Ronin Warriors Fan Fiction ❯ Does Gender Matter? ❯ Does Gender Matter? ( Prologue )
Author's notes : All right, I know this idea must have been used already but I don't care. This story is based on the idea of 'what if ?' In that case, what if Sage was a girl in the show ? And what if Sage was a girl and the others didn't know ? That basically is the plot of that story, with my twist mind in work ^_^ But if Sage is a girl does it mean I can't write yaoi ? Not so sure ^.~ But I won't say anything else and will let you discover it for yourself. But I have a feeling that you might hate me when you read the end of this story… -_- ;;;
Warning : Yaoi, straight (Err… I guess so, Sage is a girl here… O.o), rape… in one word, NC-17 !! What can I say, I'm a NC-17 lover…
Disclaimer : I don't own ronins warriors.
Does Gender Matter ?

Prologue :
Darkness.
It was the only thing Sage could see right now. Total, absolute darkness. It was frightening but oddly it feels right, almost safe at the same time. And it was confusing. Sage blinked when the darkness seemed to get closer as if alive and then felt it.
A kiss.
The darkness was kissing the blonde ronin of light.
Sage awoke with a start. It was just a dream. Sage sighed. A very strange dream indeed. And it had felt so real too. Sage dismissed it, shaking the feeling off and get out of bed quickly. Then the blonde grabbed some clean clothes and walked to the bathroom. There the blonde stripped and stepped into the shower, letting the warm water ran across her pale body.
Sage started to wash her hair and her thoughts flied back to her strange dream. She didn't like it and preferred not to think about it any longer. Then she thought about her friends, the others ronins, and felt a slight pain in her heart.
She hated the fact that she had to lie to them but she didn't have a choice. They were all so sure that she was just another boy… If only they knew…
Sage stopped the water and dried her body with a towel. Then she putted her clothes on and walked back to her room. She sat on her bed and started to brush her hair looking absently through the window when a strong and unexpected feeling of dread overwhelmed her. Her every sensed were screaming at her that something seriously wrong was going on.
Suddenly Sage dropped her brush and hold her head in her hands in pain. She stayed motionless for a minute, waiting for the pain to go away when as quickly as the feeling had appeared, it disappeared. Sage blinked and shook her head a little, wondering what had happened when her best friend's voice came from downstairs.
"Sage, what are you doing ?! Get up Blondie ! For once I'm up before you, the end of the world is near !"
Rowen's laughers echo into the room, making Sage blinked once again and glance at the clock. 11.30 am.
"What ?!"
She exclaimed. Never in her life she had woke up this late. Something was definitely wrong. Sage rose and ran down the stairs hastily, her dream and feelings forgotten for the moment.
