--------CHAPTER 2----------

She woke up in a dark room lying in a big soft bed with blanket wrapped around her.

Kaoru quickly rose from the lying position she was in and sat on the bed.

She looked around.The room she was in was a bedroom with no windows.In the hole room was just a bed a little table and a wardrobe in the corner.

`Why does this room seem so familiar?' she asked herself.

Suddenly the door opened and a shadow stepped into the room.

"Hello dear Kaoru!Lond time no see." The man said.

`Oh no!' Kaoru thought `Not that voice again!It can't be him it can't' she repeated to herself.

Kaoru continuously took steps back until her back hit the wall. She grabbed onto her head with her hands and slid down against the firm backing.Kaoru began to tremble violently.

"No!" she said aloud "Its just a bad dream.A nightmare.I'm still sleeping.When I woke up I wont be here."

"Oh no dear its not a nightmare.You are here with me." He said and a smirk formed on his face.

"So you do remember me?I thought I would never see you again.That day when you ran away you broke my heart,Kaoru." He said approaching her very slowly."But the fate has its way!We meet again after five long years."

"Don't come any closer!" she shouted.

"Oh the same loud voice.But you know very well that I don't like that." He said kneeling in front of her.

"You haven't change!You are the same monster you once were." Kaoru whispered remembering the first time they've met.

--------------------FLASHBACK----------------------

"Come here pretty girl!I want to have some fun." The man said approaching her.

"Please don't come any closer!" She begged taking steps back.The man in front of her named Hiruma Gohei kidnapped her from the Forbidden forest.

"Well well!You are very special you know that?" he asked grabbing her for her wrist.

"What do you want with me?Please let me go!Im no one.I was just passing the forest.You are in a big mistake!" she said backing away from the man.

"Don't lie to me,wench!" he raised his hand to slap her and the girl closed her eyes awaiting for the blow.But it never came.She slowly opened her eyes and saw that the man who kidnapped her was lying on the ground dead with a big wound in his chest area.She looked around and saw a man with blood red hair cleaning his sword.It was a katana no doubt.She was interested in the swords.The only sword she had ever seen was her fathers but she was not allowed to touch it.

"T-t-thanks for saving me!" she said with a flimsy shaky smile.

The man's eyes fixed on her.His eyes took her breath away.They were gorgeous.Just like her fathers.The same amber color.She felt uncomfortable the way the man was staring at her.It was like he was looking in her very soul.

"What's you name?" he asked suddenly.

"My name is Kaoru" She said quickly. Bowing her head."And what is yours?" She asked childish.

The man laughed.

"Well my name is Battousai." He said awaiting fear in her eyes.But he saw nothing.'She is either stupid or very brave.'he thought.

"Well thanks Mr. Battousai for saving me!How can I repay you for saving me from that man?"

"What about a dinner with me?" Battousai asked.

"If that's all you want then no problem!" she said smiling.

That's how they've first met.After their meeting she fell in love with him.She gave up on everything in her past her father and mother and her life as princes of the elfes.Nothing mattered anymore for Kaoru.She loved him so much and left the Forbidden forest to live with him.

"No dear!I have changed!Im not the man I once was." He said putting his right hand under her chin and lifting her head.

"I don't belive you!" she screamed slapping his hands away from her face."Don't touch me!" she hissed."Don't ever touch me again!"

With this words she suddenly rose quickly and pushed him back.Kaoru broke in a wild run toward the door of the room.But when she put her hand on the door knob and twisted it two strong hands wrapped around her waist and threw on the bed she was lying.She tried to stand up but Battousai pinned her wrists forcefully into the mattress .She struggled, violently trying to move but he was stronger.

"Don't ever do that again." he barked in her face."Or will have to…."

"What?Kill me?Like you killed our child?"
