Part 4: Nerima Madness EXTREME

repeat, DO NOT belong to me. I'm just using them in this story I wrote
for fun, NOT profit, so lets not talk about suing anyone, ok?

In the back of the okonomiyaki shop, Ryoga is relating some of his
crazier adventures. His curse makes for just as many laughs as
Ranma's, and the two demi-saiyajins are laughing away. Ranma, now back
in male form, has a knowing grin on his face. Then Ukyou comes in.
Ranma asks, "Who was it?"

"The old ghoul," replies Ukyou with an apprehensive look. Ranma frowns
as Cologne and Shampoo enter the back room. Ryoga falls silent when he
sees them, and Goten spins around.

"Um, Trunks, there's somebody else here."

"Huh?" Trunks looks over his shoulder quickly, taking in the two
Amazons, then freezes. Why am I getting weird vibes from that old
woman?

Ukyou begins the introductions. "Cologne, Shampoo... meet Goten Son
and Trunks Briefs Vegeta. Goten, Trunks... meet Elder Cologne and her
great granddaughter Shampoo, of the Chinese Amazons."

Cologne is staring numbly at the two boys. They are the two powers
that I felt before?!? How could they possibly be so young!?

Shampoo is rather confused. Whatever she had been expecting, this was
not it. A pair of kids are more powerful than...?

Nabiki is saying... "So let me get this straight. You two were having
your race, all is fine and good, but when you broke the sound barrier,
this blue light appeared around you. When it cleared, you two found
yourselves over the Jepoc Island Circle? And now you can't feel the
presence of your friends?"

"That's what happened." Trunks states simply.

"Hmm... and Ranma, you said that when you were up on that plateau
practicing, you launched a ki blast toward the water in the center of
the island circle? I know your ki blasts are blue, and our guests said
that they were surrounded by blue light for an instant. I'd say that
totals up to be more than just a coincidence. And didn't you say that
for a second, two flashes of gold appeared at the center of your
blast?"

"Yeah..."

Goten jumps in. "Two flashes of gold? That could have been our ki
flame."

"Ki... flame?" Ryoga and Ranma ask simultaneously. Nabiki waves them
off.

"Think about it, people. There are just too many parallels here for
this whole series of events to be a complete coincidence."

She looks around. Everyone is holding their heads at the moment. "Now
don't tell me that you people have a headache!" They all nod and the
middle Tendo daughter facefaults.

"Damnit, I can't believe she actually figured it out. Bah! It doesn't
matter." Toltiir is a little miffed that some human could figure out
what had `happened' to the two saiyajins. But he starts laughing again
at the thought of all the trouble he can stir up with the pair of
super-powered ten-year-olds.
