Insatiable
Disclaimer: Nick & crew belong to James Parriott and Sony, not me. I'm just borrowing them to give them a happier life than they had on the show. The song “Insatiable” also does not belong to me. Lyrics are by Darren Hayes.
Timeline: A couple of years post 3rd season. Ashes to Ashes happened but Vachon and Urs did not die. Nobody died except Divia. Last Knight was someone's nightmare after eating too much garlic before bedtime.

Chapter 6
She opened amber eyes to her new world, and met the matching orbs of her husband, lover, and master.
Nick kissed her softly, whispering a command. “Sleep, love.” She couldn't resist; her eyes closed of their own accord and she fell asleep.
He didn't want to move, but he had to. Rising, he slipped out of her and immediately he missed the intimate contact. He consoled himself with the knowledge that they now had all the time in the world to explore each other to their hearts' content.
Not bothering with a robe or the stairs, Nick flew downstairs and gathered several bottles from the crate LaCroix had delivered earlier, right before the wedding. The whole blood the bottles contained was the freshest he could get without drawing it directly from the source.
Returning to the bedroom with the blood Natalie would need during her first hunger, Nick set the bottles on the bedside table and sat on the edge of the bed beside her. She was his love, his wife. And now, his child. LaCroix had helped him overcome his fears that her conversion would go bad, and had helped him gain the confidence he needed to be her master and teacher. Eternity no longer looked dark, bleak and hopeless.
It wasn't long before she began to rouse, the wrenching pain of first hunger causing her to clench her stomach and whimper. “Here, Nat, let me help you,” Nick said as he helped her to sit up. Then he quickly removed the cork from a bottle and handed it to her.
She snatched the bottle from his hands and upended it, gulping down the thick, soothing liquid. When that bottle was empty she was given another, then another, until she had consumed a total of four bottles and was halfway through the fifth. With the painful hunger gone, she was able to focus on the blood as Nick had explained several days ago when he'd told her what to expect during and after her conversion.
Looking up at him, she smiled. “It's just like you said. I can feel the emotions of the people who donated this blood. I can see their memories, know everything about them.” Nick smiled back, relieved that she was relaxed and calm. Then she frowned. “I sensed emotions and images in your blood, too, but I can't remember them.”
“Don't worry about it,” Nick said. “You'll have plenty of opportunity to learn everything there is to know about me.”
She quirked an eyebrow and gave him a leering grin. “Sounds like you'll be sharing your blood with me pretty often.”
Moving closer, Nick let the change sweep over him as he growled softly, “As often as you think you can handle it.”
Natalie gasped as the vampire in her reacted to Nick's change. Her eyes flared to amber as his lips touched her neck, then to scarlet when his fangs scraped over the skin, drawing two thin lines of blood to the surface. Her fangs descended for the first time, making her cry out from the brief pain.
Nick licked the blood from her skin and lifted his head. He pulled her onto his lap and she straddled him, lowering herself onto his throbbing erection, taking him in completely. “Do it now,” he commanded, turning his head.
She hesitated only a split second, then instinctively found the vein in his neck, piercing through the skin to the elixir that flowed beneath. She sucked gently, pulling his blood through the twin holes into her mouth, shivering with delight. If the human blood she'd had was good, Nick's blood was…ambrosia. Her muscles contracted, release shaking her.
He waited as long as he could. The moment he felt her release, he slipped his fangs into the curve of her neck. He rocked beneath her as he jerked inside of her, filling her core once more as her blood filled him.
Natalie collapsed against his chest, boneless. Nick held her tight, caressing her cool, silky skin, softly murmuring words of love.
Eternity would not be long enough. The love and passion they shared was insatiable.
