Right now, we are within the island of Whirlpool which was the home of nation of Whirlpool, ancestral homeland of Uzumaki clan, until the time around the Third Great Ninja War, it was destroyed due to the fear of the power of the Uzumaki clan with the remnant scattered to the wind with Kushina Uzumaki, the mother of blond haired ‘savior of the universe’, ending up in the Leaf Village. However, right now, instead of ruins, there is a vibrant city outside of the ruins of the original Hidden Whirlpool Village which is kept preserve as a historical landmark as well as a ‘visual cue’ for multiple lessons including about war. But what we are going into right now is a massive hospital facility where we can see that it looks larger than your typical hospital facility and it looks to rival the best hospital facilities in the world, but there is also a medical spa facility that rivals the best ‘pleasure spas’ in luxury and it also has a massive entertainment center among other things. Within the hospital, which is known as Ice Blossom Healing Ring, the vast staff of doctors and nurses working with humans and various other humanoid peoples and ‘connecting’ with them. On the meanwhile, deep within the hospital complex, we head to a door that has a sign saying ‘Head Doctors and Directors: Sakura Uzumaki Namikaze, Ami Uzumaki Namikaze, and Hotaru Uzumaki Namikaze’.

 

Going through that door, we are inside of a massive office complex where we find a fold out wall bed that’s huge and as a good as luxury beds in top level hotels, three well-made desks connected together, televisions, refrigerators, couches, and other stuff. Flashback; the Island Nation of Whirlpool

 

Naruto was standing at a nice plot of land in Whirlpool when his stepmother Tsunade appeared.

"Hi mom." he said before giving her a hug and a kiss on the cheek.

"Nice to see you too gaki." said Tsunade. "So what's with bringing me all the way over here?"

"Well you have been teaching Amy-chan and Hotaru-chan everything you know in the medic field like you did Sakura-chan in the old days right?" asked Naruto.

"Yeah I have." said Tsunade.

"Amy's dream is to be a doctor and Hotaru's dream is to be a nurse." said Naruto. "Minions! Operation Bistro!"

“Bistro!” The Minions shout out in unison in which they immediately get to work in which they zip around getting chairs, a table, and some food in which they pour some tea for Tsunade.

"These little guys you brought sure do come in handy." said Tsunade taking a seat and sipping some of the tea. "And they sure do make a good pot of tea. Have I ever thanked you for the bunch you sent to our house?"

"Lots of times." said Naruto. "These guys are so amazing at their jobs. Even though they do have a few quirks you need to watch out for. The best part is, they work for bananas and ice cream." he then tossed some bananas to the minions.

"BANANA!" cried Dave before the minions started running like crazy to get the treats.

"So that's why you have been planting banana trees." said Tsunade. "Now about Amy and Hotaru?"

"Oh right." said Naruto. "The thing is, you are the head of Konoha Hospital so I was thinking on making a Hospital where Sakura and Amy could be the head doctors and Hotaru could be the head nurse. Not just any hospital mind you, but the first hospital to treat everyone in the Ninja Nations as well as everyone in the Multiverse."

Tsunade then did a spit take with her tea after hearing that. "Jeez Naruto! When you go out of your way to making you loved ones' dreams come true you envision it to be something big!" she gasped.

"Well I always figure if you got to dream, dream big." said Naruto. "Minions: blueprints!" After Naruto snaps his fingers, a few of the Minions rush over and hand Tsunade what looks like blueprints for something in which she looks them over causing her eyes to widen.

"A hospital with a spa and an entertainment center?" asked Tsunade looking at the plans.

"All work and no play makes one boring." said Naruto. "In the entertainment center I plan on putting in a video arcade, a movie theater, a playpen, live bands, an amusement park, all that stuff." said Naruto. "This place is where doctors will get a chance to connect with their patents and treat them like family. And they won't turn anyone down. Med insurance or no, rich, poor. It really doesn't matter. That is the greatest vision of Dr. Hunter 'Patch' Adams."

"The doctor and clown whose life was made a movie starring the late Robin Williams?" asked Tsunade.

"The very same." said Naruto. "That Robin was a great comical genius. It still pains me knowing he took his own life like that."

"Yeah. Even now I still crack up watching his movies." said Tsunade. "So what about the spa?"

"Have you seen how skin looks when a body part comes out of a cast?" asked Naruto. "With this I plan on making sure the patents get their good looks back before they leave."

"Good point." said Tsunade. "I also see plans for a gift shop and a cafeteria here."

"Yep." said Naruto.

"So what are you going to call it?" Tsunade asks with a curious tone in her voice.

"The Ice Blossom Healing Ring!" said Naruto.

 

Tsunade asks, with a smirk, “Sakura’s name meaning ‘cherry blossom’ and Ami’s elemental power being ice, huh?”

 

Naruto retorts, with a grin, “With all three of them being involved in healing, mom.”

 

Tsunade says, “Personally, I think that Ami would jump at the chance since I never seen a girl so adapt at learning other than Sakura through with Sakura, she had to learn to ‘apply’ her knowledge and mental abilities.”

 

Naruto tells Tsunade, “I think that Sakura wants to forget that part of her life.”

 

Tsunade says, “I’m amazing how Sakura has changed.”

 

Naruto says, “Well, she has been through a lot Tsunade.”

 

Tsunade tells Naruto, with a nod, “No kidding, gaki.”

 

Naruto says, “Anyway, I’ve got to get back to directing the Minions.”

 

Tsunade tells Naruto, “Those wives of yours are lucky to have a guy like you in their lives.”

 

Naruto says, with a foxy smile, “I’m just a guy making sure that his wives are happy. It is what a husband does, believe it.” Tsunade smiles as Naruto heads off to direct the Minions in the construction of the hospital.

 

Flashback; Later on in Whirlpool

 

Inside of Whirlpool, Ami, Sakura, and Hotaru are all in amazement and awe at the massive hospital facility in which they arrived at the water park portion of the facility with Naruto showing them the pool and other parts of the water park.

 

Hotaru asks, amazed, “A water park?”

Naruto responds, “Only the best since they are going to be treating all peoples from here, Earth, the universe, and beyond, Sakura-chan.”

 

Hotaru says, amazed, “Wow.”

 

Sakura says, “Geez, Naruto.”

Just then a familiar female voice shouts out, “Hey, Naruto-kun! Hey, girls!” Everyone then looks to see Serena, wearing a lovely white bikini, and Michelle, wearing an aqua-blue one piece bathing suit, walking up.

 

Naruto says, “Hey, Serena-chan! And you, too, Michelle-chan!”

 

Michelle says, “Thank you for inviting us to test out the pool.”

 

Sakura asks, “Testing the pool?”

 

Naruto says, “While I made it for Ami-chan to enjoy swimming, it is also going to be used during hours by the public, too. However, the opening ceremonies are a week away, so, I figured that you and the others could use it as a ‘VIP treatment’ since Ami-chan, Sakura-chan, and Hotaru-chan are going to be the heads of this hospital.”

 

The three of them give looks of shock and Sakura asks, shocked, “Us?! The heads?!”

 

Naruto responds, with a nod, “Sure! Ami-chan was training to be a doctor and she has done well in the practice of our medicine and her world’s medicine in which you have, too, Sakura. You are the best choices to handle the ‘blending’ of medicine for our two worlds to create the best medical practice especially since people are going to be living A LOT longer in the near future. While people are going to be a lot heathier, it doesn’t mean that sickness are just going to go away. I think that history has taught us that.”

 

Ami says, with a nod, “It is a sad fact, but it is true.”

 

Naruto says, pointing to Hotaru, “And Hotaru-chan has been combining her healing powers with medical jutsu as well as Earth medicine to be very potent.”

 

Michelle says, with a sly smile, “Yes, she has become quite the wonderful healer, Naruto-kun.”

 

Hotaru says, with a blush, “Michelle-mama…”

 

Naruto says, with a smile, “So, I think that it would be perfect for the three of you to run this hospital.”

 

Serena says, with a smile, “I believe that Naruto-kun is right, Ami-chan! The three of you are perfect.”

 

Sakura asks, a bit nervously, “Are you sure about this, Naruto?”

 

Naruto tells Sakura, with a warm smile, “Sakura, what happened in the past is the past and now, it is time to move onto the future.” Naruto kisses her on the lips and she warmly smiles at her husband.

 

Serena says, “Let’s stop with any depressing stuff and let’s get in the pool! This could be our only chance!” Soon after, Serena leaps into the pool with a big ‘splash’.

 

Naruto says, “And she is going to enjoy it more since there is no chemicals in the pool.”

 

Michelle asks, “No chemicals?”

 

Hotaru asks, “Pure natural water?”

 

Naruto responds, with a nod, “Bingo!”

 

Sakura tells Naruto, “Let me guess: A system of seals and machines that takes dirty water and turns it into clean water?”

 

Naruto responds, with a nod, “Multiple seals in multiple layers to make sure of that Sakura.”

 

Michelle says, with a smile, “Well, we had better enjoy ourselves before then and since it is still a week to go, we should call in the others.”

 

Hotaru says, with a smile, “Good idea, Michelle-mama.” Soon after, Ami, Sakura, and Hotaru then head off to prepare to ‘test’ the pool in this massive hospital facility which tends to be more than just a regular hospital.

 

Flashback; That evening

 

Deep within the private office within the hospital complex where there is a massive fold up wall bed that looks just as luxurious as the beds in the top rooms in the top five star hotels through there is the first of multiple beds within the room. However, right now, we are focused on the main bed where we find Sakura, Hotaru, Ami, and Naruto assembled together with all of them without a single article of clothing on them with Ami sucking on Naruto’s manhood while Sakura and Hotaru are locked in an erotic kiss with glancing over at the two of them.
