This is Drew Miller. I am attempting to finish the story “Angel Of The Night” by By Dr. Yorkazemzem. I will try my best to keep it to his original vision and try not to change it to much. I'll make sure that Jon and Felicia become central characters. Anyway, feast your peepers.

 

It is now dawn at Matt's apartment.

Matt picks up the phone while smoking and reassures Morrigan, “ I promise you Morrigan, I will do everything I can, I'm calling someone I hope can help us.”

Matt dials the phone to fast and calls the wrong number, an angry voice is yelling to Matt from the phone.

Matt replies, “Sorry, wrong number, I dialed to fast.”

Matt dials again, and a deep heavy voice answers the phone.

10 seconds later…

A voice is coming from the phone, it says, ”yes, I think I can help you and Morrigan.”

Matt becomes interested, “You can?”

The voice replies that he can and will arrive in the morning.

Matt asks when he should pick him up.

 

The voice tells Matt, ” well, It's 3:10 now, um… Noon, I'll be at the bus station, hey you think you could pick me up.”

The phone hangs up

Morrigan gets curious, “who was that?” and Matt tells her that he got his name on the internet, his name is George, he is called a Demon Hunter, he maintains order between the human and demon dimensions, or at least that's what his resume says, He thinks he can help us.

It is now 10:58, the bus is heading for the town, Someone is thinking on the bus, this person is thinking that it's the same everyday, people are born, and people die, I'm just here to maintain the balance.

The person thinking is in the very back of the bus, this is George Liption, he has been running from his past for a while now. He looks like a slightly older 21 year old, dressed completely in black, complete with black boots and a black leather jacket and black sunglasses. He has flat brown hair and looks slightly on the skinny side. He has a rather large cat perched on his shoulder.

 

George is whispering, “ I knew I shouldn't of left town, I told her I needed to stay but she was so upset that she ignored me and pushed me away, I was just tring to help, at least this time, I brought some back up, isn't that right, Gill?”

 

The cat looks at him as if he understands every word he says

 

The Buss attendant yells at George, “ Hey, what are you doing! You can't bring pets onto the bus!”

 

George was getting agitated, he had to be at the station on time, so he just sarcasticly replied to the bus attendant, “what, is it one of the 10 commandments? Just ignore us two and we won't give you any trouble.”

 

The bus attendant walks away and is thinking to himself,”heh, yeah right, as if.”

 

“I heard that.”

 

The bus attendant is shocked, and manages to stutter out, e-excuse m-me? Y-you h-herd w-what I w-was t-thinking?

 

The bus attendant here's someone talking in his head “What? You haven't herd of telepathy?”

 

The Bus Attendant walks away.

 

Meanwhile at the floating castle, Berriel is getting worried, and is yelling at his servants.

Berriel: WHERE THE HELL IS MY DAUGHTER! I WANT HER FOUND!

 

Servant: we've found her, but she doesn't want to come back, she wants to stay with the puny mortals.

 

Berriel: INSULENT FOOL! MAKE HER COME BACK, I AM KING AND SHE WILL OBEY ME, EVEN IF SHE'S MY DAUGHTER!

 

It is now 12:05 p.m., Morrigan and Matt are waiting at the bus station when it finally arrives late, George comes out and Morrigan gets mad

 

Matt: what's wrong? He said he would help us, he seems like a nice person.

 

Morrigan dosen't want to tell him what happened between her and him, she didn't like George for what happened to Lilith, she never forgave him.

 

George walks over to Morrigan.

 

George: Hey, long time no see, eh?

 

Morrigan nailed him right in the face with her right fist.

 

George: Ok, I probably deserved that.

 

Morrigan: How dare you come back! After what you did to me I…

 

George interrupts her.

 

“HEY! I came back because I care about you, and by the way, it wasn't my fault Lilith got herself killed! She happened to get in front of you to shield you from the blast!

 

Morrigan: How come you didn't do that?! I thought you pushed her in the way.

 

George: No, I fell over behind her, do you know what is like to have half your head and both your arms blown off!? Its like hell!

 

Morrigan: You have no idea what hell is like!

 

George: sorry, may I remind you that I've already died over a hundred times already!

 

Matt: you must be joking, anyway so you said you could help us George?

 

George: Yes I can help you, but it's risky.

 

Matt: Well, a risky chance is better than no chance at all, what's the plan?

 

George: I could use hypnotic suggestion to remove the Succubus side of her mind from her body, and she would loose her urges to take souls, and it would also bring her back into a human form permanently.

 

Matt: that's good right, she could stay with me.

 

George: But it's risky because the succubus side of her mind could be the only thing that is holding her mind together, also, I can't destroy the evil thoughts, I would have to create an exact replica of Morrigan and put those thoughts into it, then I would have to kill it before it can cause any harm, also, I can only remove it if it is the dominant personality, and while she is feeding, She couldn't feed on me because she knows I can't die, and she will go to the closest human possible, which will be you, are you able to accept risking your body and soul to save your girlfriend?

 

Matt: yes but, how did you know that?

 

George: I'm not only an expert at telepathy, but can also read minds.

 

Matt: that just might come in handy.

 

George: You bet it will, and also you can direct you thoughts to me so other people won't know what were doing, believe me, you don't want that publicity.

 

Matt: I would do anything to help Morrigan, you should know that.

 

George: I do know. You just told me.

 

Matt gets a sarcastic look in his eye.

 

Matt: Well, we better not waste any time, lets go.

 

Matt and company were walking back to his apartment when a mugger attacks them and holds them at gunpoint with a shotgun, George pulls out his 44. Magnum and the mugger runs away screaming like a little girl because he was bluffing, there was no ammo in the shotgun at all. George calls him a coward for not fending for himself, he explains that a person doesn't need a weapon to survive.

 

George: By the time we get to your apartment, it will be sunset, I don't want you to go anywhere Morrigan.

 

Morrigan: I'll try, but I can't guarantee that I will be able to control myself.

 

George: I've planed for something like that, since I can't die, Matt will lock you in the metal vault that his father keeps in his apartment to stash extra money, she will have no chouse but to feed off me, but since I can't die, she can't kill me, but she can still get energy from me, I will be extremely weak in the morning, so you will have to install a security system outside of the apartment, or you could get Morrigan to help you, she will be full of energy in the morning.

 

Matt: I've been wondering, why is it that souls have so much energy?

 

George: Well, a soul is made completely out of emotions generated by chi.

 

Matt: Chi?

 

George: see, chi, or ki, which is what you call it here, is basically pure reusable energy, which comes from all living things, that is the reason why we need air and sunlight to survive. That is why vampires and succubi feed of souls, it gives them the power to walk during the day, they don't really need it, they just feel like they can't survive without it, let me tell you something about a vampire, crosses don't work, they burst into flames, holy water and garlic can't stop them, they can live 24 hours a day, the only way to kill one, is to ether cure it of its affliction or you have to kill it, and the only way to do that, is to take a wooden stake, and shove it through the heart, cut off his head, burn the body, and scatter it in the sea so it can never reform. Another thing about ki, any person can manipulate it however they choose, they just got to learn to focus on what he or she wants it to do, example: Morrigan's Soul Eraser attack, everything she uses in that attack is made out of pure raw ki manipulated into a solid form.

 

Matt: um,I lost you at the part when you said , chi, or ki, which is what you call it here, is basically pure reusable energy.

 

George: oh well, let's go.
