New Memories

Shampoo hid in the bushes watching the ball of chi disappear and a girl of the age of fourteen emerge. Then her eyes widened when she saw that the young girl was trying to carry Ryouga, Akane, and Ukyo. She almost burst out laughing when she saw the girl fall under her luggage of people and tried desperately to push them off her.

Shampoo (thinking): Maybe I should wait here until I figure out what she's gonna do with them……….. But how the heck did she get Ryouga and the others anyway?

Shampoo watched the young girl desperately struggle out of the load of unconscious people. Once she did, Shampoo took a look at the girl. She had red hair and very messed up clothes.

Shampoo (thinking): Whoever she is, she was seriously hurt from the attacks Ryouga and…… Ukyo gave her. Hmm……. I guess she doesn't even realize that they affected her powers……. Which is probably a good thing.

Shampoo watched again as the girl looked at the wall that was covered in moss and rock. Then Shampoo's eyes widened again as the girl pressed a part of the wall and a figure appeared. Shampoo almost jumped out of the bushes and screamed, but clamped her mouth shut and restrained herself.

Shampoo (thinking): WHAT THE HECK!

Shampoo looked at Ranma. He was smirking darkly and helping the younger girl with Ryouga, Akane, and Ukyo. He carried Ryouga over his shoulder and Ukyo in his arms. Then he grinned when he saw the dark patches and cuts that covered the younger girl's shirt and face.

Ranma (tauntingly): So, did they give you some trouble Ling? Your face is cut and so is your side. Maybe you should see a doctor?

Ling scoffed at that. How dare he imply that. She wasn't someone to be messed with. Ling looked at Ranma like she was about to yell in his face, but stopped herself.

Ling (thinking): This one's the person my mistress got by herself……… I better just leave him alone.

Ranma looked at Ling coldly amused. Ling just ignored him and continued her path behind the stone wall. Ranma watched her before shifting the extra weight and walking with her. He stopped in mid step and turned around looking around cautiously.

Shampoo gulped and tried getting a better look at Ranma. He was wearing a black vest with no shirt and black baggy pants. Shampoo looked at Ranma confused. He didn't wear anything like that before. She looked up, but couldn't see Ranma's face clearly.

Ranma looked around a little bit more before smelling something pleasant. It got him a little woozy, but he shrugged it off and turned around smiling. Shampoo couldn't see Ranma's face but she had a feeling that Ranma knew that she was here.

Ranma (thinking): ………. Yes….. It must be her…….. I can't wait until she gets into *my* room……

Ranma formed a small icy smile before walking off into the stone wall. Shampoo let out her breath that she didn't even know that she held in. Shampoo then took out her bonbori out of sub space. Her hands were gripping the handles tightly.

Shampoo (thinking): Something's wrong with Ranma. His aura……

Shampoo shivered. It seemed to be tainted with a force that she couldn't make out. Shampoo looked at the now closed wall door with determination. She gripped her pair of bonbori even harder.

Shampoo (thinking): I'll get you back Ranma. Just you wait……… I just hope that the others will be able to handle themselves……… who am I kidding? Ryouga and Ukyo already wore that Ling girl out. They'll be able to get out safe and sound…….. But maybe I'll just help them out a little bit… After all… I'm not really that eager to see Ranma again……well,….. sorta………

Shampoo walked out of the bushes and looked at the wall for a moment. Then she touched around for an opening like Ling had done.

Shampoo (thinking and still feeling around): I know that it's around here somewhere. Come on, come on!

Shampoo felt a little more and felt pushed on one of the stones. It pushed back and Shampoo smiled in triumph.

Shampoo (thinking): Ha! I got it! Now to get the others….

Shampoo walked through the opened door. She looked around impressed.

Shampoo (thinking): Well, at least I now know that that wall was just the outside.

Once Shampoo reached a corridor she was amazed to see lights and pictures of people in fighting outfits. The corridor looked nice with lights that filled the room and all the furniture around. Shampoo was still examining the corridor until a voice she noticed was heard.

Voice (ticked): DAMMIT LET ME GO!! I'M NOT GONNA TURN INTO A-

Shampoo rolled her eyes at that. Akane would always find a way to yell angrily even in the face of danger.

Shampoo (thinking): At least that makes my job a little easier.

Shampoo ran all the way to see where Akane was being held. She stopped when she saw a door and her voice got louder. Shampoo pressed her ear to the closed door where inside held Akane.

Akane: HELP! DAMMIT LET ME G-

Shampoo heard a startling SLAP sound that sounded like it could brake someone's cheek. Shampoo winced at that thought. Then she heard a whimper that no doubt in Shampoo's mind was Akane's. Then Shampoo heard another voice she knew.

Kuno: How dare you touch the lovely Akane in that manner! I'll make thou vile beast kneel before me and beg thee forgiveness!

Shampoo and the other voice groaned. In Shampoo's head she said the same thing the other voice said out loud.

Both: Don't you ever SHUT UP?!

Shampoo (thinking): Wait a minute. When did Kuno get here? …………… She probably took him too…..

Ling: Ah well…………… I'm going to change you so we can play…………..

Shampoo heard a ZAAPP! and took that chanced to barge in the door. Her jaw dropped when she saw Akane, Kuno, and Ukyo. Ling stopped playing with Kuno when she saw her come in through the door. Her face showed delight as she stood up that made Shampoo shiver. Ling licked her lips. Shampoo just stared at Kuno, Akane, and Ukyo. Shampoo pointed a finger at the three of them.

Shampoo: What did you do to them?!

The three of them were turned into life sized dolls. What surprised Shampoo though was that they could move on their own. Akane had a red mark on her face like a real person.

Ling looked at her toys and then back to Shampoo. Ling studied her figure and smiled.

Ling (thinking): She's beautiful……. Maybe I'll make her as my-

Ling ducked, as she was about to finish her sentence. Shampoo's bonbori struck a nearby doll house that went crashing down as it felt the impact. Ling looked at her dollhouse and then back at Shampoo. She pouted and then wined a little.

Ling: Why'd you do thaaaaaattttt?

Shampoo twitched at that. Then she regained her composure and glared at the younger girl. Ling sweatdropped a little.

Shampoo: I said, what have you done to them?

Shampoo pointed towards the three moving dolls. Ling smiled at her happily.

Ling: they're my toys, love.

The three dolls stopped moving when she said that. Akane looked at Shampoo accusingly.

Shampoo: Yeah, yeah……. So how'd you- WHAT!!!!???

Realization on what Ling said finally got to her. Shampoo stumbled back when Ling came closer to her. Shampoo stuttered a bit before tightening her fists and gulped. Ling looked at Shampoo hungrily when Shampoo met her eyes. That made Akane even angrier at Shampoo.

Akane (thinking): So that's what happened! Shampoo's lover took us! I bet that they planned this from the beginning!

Akane marched up to Shampoo before slapping her. Shampoo didn't really feel it because Akane was now a soft doll thing, but that didn't stop Shampoo from getting angry with her. Shampoo ignored Ling for a minute that made her stop what she was doing and faced Akane. They glared at each other for a while before Akane broke the silence.

Akane: You planned this from the beginning! Your stupid lover (that made Ling angry) hurt Ryouga and took us here and made us damn dolls! And did you see Ranma yet?! I bet you did some sick things with Ranma while we were here with this trouble! And now Ryouga's gone! Ranma's bad enough, but Ryouga!? Really Shampoo, I thought you were at least better than that, but I guess I was wrong!

Akane took a deep breath after saying all those things. Shampoo took all that abuse silently while seething silently about what she said. She was not this twisted girl's lover! Even though she had no problem with the same sex relationships, she was not this girl's lover! Hell, she was only interested in Ranma right now!…………………Wait! What?

Shampoo shook it off and faced Ling again, who was angrily watching Akane for talking like that with her love interest. Shampoo raised an eyebrow at Ling. Ling finally noticed that Shampoo was looking at her, so she smiled icily. Shampoo almost broke out into a run with that look Ling gave her.

Ling frowned at Shampoo when she saw her take a fighting stance.

Shampoo: Tell me how to turn them back to normal or I'll make you tell me by force.

Ling sighed at the girl. Why did they always want to fight her anyway? She looked at Shampoo in the eyes that held nothing but a challenging stare. Ling almost hung her head to the ground. Her wounds didn't heal that fast and she didn't want to fight Shampoo.

Shampoo could tell that Ling was hesitating to attack or tell her how to help her friends. That made Shampoo lighten her guard a bit. Then Ling looked at Shampoo in the eyes.

Ling (thinking): I can't let Mistress Zian down…. I…… I have to fight.

Ling: I will choose to fight you then, love………

She noticed that Shampoo twitched at that last part. Ling smiled sadly. She never got a break.

Ling: But before we fight, can you tell me your name?

Shampoo shuffled uncomfortably before replying.

Shampoo: It's Xian Pu…… Now let's fight!

Ling nodded and the two fought.

Ling let loose a full attack at Shampoo that hit her in the stomach. Shampoo fell to the floor, but soon got back up and studied Ling's movements. She had lots of speed like Shampoo did.

Ling watched as Shampoo fell down. Then she went straight for her with punches and kicks. Ling was surprised when Shampoo blocked every single one of them. Ling jumped back to put space between them. Ling wiped the sweat that was forming on her forehead.

Ling (thinking): What is this? I shouldn't even be sweating yet…………… She isn't one to mess with either I see.

Shampoo also noticed that Ling was sweating. They haven't even been fighting tough yet, but she was sweating.

Shampoo (thinking): Her energy is low from the last fight I guess. That gives me the upper hand.

Shampoo grinned at that. She hasn't had the upper hand since she was back at the village. Shampoo watched as Ling got her bearings back into place.

Ling looked at Shampoo with blurry eyes before trying to shake it off. It didn't work however and that got her angry. She growled as she tried to focus on Shampoo. Shampoo lowered her guard and looked at her confused. Ling charged angrily at Shampoo with tears. Shampoo once again got back to defense before she was knocked over by Ling.

Shampoo tumbled on the ground until her back collided with the remains of the dollhouse. She groggily got up to her feet and wiped off the blood on her mouth. Ling just charged blindly at her with no precise aim. Shampoo flipped in the air and landed a few feet away from Ling just before she punched her.

Shampoo (thinking): Now's my chance.

Shampoo gave a cry and ran forth to Ling. She just whipped her head around and collided with Shampoo's fist to the head. Ling just stayed still until a crack of blood spilled on her face. Her blurry eyes grew heavy and soon she let the darkness engulf her.

Shampoo caught Ling before she fell on the floor with a THUD. She then gently placed her on the floor of the room while Akane watched.

Akane (thinking): Why would she do that to her lover?

Shampoo looked at the dolls.

Ukyo: She pulled out a liquid and sprayed it on us…… It should be in her pockets.

Shampoo thanked Ukyo and searched through the girl's pockets before she felt something. She smiled and gripped it before pulling it out of Ling's pocket. The liquid was a red color… almost like blood. Then she poured it over Ukyo, Kuno, and then finally Akane. Ukyo screamed at her.

Ukyo: YOU COULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING WORSE YOU IDIOT!!!!

Kuno shoved Ukyo away and gave Shampoo red roses while kneeling. Then he grabbed her hand.

Kuno: To thank thee for helping, my love.

He was about to kiss her hand, but Shampoo yanked it out of his reach. Shampoo scoffed at that and answered to Ukyo.

Shampoo (boredly): All I did was an experiment. You shouldn't have been worried.

Ukyo almost fainted at what Shampoo said.

Ukyo: EXPERIMENT???!!

Shampoo: Yeah…*sweat drop*… um, let's go now. We need to find Ranma.

Akane: And Ryouga too!

Shampoo looked at Akane. She blushed.

Akane: Uh, sorry for accusing you Shampoo.

Shampoo shrugged her shoulders.

Shampoo: Yeah okay. But for now let's go look for Ranma….. And Ryouga.

Ukyo: Hey, I thought I saw Mousse a little while ago.

Shampoo looked at Ukyo surprised. So that idiot *was* still around.

Shampoo: Okay then. We have to find Ranma, Ryouga, and Mousse. Let's go.

Kuno, Ukyo, and Akane: Okay!

A/N: I'm starting to make my story weird……… keh, cool! Sorry for not being able to upload this earlier. School just started and it's crazy! Well, now I'm working on the second chapter for Bitter Heartbreak…………. Both stories are going to start going REALLY slow now cause of school sadly…..……….
