, I swear."

"Why?" Nabiki snorted, "You've been hanging all over him since you came here. What's the connection? What's the big deal with him? With you're looks, you could have any guy in this school eating out of your hands!" It hurt to admit the girl was so much more prettier then she herself was, but it was the truth.

"Truthfully?" Emma hmmed, continuing when Nabiki started scowling, "It was a game at first."

"A game?"

"It's hard to explain." she sighed, "I was just having a little fun, using him to get to know people.. it could have been anyone, really." she shrugged, lying her ass off like a pro.

"If it's just a game, why'd you kiss him this morning?"

Emma sighed, rubbing her head tiredly, "I.. when I was caught inside his mind, before you showed up.." she hugged herself then, rubbing her arms as if they were cold, "The boy trapped inside.. he was a direct link to Ranma's subconscious. Trapped with him, it created a kind of link to his subconscious.. I saw.. everything through his eyes. His perceptions.. everything." she looked up, gazing blankly in Nabiki's eyes, "He's hiding it, really hiding it. But there's a hole inside of him, something he lost.. a girl I think. He's desperately trying to plug that hole up, and I.."

"I get it." Nabiki snapped, turning around. She only got four steps away before glancing back over her shoulder, "You coming?"

Emma blinked, "You.. you want me to come? Even after everything that's happened?"

Nabiki snorted, "Don't even dare think this is the end of it. You're going to be making this up to us for a long, long time." she sighed then, whispering more to herself then to anyone, "You'll fill the void.. for now." before she shrugged and move on.

Emma waited until she had gone, before sighing in relief. She hadn't lied, per say, but she hadn't told the full truth either. She doubted if Nabiki could truly understand what she had seen while trapped in the boys mind.. she doubted anyone could.

---

Peitro blinked, "You mean he just vanished?"

Nabiki shrugged, "He's probably skipping. He really didn't get that much sleep last night, not with goth chick hanging on him."

Lance grunted, with a nod, "I hear that." he didn't get any sleep with Kitty draped over him like she had been. Not that he minded, he couldn't bring himself to care about anything else when he had that girl there. She was the only one who ever managed to bring that out in him, and he rather liked it.

"That's funny." Wanda hmmed, "Ms. Perfect vanished also."

Emma blinked, "Uh.. who?"

"Not anyone you know." Toad waved the girl off, peering over to Wanda, "So.. when did Jean disappear?"

"Just before third period, she didn't show up." the girl shrugged.

Nabiki blinked, "Wait.. that's the same time Ranma vanished.."

Fred scratched his head thoughtfully, "You don't think their together, do ya?"

Peitro snorted, "Ms. Perfect and Ranma? I don't think so."

"But.. they both vanished, about the same time?" Tabitha stressed, "Me thinks it's no mere coincidence."

"Me either." Nabiki scowled. Just what was that jock thinking?

---

"Couldn't find her?" Scott blinked.

Kitty sighed, shaking her head, "I went looking for her before third period, but she never showed up. I, like, checked fourth period too, one of her friends in class said she just didn't show up."

Risty snorted, "Ranma vanished on us too. Didn't show up for fourth."

Evan frowned, "Maybe Jean went home? She was having headaches..."

"Yeah.." Kurt nodded "But.. y'know." he hmmed, idly speculating, "Jean and Ranma both vanishing.. you don't think they left together, do you?"

"What?" Rogue deadpanned.

Scott frowned, rubbing his forehead in irritation, "I.. don't think so. It's probably just a coincidence.. yeah." at least he hoped it was.

---

His home was small, with the amount of people that lived here she couldn't even imagine how cramped the place was during the busy afternoon hours. Still, it was quaint and homely, to a degree considering just who lived here with the boy.

Jean winced, rubbing her forehead. It had been wishful thinking on her part earlier, the pain hadn't gone away, it had increased with a passion. "Ow.. Ranma?" she called out his name.

"Yeah?" Ranma peeked out of the kitchen, eying the girl curiously, "Sup?"

"Can I get some aspirin? I have such a headache." she sighed miserably to prove her point.

Ranma smirked, waving towards the hall, "Second door on your left, up in the medicine cabinet." before he vanished back in the kitchen.

---

"It's clean.." She blinked, quite surprised. The bathroom looked spotless, with pure white tiles that reflected the soft luminescence of the lights. Colorful towels hanging from the railing, and even a few boxes of makeup lining the sides of the sink. She never expected to find it like this, once again her perceptions on the Brotherhood changing for the better. At least they knew how to keep a place clean, which you wouldn't suspect with the way their old place was run down.

Opening up the medicine cabinet, she quickly found the bottle. Pulling it out, her eyes widened in shock at what was hidden behind it. Dropping the bottle, it clattered in the sink loudly before coming to a stop. Slowly, tentatively she reached up and grabbed a small box that had been hidden behind the aspirin. "Co.. condoms!" she meeped, eying the door fearfully. Examining the box thoroughly, her nervousness only increased when she found it open, and a single condom missing from within. Did.. did he bring her here.. no, that couldn't be right. She had to be imagining things, the box was hidden in the back after all.

She removed one of the condoms, placing the box on the sink as she stared at the thing weirdly. She'd seen them before, Health class made sure of it, but the mechanics involved in it's application and use boggled her. She wasn't experienced, not in the least bit, so curiosity was to be expected from a healthy growing girl.

She startled when some one knocked on the door, loudly. "Yo? You find it?" it was Ranma.

"Uh.. Uh.." she quickly slammed the condom back in the box, only her overzealous attempt to be rid of the evidence of her snooping caused her to rip the box apart, condoms flying everywhere. "yeah! Yeah! I found it.." she whimpered that list bit out.

"You okay?" his voice was filled with concern, which proved to further drive her embarrassment to full power. Arggh! She scampered about the ground, grabbing the condoms. Oh god, if he came in here now he'd see her with a handful of condoms!! Quick, she had to hide it. Looking left and right, she didn't find any place she could immediately stash them. Freaked out, she threw most of them into the trashcan. The problem with this, however, was the trashcan was practically full. She'd need to find another place to hide the last of them.

Ranma knocked on the door again, urgently, "Hey, I'm coming in." and slowly the door began to open.

Freaking she shoved the last condom down her shirt, into her bra. As Ranma stepped in, she quickly grabbed the bottle from the sink, practically presenting it to him as proof that she had found it, "See?! I found it! Yep!"

"Oookay." he blinked, with eyebrows raised curiously, then shrugged, "I got lunch ready. Hope ya don't mind, I was feelin kind of home sick so I made some sushi."

"Nono!" she actually rather liked sushi, "That's fine."

---

Ranma sighed, pushing his plate away before relaxing into the comfy cushions of the couch. That had been decent, no where near Dear old Kasumi's standards, but good. He eyed the girl weirdly. She hadn't eaten much of anything, and in fact when she had at first come out of the bathroom she seemed freaked out beyond all recognition. That weirded him out, what the heck could have happened in the bathroom to get her so tense? There was also the fact she kept wincing every now and then, rubbing her temples tiredly as she did so. Her headache maybe?

"Yo.. Jean." he frowned when she winced again.

"Ugh.. " she sighed. Damn her headache was getting worse, "What is it?" She realized she should call the Professor, even if only to get picked up, but the thought of her using her powers to do such was sickening. If her head was hurting this much with everything shut off, what would happen if she activated those powers.

Ranma frowned, "Ya helped Nabiki in my head, didn't ya?"

"Ye.. yes I did. Why?"

He smiled then, "Just wanted ta say thanks, y'know, for bein there. It's.. nice to have people like you around ta help some one yah barely know."

"Ah.." she couldn't take it anymore. Maybe if she leaned back and rested her eyes it would get better. Doing just that, she mumbled in response, "I.. was glad to help."

"Cool.." he blinked, "You sure you're okay? Ya look like yer hurtin or somethin."

"Just.. just a headache." she groaned that out towards the end. Leaning back wasn't helping, not at all, "It.. it really hurts."

He frowned. Sliding down the couch, he pressed his hand up against her forehead. "Feels like yah got a fever.."

She didn't know how, or why, but the moment his skin touched her own she could feel her head starting to clear, the pain lessening ever so slightly. Weird. "I'm not sick.. don't be silly." she sighed, rubbing her shoulders, "Just tense. I promise it's nothing."

"Right." he snorted, not buying it. He pulled her forward some, lifting his leg up and around her, before fitting himself in-between her back and the couch. "Just stay still, I'm gonna see if I can help with that headache of yours."

Jean really wasn't in any mood to stop him. Not because she was attracted or any such nonsense, even if she had been recently, but the longer he kept his hands on her the less and less her head hurt. Which was weird, really weird in fact. She couldn't stop herself from groaning as his fingers began to work the knots out of her shoulders. As he continued to work her shoulders, slowly and carefully moving down her back with his massage, she felt more then just her pain being washed away, more then her body relaxing beneath his fingers. It almost felt as if she was being shrouded in a veil of familiarity. Which was weird, since this was the first time she had ever felt like this. There was something.. yes, something about the boy, in the boy that was practically resonating with her. What the heck could be going on, really?

Ranma became a little perturbed with the amount of moaning the girl was sounding off. It was just a stupid little massage he learned during his time on the road to help with headaches. Hmm.. he wasn't a master shiatsu user, but maybe he should stop including that in these things? Weird, he couldn't ever remember it affecting Nabiki like this, and he had done it to her alot back when they first got here and were staying in New York. "Jean?"

"Hmmm.."

"Uh.. y'know, maybe we should stop?" he glanced at the clock nervously. If they were going to make it back in time for the end of lunch they had to go now anyway. Perfect. "I think it's time we get goin. Don't wanna be late for class, y'know?" he said that, desperately even when the girl turned and glanced over her shoulder. The look he caught in her rather glossy eyes didn't set well with him.. not one bit.

"Ranma.." Jean whispered, huskily. She didn't know why, she didn't know how, but just with him touching her she felt all her insecurities fade away. The mask she forced herself to wear, the one where she was prim, proper, up to date with all the fashion trends, unafraid to take charge and set the example.. it all faded away, all by the touch of his fingers against her skin.

"Okay.." he grimaced, pulling back a little as she leaned in, "Yer sick, delirious even! I'm gonna go call Chuck to pick you up."

He tried to move away, but quickly found himself pressed back against the couch, the girl looking at him weirdly. Geesh, what the heck was in that sushi? it couldn't have had anything that would do this kind of thing to the girl. Headache maybe? He didn't see how. Maybe she picked up something while she was in his head? Possibly.. but Nabs didn't seem all that different, and from what she told him of the experience, Jean wasn't in there all that long.

"I think.." Jean grinned, leaning into him, face practically smashed against his own, "Yes.. I think it's time.."

Oh god he hoped she meant 'Time to leave'. He was quite promptly shown how wrong he was when she smashed her lips up against his own.

Wanda opened the door, peering into the house curiously. "I don't think he's here.." House looked the same as they left it.

Nabiki pushed her way past the girl, eyeing the insides. She quickly spotted a plate of unfinished sushi on the coffee table. She, being the last one out of the house this morning, knew that hadn't been there earlier. "Some one's been here." she pointed the plate out to Wanda.

The girl frowned, "Weird. Think we should call Xavier? Let them know they were here, but aren't here now?"

"Eh.." she slowly, carefully walked down the hall. "Wanda.. I think there still here.." she pointed to the floor, with a shaky finger.

Wanda blinked, following the finger to a loosely discarded skirt. "What the.." the two quickly found a pair of slippers, then a shirt, then a blouse, then a pair of pants.. "You don't think.." the thought of what this could possibly mean threatened to smother her whole.

Nabiki snorted, quickly running up to Ranma's new room. When Nodoka hadn't shown up after that first week, he had broken into her room and claimed it as his own. She didn't care, neither did the guys or Wanda either. "I'm thinking exactly what your thinking."

They opened the door.

And the sight couldn't be more damning even if this was a porno shot. The bed was a mess, covers thrown about everywhere, while on top the two naked teenagers were slumbering peacefully. Her eyes immediately fell from Ranma to Jean, or more importantly the area in-between her legs. There was a mixture of dried blood, some white gunk that she didn't even have to guess what it really was, and another clear liquid she couldn't think of the name for. Even if everything she had seen up to this point wasn't damning evidence enough, the torn up used condom by her feet sealed the case.

Ranma wasn't as asleep as she had first thought. He looked up blearily at the two girls. "Y'know... today's been one crazy fuck up after another.."

Nabiki smirked. The boy wasn't even defending himself from the act, which lent weight to something she had suspected quite awhile ago. Back in Nerima, the boy had been dodging three rather attractive girls, all more then willing from one time to another to climb into bed with the stud. The fact he didn't do it had first clued her in, she'd know if he had because he'd have been married lickety split if he had touched any of the fiancées, so she had come to suspect the jock had been seeing 'other' girls on the side, even if only to relieve the tension from constantly being offered the bodies of beautiful girls.

"Ranma.. you didn't.. with.. with Jean?!?" Wanda's mouth open in shock. She couldn't believe it.

Nabiki's bitch was far more personal, "God damn it! I thought I was going to get laid first" she turned and scowled at Wanda. "Damn it. You need to put out faster!"

Wanda blanched, backing away from the obviously insane girl, "Oh hell no!"

To be continued. (HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAH)

Some of you will problem be going like, "WTF" or some such crap. So, I'll explain my vision of Ranma and what he truly is. One, he isn't a Saint, Two, he isn't a Genius, and Three, he's a guy damn it. We all, even if only at some point, like to view Ranma as the type of guy who could do no wrong, who won't screw up in all the ways it really matters. I think you're all smoking crack.

So lets recap.

1. Yes, Ranma boned Jean. Fun huh?

2. No, boning a girl doesn't mean you're a couple. Any guys out there with a decent social life know sex for many girls is more about the pleasure, and companionship of the act, not any such silly things as emotions. Granted, emotions make the experience even better, but guys aren't purists for such things. Least, not all of em. Sex is sex, fun fun fun.

3. Despite the fact they had sex, it doesn't affect the match up polls at all.

4. You guys are probably wondering about the 'touch and there goes the headache' shit, right? One word, that they both have in common. Jean is the _______ while Ranma has the _______ pill in him. It's the reason Jean was ejected from his mind, and the fact they had gotten so close on that level that caused all the headaches and pain she had been feeling. It's kinda like being separated from your mother while your still in the womb, that's the closest way I can describe the feeling of Jean's inner self being separated by the pill. Or, it could be that hidden power I didn't tell you about. Jean was sick, and Ranma is the 'Ultimate Antidote'. Think of it as you want, you'll get no more then this from me on the subject!

5. It was consensual. Some might argue Jean wasn't in her right mind, and I'll call you people weirdo's. She certainly won't wake up feeling raped or some crap, more or less exhilarated that her first time had felt so damn right to her.

6. I know I kind of cheaped my way out of actually writing the lemon, I just didn't feel like it. If anyone actually wants to write the thing, go ahead, I'll be sure to give proper credit. Anyway, if I'm inspired during the re-write later on (whenever the muse dies) I might write one in. Whatever.

Now, on another note. There was some one kind enough to send me ten dollars last night to buy smokes to continue writing. I'd like to thank him publicly, but he's asked not to be mentioned by name. So, you know who you are, thanks a ton dude.

Oh yeah, I'm debating about erasing this and going a differnt path. What do you guys think?
