This is Drew Miller. I am attempting to finish the story “Angel of the Night” by Dr. Yorkazemzem. This is a bit of a side story so you can know more about Drew a little bit more. I also edited it a bit by some of Dr. Yorkazemzem's hints and notes. So to put it in French, Laisse continuer. (Let's continue.)

The next Day, it is now 9 p.m.

 

Goerge: You and Matt haven't really been able to hit it off due to your, “sickness”, that's two bad, well; I have a temporary solution, Matt?

Matt: Yes?

George: Here is a thousand dollars, go take her to the most expensive restaurant you can find.

 

Matt: You're sending us on a date?

George: yes, it will help you two bond a little more, and to understand each others problems better.

Morrigan: but, what if my dark side comes back?

George: This is a temporary antidote, it suppresses the infected part of the brain, for 24 hours, I used it on myself when I had a stroke two years back.

Morrigan: but…

 

George: No Buts! You two go and enjoy yourselves, just… go and get to know each other better.

 

9:00 P.M. The middle part of town, three figures are walking down the street. They are George; he is dressed as he is normally, but wearing black punk gloves and sunglasses. Felicia, who is dressed in street clothes given to her by Jon as a present. Jon is dressed in a black trench coat, white shirt, and leather pants with chains hanging off them, sort of like a gothic would wear. They are heading to a bar, George's favorite band is playing there, and they need all the time to relax, they are “joined” by Donovan because he has nothing better do. They are going to the bar because they need some relaxing R&R, after what happened last night, they were exhausted.

 

When they got to the bar, the Bouncer looked at them, questionably, but let them in anyway. He asked himself what was two bikers, a chick, and a monk doing here? But he ignored it. When they got inside, they picked a table to sit at. Jon offered some Samuel Adams, but George refused.

“I don't drink, I hate the stuff.”

“Ok, but it's your loss, by the way, Morrigan said she and you knew each other a while back, what happened between you and her?”

 

George Starts his story, “It was a while back, when I was first born, I had a heart transplant due to an unknown disease, I had white welts all over my heart, so they had to exchange it. I happened to die over a hundred times in less than one night, I got to see both heaven and hell, the last time I died, I saw a vision of the demon world, and that's when I first saw her for the first time, and she brought me back and made me immortal by turning me into a lycanthrope/human hybrid, I realized a few years later that in doing that, she imprinted a demon named Notpil Egroeg inside my subconscious, who also was the Lightning demon, he would come out when I got angry, in 2007, someone stole my time travel technology I made for a High School project, I followed him and confronted him, it happened to be a half-werewolf German, he massacred me and I to completely rebuilt my own skeleton with prototype technology, after I left High School while waiting for a collage to reply, I traveled the world to figure out how to control these new abilities I had, I went to Japan to learn chi and telepathy by Raven, but made me leave after she thought I was unstable., I went to Gotham City in California to learn hand-to-hand combat, and met up with Poison Ivy and Batman, Ivy helped return my feelings and enhanced my senses, in fact, she was the first person I dated, though we broke up due to a long distance relationship, her and Batman helped me take out the Joker's mob who was planning to poison the city's food supply, the cops all thought it was me, so I changed my name to George Lipton and ran away, I met up with Morrigan in Scotland, she went all succubus on me and I left her for not being true, I wanted to help her but she didn't want it, before I left, Apocalypse attacked the city and Lilith got killed, that's how I expect she developed the darker personality, she pushed me out of town, I was on my way back to America when I got a job call, and here I am.”

Felicia: um…. Ok.

George: what's taking the band so long!?

George went behind stage and asked the manager, the lead singer and guitarist was sick, George offered to help, snatched the guitar, and got up on the stage with the remaining members of the band, he talked with them a minute, then turned to the crowd.

Voice: boo!

George: This is The Firebreaks, all comprised of retired heroes, with me replacing Parker on the lead guitar, he happened to call in sick. Ryu on the Backup guitar, Ken on Bass guitar, Banner on the synthesizer, and Logan on the drums. The guitars sounded up and the song was being played, George shredded on the guitar so fast, it looked like he had three arms. A whole bunch of people got up to dance, even Felicia and Jon joined in. When the song was over, Jon and Felicia looked for Donavon, but he left (he's not a public person). George got down off the stage and went to join Jon and Felicia when he is cut off by two girls in skimpy outfits,

Girl 1: my name is Chun Li, and this over here is Cammy.

Cammy: Hello

George: Might I ask what do you want? Well what can I do for you lovely girls?

Chun Li: Well, you did so good at replacing the lead singer… can we talk to you privately, please?

George: um…. I don't know, I kind of got to be going.

Cammy: oh come on, It will be fun.

George: Excuse me?

The girls grab George by the arms and drag him to the back room; he turns to Donovan and tells him, “Could you excuse me for a moment.” When the door closes, Jon has a look of disgust on his face.

“He's such a smartass, isn't he?” said Jon

Felicia: I think he's kind of cute.

Jon: Oh, not you too?!

 

Meanwhile let's go and check on Matt and Morrigan.

They are at the Silver Pearl, the most expensive restaurant in the entire town. Morrigan looks completely human, except for the turquoise hair, and is wearing nothing but a black dress with red highlights. Matt is wearing a white tuxedo with a black tie; his hair is combed all the way back. They have just finished their meal, and are taking about their relationship.

Morrigan: I was just wondering, even though you had no powers, how come you came with George to save me?

Matt: Because I really love you, ever since I saw you for the first time, I just knew you were the one.

Morrigan: Yes, but I've slept with a lot of people to kill them and drain them of their soul.

Matt: Don't you understand by now!? I LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART AND SOUL! I DON'T CARE THAT YOU'RE A SUCCUMBUS! PLUS I AND GEORGE ARE TRYING TO CURE YOU ANYWAY!

Morrigan starts to weep.

Morrigan: I-im s-sorry, I just n-needed t-to m-make s-sure b-b-bef-f-fore I confess.

Matt starts to get worried, “Confess to what?”

“Even if my alternate personality is removed, I will still have those feelings of wanting to feed off people, and I'm tiered of all you men tying to protect me like I'm a weakling!”

Matt: You can't continue beating yourself up over that, lets go home.

11:45 p.m. Morrigan and Matt get back to the apartment.

Matt: I… um… uh… why don't we slip you into something more comfortable.

12:00 p.m. George, Felicia, and Jon get back to the apartment.

Jon: I'm s-so b-b-bushed I-I can't e-even s-speak t-to w-well.

Felicia: what happened between you and Chun Li and Cammy?

Felicia: Isn't it obvious, they slept with him, didn't they, “George”?

George is even more tired than before

“They were aggressive; they both got me at once.”

Donovan is already waiting inside, Jon sees the bedroom door shaking, and he gets alarmed.

 

“MORRIGAN IS FEEDING OFF MATT!”

George just taps Jon on the shoulder and leads him away from the door.

“Don't worry, this is purely just because they want to, we should leave them alone, besides, I don't sense any demonic presence, common, I'll show you three to your rooms, I have something to take care of.”

Jon and Felicia go to there rooms, Donavon leaves the apartment, when they are all out of sight, George goes into the middle of the room, he slits his wrist and lets his blood form into symbol that looks like this: 水鬼 , he puts a cross in the middle of it, takes a drop of water from the sink and puts it in the middle of the symbol. George Starts speaking in Greek, “Από τη δÏναμη που επενδÏÎ&# 181;ται σε με από Notpil Egroeg, ο δαίμον 06;±Ï‚ βÏοντήÏ&# 8218;, καλώ, νηÏηίδÎ

(Translation: By the power invested in me by Notpil Egroeg, The Thunder Demon, I Summon, Undine, The Demonist of the Ocean!)

Suddenly, the world disappears and George is in a dark place with no walls, no floor, and no ceiling, but he is standing on the darkness, the symbol starts to glow a bright blue, and the drop of water in the middle starts to get bigger, it takes another minute before the water, which has become a puddle, becomes as big as the symbol, then the water erupts upwards, and standing emerged from the puddle from the knees down is a Figure, She looks human But is soaked and completely nude, she has black hair with blue highlights and light blue eyes with dark blue pupils, she speaks to George.

(Translation: Why has thou summoned me, Undine, The Lady of the Lake?)

It was more like a statement than a question, George talks back in Greek.

“Του Ï„ÏÎµÎ»Î»Î¿Ï Î³Î¹Î± την.”(Translation: He's crazy about her.)

“Και Morrigan τον αγαπά πίσω;”( Translation: And does Morrigan love him back?)

“Όσο ξέÏω, της Ï„ÏελλήÏ&# 8218; για τον.”(Translation: I really don't know, she thinks she does...)

Water engulfs George and now he is standing in the apartment living room again, he gets up from his kneeling position. He looks towards the room with determination.

“I know what I must do, Undine.”

 

The next Day, George tells Matt to come to the park, alone, and he agrees and comes around noon, Matt asks what he wants him for, and George tells him he is going to teach him how to use ki, you need some sort of defense, so begins the lesson.

George: Ok, look at the target I set up for you, focus the surroundings energy to your hand, but stay relaxed and ONLY think about that.

Matt tries a few times and fails.

George: Um ok, try this, look at the target and trigger all the energy towards it as if that is your opponent.

Matt tries it; a white glow starts to emanate from his body, and then changes into sparks.

George: Now focus on your hand.

Matt does that and the sparks become a ball but he has to use two hands to contain it.

George: Now, look at the target, imagine that it's your enemy, now, and uncup your hands while yelling Ahukik.

“AKUKIK”

The energy ball fires out and splits into many pieces and all impact in the same spot.

George: Now that you have done it, it just is second nature, but that attack is basic and kind of weak, keep training to become stronger.

Matt: Ok.

George: We will attempt to cure Morrigan tonight.

Matt: Right.

Matt goes in to tell Morrigan.

Matt: Morrigan, George says that we are going to attempt to remove you darker personality, I hope that you will be ok.

Morrigan: It's not that I'm worried about me getting hurt, I'm worried about you getting hurt, I don't think I could live with myself if I ended up hurting you, or worse.

Matt: I'll be fine, I think this will work.

 

 

 

In the next chapter, we will see if the cure works.
