Rurouni Kenshin Fan Fiction ❯ The Getaway ❯ Rendezvous pt. 1 ( Chapter 2 )
Chapter two: Rendezvous pt.1: CIA handler
Patiently, Arcia's nails tapped at the metal pay phone while waiting for the other line to answer. Five rings and then finally the same temperate voice of a guy answered. "Enishi!" Arcia impetuously out cried, gripping the receiver tightly on her palms.
"Arcy? W-what's wrong?" Enishi asked groggily, evidently stun to receive her call.
"I'm living hell in this university! Can you just transfer my stay somewhere else?"
"What's wrong with your suite? SCO utilized the most high-priced penthouse around the school, right?"
Arcia placed a palm on her forehead and squeezed her eyes shut, silently cursing things on her thoughts. "I got a flippant room mate and I just can't stand her!" she suddenly snapped, then cringed when she realized almost everyone around the hall was staring at her. Having an exasperated sigh, she leaned over to the wall to avoid those futile students' gazes.
Unfortunately, she heard a silent growl coming out from her long time confrere's throat right after he detonated from his patience. "You called just to whine about a flippant dorm mate? Haven't you realized I'm actually trying to take my sleep at this very moment?" Arcia was aware of that since Enishi had been working over time to cram in everything he had neglected around the office, but it seems her hypersensitivity maneuvered her to release her animosity.
"She's horrible! That Lana wench even started telling stories about her boyfriend back from high school, actually way too perky for a person at my age… And little Miss Goldilocks even added the word chan at the end of my nickname!"
"It makes no sense Arcy. Now if you don't mind, even for just a second… let me finish my sleep, please? You're just undergoing peer pressure, you'll be able to survive that. I'll see you soon." he was yawning when he said that, unmistakably tired from speaking.
"But-" before she could add more elucidation, she heard Enishi hung-up the phone, leaving the bothersome beeping tone pealing against her ears. She replaced the receiver angrily and turned against the wall easing her temper. Placing her fingers to her forehead to massage her aching temples. Ansherina doll may even cause her headache if she continues living with her.
"Hey! Hi there!"
Arcia looked up to see a vaguely chestnut haired woman in a normal shirt and jeans blocking her sunlight from the window of the university's vestibule. She seems to be at the same age as she was. "Hi." Arcia grunted. `Can't you see I'm in the middle of cursing my suite??' she sarcastically thought.
"Oh, you're new here, aren't you?" The woman sounded unnaturally friendly to witness someone she had previously badgering. "I'm Amakusa Sayo- I live at the same floor of your dorm room." She outstretched her hand and so was to urge Arcia to shake hands with her.
"Rinslet… Arcia Rinslet…" Arcia said. Sayo still blocks her vision and Arcia's patience were about to break under the annoying circumstances. "So… how's it going… I mean around this university and stuff?" Sayo went on obliviously without even seeing Arcia's scowl on her face. Are they all this ruthless to the new students? "It's quite hard isn't it?" she sounded like she feel sorry for her being a lowly freshman. Arcia even noticed that Sayo's ponytail bounced up and down when she talked.
Cinnamon eyes glared at her intently. Why was this girl blabbing on and on to her? Arcia wondered. It wasn't like they'd ever exchange more than polite hellos. Sayo existed in a completely different circle. She wasn't the type who came to college to socialize-she'd never understood how those people manage to function.
Granted, most of them probably weren't physics majors, like Arcia. She barely had time to get her work done and sleep-partying with the Greek Row crowd wasn't even a possibility. Not that she'd fit in with them anyway. And aside of being a bookworm, her own personal problems had been also a barricade for her to have some fun. It's not really easy to live in a life like Arcia's. She even despises her self for being not gregarious as anybody could be.
"I'm totally fine with it… for now." Arcia answered.
"I see… you know… I think we should totally hang out more-get to know each other better." Sayo insinuated.
It would be nice to make a few real friends, though, she thought. She was usually too busy studying to hang out with anyone. Maybe she should try not to be so obsessed with work this year. It's a much better idea than making best friends with goldilocks. This Amakusa Sayo seems nice; her sociability's completely different from how Lana comport her self in front of her. "I'd love that." Was she this aphonic in terms of wild spree and stuff?
She saw Sayo's chocolate eyes light up in happiness and nodded her head. "There'll be some sort of sorority party happening this weekend. Why won't you join us and hang out. I'm sure Lana will be there too."
"You know her?" weird yet a sophomore like her will be familiar with the likes of perky-girl.
"Well, actually she just approached me when I was passing by at your room… and I went inviting her too… y'know, to warm up the company."
Arcia sighed. She knew exactly how Lana approached this poor damsel. She may have also received the ever so warm accosting of Goldilocks. "I'll try… but I won't promise."
Sayo giggled affably, "Sure." She then started to stroll off and waved goodbye, "I'll see you then, Friday night. Lana knows where's the venue!" she went off with that same bright smile on her face. Maybe making friends wouldn't be a huge burden after all. Arcia mused.
-=0=-
Right after organizing all of her things from the dorm room, Arcia undeviatingly went straight outside the building and plopped down to the car seat of her teal hued Ford Mercury Cougar. Consistently she's heading straight to where she and Kenshin used to meet. After all, the shock of Kenshin's death still bothers her a lot. `Well, look at the bright side. At least Enishi didn't have the chance to kill him, he died in an accident!' since she had been a double agent for two organizations she had been building such huge guilt between her two consecutive partners.
Who would have thought Kenshin had killed her long time partner's sister and the fact that both of them had been playing foolishly for her best friend Kaoru? Everything went more convoluted when Enishi kidnapped Kaoru with Kenshin following their trail. That leaves Arcia with zero allies. She definitely had a hard time accomplishing her missions without her consociate in both CIA and SCO.
Now she's off to meet her new partner, she supposed. By entering one of the most restricted power plants around the town, Arcia parked her car beneath the shadows of the tall depository. Taking her keys, she sprang off from the car and directly entered the small alleyway.
It was terribly dark and she could hear the light jangles of metal poles at the corner. Even the earsplitting sounds of the blaring machinery inside the plant joined the awful serenade. The heels of her boots made a resonating hymn upon her ear once she had seen the small room behind the edifice.
She walked inside with guarded eyes; her irises observed the corners of the room before treading a footfall. Her left brow arched in wonder. The room appears barren and she's starting to get furtive on her current situation.
"No need to be dubious… no one's gonna hurt you."
Arcia felt the hairs behind her neck raised out in stun. She turned her head behind and saw a figure of a tall man in a white trench coat standing at the jamb of the door. "I was not dubious at all… just checking," Her senses could savor a pair of eyes gazing at her so tenaciously when she trend to face the stranger who owns those pair of heartless blue-green pools. "and stop staring at me." her voice was menacing all of a sudden not until he had heard that small girly squeal she released just any second by now.
Aoshi never showed any perturbation, staying stoical and nonchalant as much as possible, even though he was quite enamored with this exotic lady standing forth him. "I'm not staring, it's the only thing I could see right now."
Arcia glared to him rapid and confused. Her brows were furrowed in a moment when her eyes stared daggers at him. "As far as I can see, you're from the CIA. Who are you?" She slowly walked towards the wooden table and sat nicely on top of it.
Indisputably, he was impressed in her strong senses. She quickly realized the presence of his strange aura and had the reliance of speaking to him in such a vulgar manner. "Shinomori Aoshi, one of CIA's undercover agents. I'm Himura's replacement." He took the small handkerchief and handed it to her side. He had seen the astonishment that inundated her expression.
Arcia's deep sapphire eyes saw the white fabric and forthwith took it with her small pale hands. The decorated word of moon at the middle lured her attention incautiously. "Where did you get this?" she promptly asks in quandary.
"Saitou said you had dropped that yesterday. It's something to prove you that I am from the Central Intelligence Agency."
Arcia looked up to inspect him. He was rather mysterious, abstruse and… cryptic. She should say so that this spy's handsome in a sense. An arcane, ebon haired guy with piercing turquoise pools that gains an eyeful stare against her scrutinizing ones. `Strange… he's quite interesting for a stool pigeon…' a small stifle was released out from her throat with her hands tightly gripping against the silken handkerchief. "It's not necessary for you to show such credentials. There's only me and Kenshin who's aware of this place."
Aoshi bobbed his head more like assenting on her perspectives, "I'm sure you've heard about Himura's death."
"Yes, I did. But I'm not completely informed." Her eyes narrowed sharply at him, more like heedful to what he was about to retort.
"He died in a car crash somewhere in Wu Han." Aoshi made a forthright discernment regardless of the possibility that she conceivably be able to fib about that.
"… just like that?"
"The CIA's trying to solve his case at the very moment."
"I see…" Arcia shifted her eyes neurotically. Through the fact that she's involved with the people they had been searching still intimidate her too much. It's not because she's working under CIA means she'll end up betraying her best friends. Although, she quite did actually by not telling her treachery against the SCO.
Without noticing, Aoshi had seen her sudden daze when she heard about Himura's case. It seems the young doppelganger spy couldn't be trusted as what everyone in the CIA believes. She's quite tenuous and up in the air. It is much preferable if he'll be able to analyze all of her information before completely convinced with her existence.
"You're probably aware of who and what I am, right?" Arcia asked.
"Arcia Rinslet, nineteen years old, a Splinter Cell and at the same time working under the CIA. That's all the information I needed to know." He answered.
"And you're informed of when and where to contact me." Arcia continued in clearing each and every facts and data.
"I know how to handle you." Aoshi was quite annoyed with her freethinking and decided to give an adamant statement to keep her from further questions.
Arcia's sapphire eyes immense out in awe. Such vainglory and too conceited to handle. The challenge of rending his arrogance reverberated around her ears. She sighed and shook her head haphazardly. "I guess Kenshin's body still not buried yet."
"Physicians had been investigating his body. His location was left unknown." His eyes started to narrow sharp, slowly treading steps towards the table-board.
Just as what she counted upon, the feeling of guilt came to envaded her mind. Himura had been very conscientious and a true proficient delegate in terms of handling such critical sorties. Even though both of them were working together for a couple of years, no affinity had came between them. Neither reciprocal warm feelings, although she could tell how staunch and overprotective person he could be, only he's quite dense when it comes to displaying his affection. Kaoru might have felt really devastated and ended up falling in love with Enishi in stead. She was apprised with the whole shenanigans between her two agents, all influenced with Enishi's older sister, Tomoe.
Aoshi glared at her so fixed that Arcia could feel it penetrating her skin. "What?" she asked out in astonishment.
"I am not offending you or anything… but it seems you look suspicious to me."
"What in damnation are you talking about?"
"Let me guess… you're holding grudges against SCO…" He solicited such prosaic assertions plainly acquisitive of maintaining her accordance without urgency of having a profitless argumentation with an obstinate woman like her. And to think that there's someone else much pesky than Misao.
"Yes… that's why I'm working for the CIA." keeping up with her noble disdainfulness she kept her uncouth stare right to his eyes, which was a insignificantly darkening out in capacity to endure her arrogance. "You don't trust me, do you?"
"According to your profiles, you were involved with Himura's woman who suddenly disappeared in the public's eyes. Do you have any idea of how did that incident happened?" he was aware of his tone and way of intimidating her. He could see the sudden rush of demurring within her sapphire orbs. As a matter-of-fact, he's not really used in threatening women. But hey! There's always a first time to everything.
It was a complete shock to see her self-sitting inside a chamber with a spy threatening her being. This was completely irritating, much more to say that she hates being imperiled by a man. Does he think he's strong enough to scare her wits out of her? `This guy doesn't even know what he's talking about.' The thought was bitterly angry. No one knows how she just wanted to spat at him right then and there. She's not that dumb to be ventured by him. He'll totally regret it if he gets too far.
On the other hand, Aoshi was aware of her open-mouthed wonder. She's one of those women you wouldn't wanna mess with, the likes of her doesn't belong to those prudish, dainty ones. He knew she was starting to chaw what exactly was occurring at the moment. He could tell it by the look of uncertainty no further than her countenance.
"I don't know what you're talking about." she suddenly stood up, dusting off her cargo pants to look subtle. "I'd better go." She was so desperate of retreating away from him. His disposition was intolerable, even for an astute woman like her. It seems he's one of those indefatigable phony mortals, which she won't be able to sustain.
Her form was approximately yearning to reach the door, when suddenly she found no strength of treading any further. Her hand was gripped firmly behind her by some ferocious beast that desires to gobble her down. Her head glances back and saw the figure of that tenacious spook holding her tightly. He was too tall for her that she ended looking up to his face. For some damn odd reason, nothing had changed on his expression. It seems the pitiless appearance was perfectly glued down to his façade. "You'll never leave that spot you're sitting at. You're going to answer my question with that luscious mouth of yours whether you like it or not." Neither of the two was quite rattle them off at his last couple of words. Aoshi meant that as an idiom, nothing more and nothing less… at least to clear disconcerting things out from his mind.
Arcia just blinked and yet her awe sprinted away when the discomfort of his handclasp pangs slowly against her small wrist. She hissed and started struggling against his grasp, "Let go of me you…" she found it useless if she starts to call him such revolting names. It'll just show scandal within her sharp-witted demeanour. "Hey!" her inflaming shriek liberated her away from his grip, making her falter off from her heel. She took her wrist to her other hand and massaged it out from agony.
Aoshi never left her frozen, angry eyes. They were blazing in wrath and he had no idea if that was a good or bad sign. How could he lose his forbearance so impetuously? He was not like this. He's used to being inimical and phlegmatic. He sighed and mumbled, "I'm sorry."
For the longest time of staring, Arcia's breath relaxed slowly. She swallowed audibly to push the exasperation away, "Call me in terms of my next task." Taking one last encounter with those cold blue eyes, Arcia turned her heal and paced out of the repair facility. She took both of her hands to her chest and realized that she was shaking. Her eyes shut tightly as the sudden tension vanished away. No one knows how intimidated she appeared when the pressure between her knowledge about Kenshin's connection with Kaoru came to divulge upon Aoshi's words. Looks like she'll be facing her new ally and contender unfortunately at the same time.

If it wasn't for the blasting streak of light coming from the window next to her, she might had been still staying around the dream world a little bit longer than expected.
"Wake up sleepy-head! Time for school!"
Also not to forget, Queen Perky's high-pitched assertion and her vexing tendency of pulling away the cotton sheath away from Arcia's body. A groan had surpassed from her throat when she felt the morning breeze surmount to her subtle skin. Practically to badger her more, Lana started to agitate her sleepy form by shaking her steadfastly. "C'mon Arcy-chan! We don't wanna be late, do we?" Arcia was quiescent at her lay without any contrivances of getting up from bed.
But at last, when Lana got up from her mattress and went pacing to her own area of sleeping, Arcia slightly stirred, urging her self to have the strength of cracking an eye open. "It's six in the morning! Are you planning to clean the whole clubhouse before entering class??" there was sarcasm on her tone when she said that, grabbing back the quilted bedspread as she tucks her self back to slumber.
"Of course no, silly! I just thought this would be our first day in this University and it would be nice if we both prepare ourselves before showing through the thick crowd of student bodies!" she giggled lightly, rummaging on her closet in an unusual routine.
Rolling her eyes, Arcia growled in annoyance and closing her ears for her not to hear further nonsense.

Amber eyes looked up upon the man who suddenly stormed in into the commander's leeway. "What is it?" Saitou asked, tossing the newspaper he had previously reading on the table.
"We need to talk." Said by the owner of two turquoise eyes standing in front of Saitou's desk.
"Let me guess; is it about the CIA's private eye?"
"Exactly."
Saitou sighed, leaning towards his armchair as he reaches for his cigar and lights it up affixed to his mouth. `So the guttersnipe finally met mister even-tempered.' He made a lopsided grin and stared at the man on the street. "Something happened?" he asked, quite finding it amusing just seeing how Arcia comport her self in front of Aoshi.
"I think you should check upon Ms. Rinslet's files. It appears that she's somewhat involved with Himura's case. Yukishiro Enishi, her partner in SCO was seen in Shanghai with Kamiya Kaoru, Arcia's dorm mate." He crossed his arms against his chest and barely avoiding the fumes of smoke coming out from Saitou's cigarette.
"I'm aware of that. Yukishiro really wanted to kill Himura but as what fate had told, he died in an unintentional act. No one's to blame upon this predicament; also not Kamiya Kaoru's doing since she's practically used as bait. I believe the SCO had enclosed her to a place where the CIA wouldn't be able to find her." Saitou complied.
"Isn't it possible that the SCO's involved with the accident? I mean, Splinter Cell's well-known in terms of deceitfulness and double-dealing. Perhaps, Makoto Shishio's has something to do in this contretemps."
"Get to the point." With a chafing tone upon his voice, Saitou completely reproached the discourse.
Aoshi glared at him affronted, "I don't trust her."
"Rubbish." Saitou cleared his throat and at the same time crushing the cigar to his black ashtray.
The blue-eyed agent's constricted eyes loosen as his body came to stiffen in the sudden execrate. "Excuse me?"
"Look, you're just getting overly paranoid. Arcia had worked under the department for almost a couple of years from now. And we're this close in destroying SCO because of each and every information she's dangerously partaking." Saitou made a gesticulation in his hand and thereupon, he scuttled down to his arm chair, "What she's currently doing is terribly risky. She might get killed or assassinated once Makoto Shishio learns about her being a double-crosser. That's why this administration hired you to protect her. You're well qualified to do this task and you're assumed to support her in every mission that was given."
Heretofore, Aoshi was still ambiguous and his mind won't stop having doubts with the whole situation. He shook his head and with a devastated frown as he storms outside the cubicle. He could not believe the CIA went optimistic with this Splinter Cell agent. Everyone knows how hypocritical the SCO may appear. They had smuggled almost half of the most illegal weapons as well as colophons and up until now, SCO still could move at liberty around the country. He doesn't like implausible people and once he had proven what he believes, he'll eliminate her soon. Even though she's a woman, there is no exception.

Arcia jogged up the stairs that led into her quarters. She pushed through the front doors and slowed to a walk, her heavy exhalations echoing across the marble entryway. "Damn SCO… this is just too much!" she mumbled angrily underneath her breath. She wasn't sure whether the nauseous sensation in the pit of her stomach was from tearing across campus right after a large iced moccacino or from sheer exasperation that she had missed her Archives class on account of the stupid University mistaken her accounts for an another student.
`Chill out!' Arcia told her self. In the verge of entering the next hall with the attempts of squeezing her self from the herd of docents, her eyes suddenly caught a sight of a tall blonde girl walking towards her direction, free and easy. `Oh my God.' She quickly turned her self away, pretending of not noticing her presence but unsuccessfully, the same jaunty voice came to resound around her ears and called out her name.
"Hey! Arcy, wait up!" Lana made a swift dash until she reached and stood in front of Arcia's jaded façade.
"Hi." She nonchalantly replied, gripping the thick textbook against her chest. `I wonder what ansherina's up to this time… from all people I had to meet… why this creature??'
"The party's happening tomorrow right?" she said in glee.
"Yeah." Arcia could hear the glint of annoyance on her voice. Why can't this woman get to the fact that she's too annoying?
"I was thinking… why don't we get along together and like… go shopping! I met these really cool girls in art class and their willing to join us. What do you think?" she was rakish, as usual. Her big blue eyes widened in anticipation.
"W-well…"
"That's great! We'll go and pick the other girls!" she abruptly came forth and grabbed Arcia's hand and dragged her along her trail. "Oh my God! I'm so excited!" she shrilled with the surprised dame being towed behind her.
"W-wait!" Arcia was too flabbergasted to react. She didn't even got the chance to withdraw and turn down the offer.
As what was planned, Arcia was brought to the main district of fashion in Japan. Tokyo. She was walking at Lana's side and two other girls side by side ahead of them. The one with the long sooty hair was Okon, taking physics as her major, and the one with brownish-red hair beside her was Sayo, the same girl who draw her to this party happening this Friday night.
After power shopping the Galleria mall, Sayo suggested to visit the Starbucks coffee shop near the county. All ordered decaf except for Arcia who still cling over her moccacino. "Shopping's totally freaked me out." Lana started as she went dumping down her packages to the vacant stool.
"To shop around means fun… pain in exchange." Okon made her first sip on her coffee at the same time, massaging down her temples. No one could deny that fact. Everyone was hell tired especially Arcia who would do anything just to plunk down on her bed and sleep for eternity.
In spite of the fact that she did quite enjoyed the company of her flat mates. Okon was quite stagy and deceptive in a sense and to think that she likes her viewpoints among how designers came up in doing such lousy clothes like fine gauge cotton sweaters and stuff. While Sayo was the demure yet friendly kind of person. She knows how to handle her self in public and to think that she's running for the next president of the Theta means totally neat. Lana on the other hand… was still perky as usual despite of the fact that she does have a great taste in trends and ranked to be the yuppie chic of the group. Arcia hates to admit it, but she owed her a lot since for picking up an a la mode outfit for the gathering tomorrow night.
After a little chit chat about their past lives in high school and how they had survived it, they went straight to their dorms with Arcia completely sulking down to the plushy couch near the door. She was worn out and her legs were aching out from non-stop walking. As for Lana, she went forthwith inside the lavatory. Might as well trying on all the clothes she bought.
Sighing out in contentment, a loud bustling noise of her groovy ringing tone came to destroy her easing interval. Her eyes snapped back to reality, her body jolt out as a response, and a shattered moan came out from her throat. She went searching her backpack and took her mobile phone in a jiffy. "Hello?" she sarcastically welcomed her caller with her menacing voice.
"Work." Enishi said on the other line despite of the idea of being acknowledged full of causticity. He knew he was calling at the bad time.
"I know." Arcia growled, "Just give me fifteen minutes and I'm off. I need a bath!"
-=0=-
Arcia came late as usual as she marched up to the meeting hall. She pushed the tinted doors and entered, adequately noticing the usual people who had been waiting impatiently for her. There was Shishio of course, sitting at the head of the table, Enishi's on his side, so as Schneider sitting opposite of her direction. They had already been discussing the tactics and so there were no left for Arcia but to bow down her head and perch next to Enishi.
"As what I was saying, Alejandro Morales had been roaming around Italy carrying two million dollars in his hand. He stole that money from SCO and it is our duty to get that back and torture the thief." Shishio stood up and elucidated a blueprint of an edifice. "He's currently staying in Florence's famous cisalpine inn. He used an alias-called Camillo di Cavour. He's off to meet an English surgeon named David Joris and possibly be planning to perform biopsy to change Alejandro's face."
"What do you want us to do?" Enishi asked.
"You're not involved here Yukishiro." Shishio raised his eyes and met Arcia's gaze; "Rinslet's doing this alone. You should concentrate on how to get your wife out of SCO before its too late." He then turned to the blonde innovator and gave him a cue to speak.
Schneider flourished sunglasses on the table with a small pretentious grin upon his face. "Arcia, you are required to wear this during your task. It has a small camera loupe at the center for you to be able to take pictures of what you may see or witness around the certain area." He handed it down to Arcia's hand as she starts to observe the mini spectacles.
"So, the point here is to storm inside Joris's suite and track down Alejandro's new camouflage." Arcia cleared her throat.
Shishio nodded, "Exactly. But the whole mission doesn't stop there. Yukishiro will take care the next phase. Rinslet, you're leaving Saturday morning, exactly 8:15 a.m. You'll be able to track him down by the time you arrive in Florence." He had received Arcia's nod and so as Enishi who still wasn't solaced to the idea of letting Arcia do her job alone. She almost slipped in one of her missions and it might be really dangerous for her to go all by her self. Shishio then stood up and went towards the door, "That's it for today. I hope to hear some good news from you soon." Before walking outside, he turned his head and glanced at Enishi, "Yukishiro, come with me."
Enishi appeared hesitant and puzzled, but when he looked up and saw the glint of tenacity upon Shishio's eyes, he was forced to stand up and follow his path.
Once the two was out of sight, the room became quiescent and static. Not until the German innovator stood up and went to flounce his way next to Arcia. "Be careful." He whispered against her ear soon afterward, he turned his heel and headed his way out.
The young assassin sat at her chair flustered and stumped. Her brows creased as she starts to drift upon the signification of Schneider's words. "He's warning me... but why?"
-=0=-
"Okay, what is it?" Enishi crossed his arms and glared down to meet Shishio's gaze. He sat down there with a deep frown pervading his whole expression. He had noticed the chief's distraught face and he could not help but to wonder what exactly makes him this apprehensive.
Shishio's scowl gotten deeper, he laced his fingers together on top of the table and squeezed them into a white-knuckled fist. "We got a mole." His voice was perfectly outspoken and utterly implacable.
Verdant eyes narrowed in his words and he him self started to reveal a grimace in his face, "A mole... inside the Splinter Cell?" he smothered down, snapping him self from being skeptical in his chief's words.
"This is no ordinary mole, Yukishiro. And I need you to track that person down."
"I don't believe this!" Enishi started to pace his way back and forth, "H-how? When?" furthermore he ended the witless trudges and faced Shishio, "and who?"
Shishio lifted his mug to his lips, hiding his prominent lour. "It's just some possibilities and we're not really sure if he or she was a true double agent. After SCO's conformation, we'll let you know on when and where you're going to attack."
"I'll be waiting." Enishi's jaw was set in a staid line. The situation may have been really rugged that Shishio Makoto even ended up hiring him, one of his top assassins. And to think that he couldn't reveal who's this certain renegade causing such turmoil in the organization. More or less, it'll be quite critical for someone revealing the triad's facts and data's to the CIA. Perhaps, he should not reckless with the contemporary predicaments or he him self may descend with the double-crosser's grasps.
