Sailor Moon Online II: SAO Shippuden

 

(Sword Art Online II music ‘Courage’ starts)

 

As the intro starts, we see images of swords go by and reflected on the blades of the swords are images of Suguha and Leafa with the final reflection from the blades of the sword are Rika, Lisbeth, SAO and ALO forms, Keiko, Silica, SAO and ALO forms, Shion, Sinon, GGO and ALO forms, Kotone, Philia, SAO/SAW and ALO forms, Hiyori, Kuro, and Lux.

 

The next shows Princess Selene then turning into a toddler Suguha Kirigaya, who then ‘ages’ into a 13-year-old Suguha Kirigaya, warping into Suguha Kirigaya of 15-16 years of age, then into Eternal Sailor Celestial, and finally, into Valkyrie Sailor Celestial. As Valkyrie Sailor Celestial turns to the skies to see some unseen sight, Rika, Keiko, Shion/Sailor Orion, Kotone, and Hiyori appear behind her.

 

Just then it turns into images of Ancient Egypt of Atem’s time, Atlantis, the original Domino City, Neo Domino City, and ALO before we see Suguha Kirigaya looking at a ‘shooting star’ before she transforms into Valkyrie Sailor Celestial before facing an unknown figure that uses the Seal of Orichalcos that surrounds her and her enemy.

 

Next, Valkyrie Sailor Celestial and Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze are seen in two separate images which change where Suguha, then Leafa, and finally, Valkyrie Sailor Celestial are using their kendo/sword techniques. Just then Rika/Lisbeth, Keiko/Silica, Shion/Sinon/Sailor Orion, Kotone/Philia, and Hiyori/Lux are seen before we see Valkyrie Sailor Celestial, using her sword techniques, is joined by Naruto, using his famous Shadow Clones and Rasengan, in this ‘fight demonstration’.

 

Then we find Valkyrie Sailor Moon walking slowly forward until she is face to face with Valkyrie Sailor Celestial and the two of them stare at each other before Valkyrie Sailor Celestial brings out Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon (2500/2000) and Dark Rebellion XYZ Dragon (2500/2000) with Valkyrie Sailor Moon brings out Odd-Eyes Phantom Dragon (2500/2000) and Clearwing Fast Dragon (2500/2000) in which they go into an epic clash with Valkyrie Sailor Moon and Valkyrie Sailor Celestial clashing blades themselves.

 

The scene changes to Davis and Kazuto, looking a lot like his SAO avatar of Kirito, facing off against Naruto with Naruto bring out Red Nova Dragon (3500/3000) and Stardust Chronicle Spark Dragon (3000/2500) while Kazuto brings out Hot Red Dragon Archfiend King Calamity (4000/3500) and Davis brings out Shooting Star Dragon (3300/2500) along with the other Signer and Duel Dragons in which they launch into an epic titanic fight.

 

Just then we see Sailor Celestial, Sailor Orion, Lisbeth, Silica, Philia, and Lux engaged by a legion of opponents including monsters from ALO and Duel Monsters which they fight and defeat, but then a mysterious figure brings out the Divine Serpent used by Dartz, but Sailor Celestial, Lisbeth, and Silica bring out the three Legendary Dragons, Timaeus, Critias, and Hermos, and they transform into their true forms: The Legendary Knights of Atlantis where they defeat the Divine Serpent.

 

Naruto and Sailor Celestial are back to back surrounded by Sakura, Hinata, Rika, Keiko, Sailor Orion, Kotone, and Hiyori as a powerful circle brings for the three Aesir, Thor, Loki, and Odin as well as the three Egyptian God Monsters: Obelisk, Slifer, and Ra in which all of them unleash an incredible attack creating a massive bright light. From that light, Black-Winged Dragon (2800/1600) emerges along with the Crimson Dragon.

 

The scene then switches to images of Yugi Moto, Pharaoh Atem, Seto Kaiba, Joey Wheeler, Dartz, and more before switching to our heroes and heroines with images of Neo Domino City, Aincrad/SAO, ALO, the Elemental Countries including the Leaf Village, and more as images of Suguha and Naruto from childhood into their current years are seen before Suguha turns into Valkyrie Sailor Celestial and the two of them look into the distance.

 

Finally, we have different scenes where we see Naruto training and mastering the Rasengan, Leafa flying through the virtual skies of ALO, Serena becoming Sailor Moon for the first time, and leading to a scene with all of our heroes and heroines, joined by Naruto, Sakura, and Hinata, racing towards some kind of unknown destination in which it finally stop at all of them assembled together flanked by Earth, Atlantis, and the Leaf Village in the background along with the Legendary Dragons/Knights, the Signer and Duel Dragons, the Aesir, and Egyptian God Monsters.

Arc III: Chapter 22: Nightmare Choices

 

May 27, 2026, Japan, Kyoto Prefecture

 

Tristan Taylor groans out as he slowly wakes up and he looks around to see his friends, Yugi Moto and Joey Wheeler, looking at him.

 

Tristan asks, weakly, “W-What hit me?”

 

Joey says, “Nothing much, bud. Just a freaky future girl with an axe to grind and got her hands on certain powerful evil magics that we have fought before where she is going to rip all of reality to pieces.”

 

Tristan asks, confused, “Say what?”

 

Duke Delvin comes up and says, “Despite Joey’s simplistic way of wording things…” Joey glares at Duke and Duke says, ignoring Joey, “…he is exactly right. By the way, welcome to our world a lot of decades in the future.”

 

Tristan asks, stunned, “What?!”

 

Yugi tells Tristan, “Duke is right, Tristan. We are many years in the future of our world.” Tristan, who is in a sitting position on the ground, is helped to his feet by Joey and Tristan shakes his head. On the meanwhile, the former Signers are some distance away looking in the direction of the revived ‘castle of death’: Aincrad.

 

Jack says, annoyed, “I don’t like this at all!”

 

Crow tells Jack, “We know, Jack. You aren’t one to back down from a fight.”

 

Akiza says, “However, we’re not Signers anymore. We had fulfilled our duties as Signers and the Crimson Dragon freed us from our duties after we defeated Z-One and Illaster as well as change the future that they came from.”

 

Jack says, with a plain tone, “Only for our duties to be thrusted on another group.”

 

Leo says, “Well, a lot of them are already heroes.”

 

Yusei says, “Maybe, Leo. But plenty of them have chips on their shoulder.”

 

Jack says, with a plain tone, “Especially Luna’s successor as the Signer of Ancient Fairy Dragon and it is showing quite well.”

 

Crow says, with a nod, “No joke.”

 

Yusei says, “We have got to have faith in them. They have been through plenty of ‘hard stuff’ like we went through as Signers and even more.”

 

Leo asks, curiously, “So, what do we do now?” Just then both the former Signers and Yugi and his group are engulfed in a blue light causing them to vanish through a teleportation effect since the one used in SAO.

 

May 27, 2026, Japan, Kyoto Prefecture, Aincrad

 

Inside of Aincrad itself, we find ourselves with Floor 55 where Kazuto and Asuna are making their way to the labyrinth entrance.

 

Asuna asks Kazuto, “Do you think that this is a good idea, Kirito-kun?”

 

Kazuto tells Asuna, “I wish that I had any better ideas, Asuna.”

 

Asuna says, “I am a bit creeped out.”

 

Kazuto tells Asuna, “That’s understandable, Asuna. I’m honestly feeling the same way.”

 

Asuna says, “She really knows how to drive her point home.”

 

Kazuto says, with a nod, “Yeah.”

 

Asuna asks Kazuto, “How is Yugo-san doing?”

 

Kazuto says, with a sigh, “He hasn’t said a word since our confrontation with his sister.”

 

Asuna says, with a solemn tone, “That’s understandable.”

 

Kazuto says, “All we can do is stop her.”

 

Asuna asks Kazuto, “Do you think that there is a way to save her?”

 

Kazuto doesn’t reply for a few moments and he says, solemnly, “I’ve only seen such cold and calculating action only with…” Kazuto doesn’t say a word, but Asuna knows what he is going to say in which she nods her head in agreement with Kazuto. But then Kazuto and Asuna are enveloped in a bright glow and through the same kind of teleportation that was part of SAO, Kazuto and Asuna are teleported away to a currently unknown location.

 

(On the meanwhile; In the Ruby Palace)

 

Within the Ruby Palace, Yuuko is getting off the throne and walking over to the side where there is a female figure waiting.

 

Yuuko says, plainly, “The stage is set.”

 

The female figure says, in a sarcastic tone, “For your show? You put on some program.”

 

Yuuko tells the female figure, “It is a production. A production that will entertain me most greatly.”

 

The female figure says, in a sarcastic tone, “If this ‘entertains’ you, I don’t want to see what makes you bust a gut, hon.”

 

Yuuko says, “What you are going to see is HER getting ‘it’ if you don’t do as I say.” The female figure snarls at Yuuko and Yuuko tells the female figure, “What is it going to be?”

 

The female figure doesn’t say a word for a few moments causing her to tell Yuuko in reply, “You know my choice.”

 

Yuuko says, with a nod, “I do.”

 

The female figure says, “Let’s get this over with.” Yuuko only replies by snapping her fingers causing her and the female figure to teleport away.

 

(Around the same time; Elsewhere in Aincrad)

 

Back down on the third floor of Aincrad, our heroes and heroines, minus Kazuto and Asuna, assembled together as they prepare to continue their assault to stop Yuuko.

 

Sailor Uranus tells Sailor Celestial, “You seem…different.”

 

Sailor Celestial says, “When it comes to Yuuko, I finally got my head together.”

 

Sailor Jupiter says, plainly, “Took you long enough.”

 

Sailor Celestial gives Sailor Jupiter an annoyed look and Sailor Venus asks, “So, what’s the plan?”

 

Just then Naruto, Hinata, Sakura, and the two ninja/kunoichi groups, the Crimson Squad and those from Hanzo Squad, appear in a flash of lightning and Sailor Saturn says, “You’re back!”

 

Haruka says, with a sly grin, “Of course.”

 

Mirai says, with a sly grin, “No fucking kidding. With Hirashin of his old man, we can go anywhere.”

 

Sailor Mars asks, “How are you able to put up all the seals?”

 

Tuxedo Mask says, “They have been in our worlds for months, Sailor Mars. They would have had plenty of time.”

 

Naruto says, with a smirk, “Believe it.”

 

Sakura says, “However, we put Yuuna-san and Eiji-san in a ‘safehouse’ of ours. We can’t return them back to where they are staying…not with Yuuko. She may not do the same thing twice, but then again, we can’t take a chance.”

 

Tuxedo Mask says, with a nod, “Good idea.”

 

Sailor Celestial says, “No less thing to worry about, but there is another thing that I’m worried about.”

 

Rika says, “Kazuto and Asuna.”

 

Keiko asks, concerned, “You think that they are in trouble?”

 

Kotone says, “I hope not.”

 

Davis says, with a smile, “Well, Asuna is a full-fledged Valkyrie Sailor Scout.”

 

Sailor Sun tells Davis, “But Yuuko-san has technology stolen from UNI-SHOCKER and it has helped her ‘negate’ our powers.”

 

Cody says, with a nod, “That’s a good point.”

 

Sailor Moon says, concerned, “We should go find them.”

 

Just then a female voice says, “Sorry, but you aren’t going anywhere.” Everyone looks to the source to see figure cloaked in a dark violet and red cloak with a familiar ‘swirl’ on it walking up to them.

 

Tai asks, strongly, “Who the heck is you?”

 

The figure says, in the female voice that everyone just heard, “Just a woman here for her son, you know.”

 

There are quite a few gasps of shock and Hiyori says, stunned, “That voice…”

 

Rika says, with a nod, “I think that I have heard it before…”

 

Davis says, stunned, “You aren’t the only one.”

 

Mirai asks, confused, “What do you freaking mean?”

 

Naruto asks, surprised, “Mom?”

 

There are looks of everyone from a lot of the others and the figure responds, “Not surprising that more than you recognized me, Sochi. I mean, we are famous fictional characters.” The figure removed her hood and cloak to reveal Kushina Uzumaki, Naruto’s mother, wearing what looks like an ANBU uniform, but she also has a Dark Signer duel disk attached to her left wrist and her eyes’ irises are black instead of white.

 

Hinata gasps and she says, shocked, “Her eyes…”

 

Sailor Celestial says, stunned, “She is a Dark Signer!”

 

Naruto says, shocked, “No way…”

 

Kushina says, with a nervous giggle, “I’m sorry to say that it is true. And I’m here to duel you.”

 

There are gasps of shock and Homura yells out, “Hey! He is your son! And now, you are trying to kill him!”

 

Kushina says, with a shrug and an eerily sickly-sweet smile, “I know. It is twisted, but I’m extremely pissed at what the village for what they did to my son.” Just then Kushina’s body gives off such a powerful dark aura that she creates a powerful wind storm that knocks down plenty of the non-powered members of the group in which the powered members of the group, like the Sailor Scouts for example, have to protect them in which Kushina’s face twists into one of pure rage and fury in which she screams out, with a dark enraged roar, “THOSE WRETCHED ASSHOLES!!! I GAVE EVERYTHING FOR THEM AND THEY INFLICT SUCH HORRORS ON MY SOCHI! THEY ALSO ATTEMPTED TO ERASE MY CLAN FROM HISTORY WHEN IT WAS THE UZUMAKI ALONG WITH THE SENJU!!! THEY ARE GOING TO PAY FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE BY DOING WHAT THAT UCHIHA TRAITOROUS BASTARD TRIED TO DO ON THE DAY OF MY SOCHI’S BIRTH…AND THEN I’M GOING TO FIND THAT BRAT, OBITO, RIP HIS SHARINGAN EYES OUT, AND MAKE SURE THAT HE BEGS ME FOR DEATH BEFORE I SEND HIM INTO THE NETHERWORLD!!!” Kushina glares at Sakura and with a nasty bit of KI in her eyes in which she yells out, with a dark serious tone, “And don’t think that I haven’t forgotten you, you pink harpy! I’ve got a ‘few words’ for you, too!” Sakura falls down on her buttocks due to Kushina’s KI which is directly at her in which everyone around her leaps out of the way to get away from Kushina’s KI in which she is more menacing due to the fact that her hair began flying around all over the place in the air.

 

Keiko says, really nervous tone in her voice, “S-She’s scary.”

 

Hiyori nods her head in agreement and Davis says, nervously, “That’s why she is known as the ‘Red Hot-Blooded Habanero’.”

 

TK tells Davis, “Better not tell her to her face.”

 

Sailor Uranus says, with a plain tone, “There is something off here.”

 

Sailor Saturn asks, “Off?”

 

Sailor Mars says, with a nod, “It isn’t just the Earthbound Immortals that’s correcting her. There is something else.”

 

Hinata asks, confused, “Something else?”

 

Sailor Mercury says, her visor activated and using her computer, “There is!” Everyone looks at Sailor Mercury and Sailor Mercury says, “There is something attached to her brain.”

 

There are stunned looks and Naruto yells out, stunned, “Say what?”

 

Kushina asks, curiously, “Oh, you mean that Fusion Parasite?”

 

Everyone else is surprised and Yolei asks, “Fusion Parasite? Why does that sound familiar?”

 

Kushina then displays a Fusion Parasite (0/0) monster card and she says, “This. Using Real Solid Vision tech, she made it real and she put it in my brain.” There are gasps of shock and Kushina says, with a sly smile, “Guess that why I’m really obsessed of turning my Sochi into a Dark Signer and slaughtering the Leaf, you know.” Naruto’s eyes then narrow and after a second, a powerful blue aura surrounds him as he eerily calmly and silently gets out his Real Solid Vision duel disk where he attached it to his left wrist.

 

Sakura asks, curiously, “Naruto?”

 

Naruto responds, in an eerily calm tone, “Sakura, remind me that after this…when we see Yuuko-san…I don’t kill her…until she begs me to kill her and send her to hell, believe it!” Naruto’s blue aura explodes creating a powerful wind storm causing plenty of the others to step back in fear of Naruto.

 

Mirai says, with a sly smirk, “Oh, man. She really did it this time.”

 

Yomi says, with a sly grin, “What did you expect? Yuuko-san just did a major ‘no-no’.”

 

Homura says, with a sly smile, “I’m glad that I’m not that bitch right now.”

 

(At this moment; Elsewhere)

 

Within a darkened part of Aincrad, Yuuko then gains a strange ‘chill’ throughout her body and a ‘feeling’ that she should be fearing for her life, but she shakes it off and feels that it is nonsense…for the moment.

 

(Back with Naruto and everyone else; shortly thereafter)

 

Back with our heroes and heroines and the others, Naruto and his recently ‘revived’ mother, Kushina Uzumaki, are preparing for their nasty Shadow Duel.

 

Kushina says, with a sly smile, “Sorry to say, Sochi, but you don’t stand a chance. Yuuko-san used that parasite thing to download all of the dueling tactics and strategies of the best throughout history, so, don’t think that you have an edge.”

 

Naruto responds, “Knowing how to duel and actually dueling is my advantage, mom, but you are going to see that right away.” Naruto and Kushina activate their duel disks causing their decks to be shuffled and the ‘energy blades’ that contain their disks’ Monster and Pendulum Card Zones. When the duel disks’ touch screens display 4000 life-points for each duelist, Naruto and Kushina draw five cards from each of their respective decks.

 

“Game on!” Naruto and Kushina yell out in unison as their duel begin.

 

Starting Scores:

Naruto: 4000

Kushina: 4000

 

Tai says, with a sneer, “This is just wrong!”

 

Sakura tells Tai, “What do you expect from someone like her?”

 

Hinata asks, concerned, “But how did Yuuko-san get to our world?”

 

Mirai tells Hinata, “That’s obvious, Hinata. It is Genesis Omega Dragon. It has space-time powers and that means that it has to have dimension crossing abilities as well as temporal powers.”

 

Sailor Pluto says, with a nod, “I believe that theory is valid.”

 

Sailor Uranus says, looking at Naruto and his group, “That’s interesting.”

 

Sakura tells Sailor Uranus, with a glare, “I know what you are thinking, so, forget it. We plan on sealing away that thing and not using it. We’ll find our own way back to our world to settle our business there and doing it without threating all of existence in the process.”

 

Mimi asks, “You really plan to stay in our world?”

 

Hinata says, with a nod of her head, “Yes, we do. This is our home now.”

 

Davis asks, “Hold up! Why aren’t there dark flames surrounding us?”

 

The others are surprised, and Sailor Celestial says, “Yeah! If this is a Shadow Game, there would have been dark flames in the shape of the mark of the Dark Signer dueling!”

 

Haruka says, with a nod, “Curious.”

 

Sailor Saturn asks, “Is she really a Dark Signer?”

 

Sailor Uranus says, with a plain tone, “Oh, she is. I can sense the power of the Netherworld in her.”

 

Kushina says, with an evil smile, “Spoil sport.” Kushina says, drawing a card, “Now, Sochi, ladies first! My turn! I draw!” Kushina says, putting one card on her disk, “I summon Kaibaman!” Soon enough, Kaibaman (200/700) appears on the field in attack mode.

 

There are gasps of shock and Sailor Moon says, worriedly, “Oh no!”

 

Sailor Jupiter says, nervously, “That’s not good.”

 

Kushina says, with a sickly sly smile, “I guess that you know what this means! I use Kaibaman’s ability and release him to play this: Blue-Eyes White Dragon!” Kushina slams a card on her disk and Kaibaman vanishes in which Blue-Eyes White Dragon (3000/2500) appears on the field in attack mode.

 

There are gasps of shock and Yolei asks, stunned, “How does she have that card?”

 

Sailor Uranus responds, “Seto Kaiba, that’s who.”

 

Tuxedo Mask nods her head in agreement, and he says, “Yuuko must have given her the ‘power’ that she took from Seto Kaiba.”

 

Kushina says, putting two cards into the main slot of her disk, “And then I end with two cards face-down.”

 

Naruto says, drawing a card, “My move!” Naruto says, displaying Majespecter Fox-Kyubi (1500/1000) and Majespecter Toad-Ogama (1300/500) Pendulum Monster cards, “I take scale two, Majespecter Fox-Kyubi, and scale five, Majespecter Toad-Ogama, and set the Pendulum Scale!” Naruto puts the two cards onto the Pendulum Zones of his disk causing the Monster Card Zones of his disk to glow with the words ‘Pendulum’ in rainbow colors. The two monsters appear on the field in two columns of light, one monster per column, and the number two is below Kyubi with the number five below Ogama. Naruto then says, “Now, I can summon monsters that are levels three through four this turn! Swing, Pendulum! Create the gate from the shadows into the light of victory! Pendulum Summon!” Naruto puts two cards on his disk, and he yells out, “Top Runner and Strike Ninja! Time to come on down!” A circle of light appears on the field, two ‘lights’ come from the circle, and those lights are revealed to be Top Runner (1100/800) and Strike Ninja (1700/1200) in attack mode. Naruto says, “And now, I tune Top Runner with Strike Ninja!” Top Runner turns into four stars that turn into four rings that surround Strike Ninja, turning it transparent, and when Naruto gets a Synchro Monster card from his Extra Deck, a column of light appears on the field causing him to say, “Roar of the king! Shake the heavens and forge into yourself the power of the unrivaled tyrant! Synchro Summon!” Naruto puts the Synchro Monster card on his disk, and he yells out, “Raging soul: Scarlight Red Dragon Archfiend!” Out of the light, Scarlight Red Dragon Archfiend (3000/2500) appears on the field in attack mode. Naruto says, putting one card into the main slot of his disk, “Then I place my Graceful Charity! I draw three cards from my deck and discard two!” Naruto draws three cards, discards two cards from his hand, and he says, drawing two cards, “One of those cards was Card of Compensation! Since I discarded it from my hand, it means two new cards for me!”

 

Sailor Venus asks, “Doesn’t that monster has a monster destroying effect?”

Sailor Venus rubs her head, nervously, and Naruto says, putting one card on his disk, “Well, I’ve got Dark Tinker to help!” Dark Tinker (1000/1300) then appears on the field in attack mode and Naruto says, putting one more card on his disk, “And since I have a Fiend Tuner that’s fifteen hundred attack points or less, I can add Wandering King Wildwind as well!” Just then Wandering King Wildwind (1700/1300) appears on the field in attack mode and Naruto says, “Next, I tune Dark Tinker with Wandering King Wildwind!” Dark Tinker turns into two stars that turn into two rings that surround Wandering King Wildwind, turning it transparent, and causing a column of light to appear on the field when Naruto gets a Synchro Monster card from his Extra Deck. Naruto says, “Crimson soul, become one here, and tremble before the king’s roar! Synchro Summon!” Naruto says, putting the Synchro Monster card on his disk, “Time for a hot foot with Red Wyvern!” Out of the light, Red Wyvern (2400/2000) appears on the field in attack mode and Naruto says, “Since there is a monster stronger than this monster, since it was Synchro Summoned, I can destroy the monster with the highest attack points on the field, but since there are two monsters with the same highest attack points, I get to choose and I choose Blue-Eyes!”

 

Red Wyvern unleashes powerful flames at Blue-Eyes, but Kushina says, pushing a button on his disk’s touch screen, “Sorry, Sochi, but I play my Card Guard trap!” Kushina’s face-down card is revealed to be the Card Guard Quick-Play spell card and Kushina says, discarding one card from her hand, “By discarding a card from my hand, all monsters on the field can’t be destroyed by battle or card effects this turn!” A shield protects Blue-Eyes from Red Wyvern’s flames and Kushina says, drawing two cards, “And I also have a Card of Compensation that I just discarded! That means two more cards for me! Hurray!”

 

Naruto says, putting two cards into the main slot of his disk, “I place these face-down card and call it a turn.”

 

Kushina says, drawing a card, “Okay, Sochi! It’s my turn!” Kushina says, putting one card into the main slot of her disk, “I activate my Malefic Territory spell card!” A card comes out of Kushina’s deck and she says, putting the card from her deck into her disk’s Field Spell slot, “This card allows me to activate my Malefic World Field Spell straight from my deck!” Just then the whole field transforms into dark violet colored ‘dimension’ and Kushina says, “While my Malefic Territory remains on the field, I can have more than one Malefic monster on the field, but I still can’t have two of the same Malefic monsters.” Kushina says, as a card comes out of her deck and vanishes, “Next, I remove one Blue-Eyes White Dragon from my deck and take it out of my play! So, I can play Malefic Blue-Eyes White Dragon!” Kushina puts a card from her hand on her disk and Malefic Blue-Eyes White Dragon (3000/2500) appears on the field in attack mode.

 

Yolei asks, “Wait! I thought that she had Kaiba’s deck, right?”

 

Sailor Pluto says, “It looks like it was mixed with another deck.”

 

Kushina says, with a dark grin, “You, people, should know us, Uzumaki, better than that!” Kushina says, putting one card into the main slot of her disk, “Then I activate my Different Dimension Reincarnation equip spell! By discarding one card from my hand, I can return one monster that has been removed from play!” Kushina discards one card and a second Blue-Eyes White Dragon (3000/2500) appears on the field in which Kushina says, with a sly grin while drawing two more cards, “Plus, the card that I discarded was a second Card of Compensation!”

 

Rika says, annoyed, “Come on, does everyone have that card? This is getting annoying!”

 

Davis says, “Well, it is about to get more ‘frightening’.”

 

Kushina says, with an evil smile, “Then let’s not ‘beat around the bush’, you know. It’s time for the REAL duel!” Kushina’s right arm glows with the Mark of the Hummingbird Dark Signer Mark and dark violet flames in the shape of said mark then surround the area that our heroes and heroines and Kushina are in. Kushina says, putting one card on her disk, “Next, I release all three of my dragons to play the all-mighty and all-powerful Earthbound Immortal Aslla Piscu!” All three dragons vanish causing a familiar ‘cocoon’ to appear in the skies with the Signers of the group having their Marks of the Dragon glow and all of the Signers not in the duel producing a shining crimson colored shield around everyone else with the Sailor Scouts of the group adding to the power of the shield. The ‘cocoon’ then ‘hatches’ to reveal Earthbound Immortal Aslla Piscu (2500/2500) in attack mode.

 

Sailor Jupiter says, nervously, “That’s one big bird!”

 

TK says, with a nervous nod and tone, “And one that you don’t want to meet!”

 

Patamon says, nodding his head nervously, “No kidding!”

 

Kushina shouts out, “Sorry, Sochi, this will hurt you more than it will hurt me, but there are times for ‘tough love’ you know! Aslla Piscu, direct attack!” Aslla Piscu screeches as it heads straight for Naruto.

 

Naruto says, pushing a button on his disk’s touch screen, “Wrong! I activate my trap: Spirit Barrier!” Naruto’s face-down card is revealed to be the Spirit Barrier continuous trap card and Naruto says, “Thanks to this trap, while it is on the field, I take no battle damage!” A shield then protects Naruto from Aslla Piscu’s attack that causes a shockwave that shakes the whole of Aincrad itself.

 

(On the meanwhile; Elsewhere on Aincrad)

 

At that moment, we find Asuna, lying stunned on a sandy floor, but she is shocked awake from the massive shockwave caused by the Shadow Duel between Naruto and his currently Dark Signer mother causing to look around in which she gasps to find herself in what looks like an ancient Roman arena.

 

Asuna asks, surprised, “This is…?”

 

Just then a female voice says, “That’s right, hon.” Asuna then looks towards the source of the voice to see none other than Mai Valentine, looking as she usually does, walking over towards her.

 

Asuna asks, “Who are you?”

 

However, a familiar male voice shouts out, stunned, “Mai?!” Asuna and Mai look towards the audience seats where they see Yugi, Joey, Duke, Tristan, and the former Signers in the stands.

 

Yugi asks, surprised, “What are you doing here?”

 

Mai responds, solemnly, “What do you think I’m doing here Yugi?” Mai says, pointing to Asuna, “I’m dueling her.”

 

There are looks of shock and Asuna asks, surprised, “Me?”

 

Mai says, “Yeah, you, future girl. I duel you or SHE pays the price.” Mai points up in the air and everyone then sees Serenity Wheeler and Kazuto trapped in a pair of force-field ‘bubbles’ high in the sky.

 

Asuna says, worriedly, “Kirito-kun!”

 

Tristan and Joey say in unison, worriedly, “Serenity!”

 

Mai says, solemnly, “Unless I duel, Serenity dies.” Mai tells Asuna, “And it is the same for you, future girl. You don’t duel, your boyfriend gets it.”

 

Joey tells Mai, “Mai, you can’t do this! Serenity would…!!”

 

Mai says, “Of course, she wouldn’t! But if it is between Serenity or someone strangers from the future, I will choose your sister every time!” Mai says, solemnly, “Serenity always believed me, and I let her down by letting myself get turned into a goon for Dartz. I let you down, I let Yugi down, I let Serenity down, and I let myself down. This isn’t the right way to save her, but it is the only way that I have got! That girl is holding all the cards and I have to play by her rules like it or not!” Mai tells Asuna, “So, future girl, what’s it going to be?”

 

Asuna says, taking out a white Real Solid Vision duel disk from her sub-space pocket, “I guess that I don’t have a choice, Mai-san. However, my name is Asuna…Asuna Yuuki.”

 

Mai says, plainly, “I already know, hon. Yuuko told me all about the future and it is a real shocker to find out that my time isn’t the only time where sicko freaks of nature turn games of fun into battles for life and death. Guess she is right about you and your boyfriend. I can see it in your eyes. You have been in similar situations that I have. However, remember, as I said, you and I have been in similar situations and you aren’t the only one with more than themselves to fight for! So, let’s do this!” Mai activates a Real Solid Vision duel disk attached to her left arm and inserts her dueling deck inside with Asuna doing the same causing the ‘energy blades’ containing the Monster and Pendulum Card Zones for their duel disks to appear while their decks are being shuffled.

 

Joey twitches his body, but Duke tells him, “Don’t, Joey! I know you want to do something, but you can’t! One wrong move and Kazuto and Serenity will pay the price!”

 

Leo asks, worriedly, “Isn’t there anything that we can do?”

 

Jack says, with a snarl, “No, Leo. Right now, Yuuko is holding the cards.”

 

Joey yells out, angrily, “Damn it!” Asuna’s and Mai’s duel disk display 4000 life-points for each duelist on the touch screens of their duel disks as their decks are shuffled. When the decks are shuffled, both Asuna and Mai draw five cards, each, from their respective decks.

 

Mai says, “There is one more thing, hon.” Asuna gives a confused look and then underground dueling electrodes, three for each duelist, appears around the necks and upper arms of Mai and Asuna, with one appearing around hers and Mai’s neck and one electrode on each of their upper arms.

 

Yusei says, nervously, “Oh no.”

 

Yugi asks, “What are those?”

 

Crow says, with a sneer, “Those are electrodes used in underground duels.”

 

Duke asks, curiously and nervously, “Underground duels?”

 

Jack says, with a sneer, “Illegal duels in which duelists are put in those electrodes which gives them an electrical shock when they lose life-points.”

 

Joey asks, shocked, “What?!”

 

Akiza says, with a nod, “It is a horrible fact of our world and we keep trying to stop such horrific actions.”

 

Crow says, with a sneer, “Yeah, but ‘certain people’ wanted more ‘intense duels’ since Turbo Dueling wasn’t enough for them.”

 

Jack says, with a nasty tone, “No joke.”

 

Asuna tells Mai, “You can’t be serious, Mai-san!”

 

Mai says, solemnly, “I wish that I didn’t have to do this at least, but that bitch has threatened to put these on Serenity and your boyfriend. It is either us or them.”

 

Asuna flinches and she then says, with a nod, “Fine. I guess that we have no other choice.”

 

Mai says, “If it wasn’t up to me, we do this fair and square, but I guess this is how sickos get their kicks, hon.” Asuna nods her head and the two of them prepare to start their duel.

 

Kazuto thinks in his mind, concerned, “Asuna…”

“Let’s duel!” Asuna and Mai yell out in unison as their duel starts.

Mai says, drawing a card, “Since we are both girls, I’ll start this duel off!” Mai says, putting one card on her disk, “First, I play Cyber Harpie in attack mode!” Just then Cyber Harpie Lady (1800/1300) appears on the field in attack mode and Mai says, putting one card into the main slot of her disk, “Next, I activate my Elegant Egotist! With my Harpie Lady on the field, I can summon my Harpie Lady Sisters!” A card comes out of her deck and when she puts the card on her disk, Cyber Harpie Lady glows in which Harpie Lady Sisters (1950/2100) appears on the field in attack mode. Mai says, putting one card into the main slot of her disk, “Next, I activate my Alluring Mirror Spilt spell card! While this card remains on the field, when a Harpie Lady or Harpie Lady Sisters is destroyed, I can summon a new Harpie with a different name from my deck.”

 

Joey asks, curiously, “How many Harpies could there be out there?”

 

Jack says, plainly, “Plenty.”

 

Yusei says, “There have been a lot more Harpie cards created since your time and it looks like Yuuko has given Mai-san plenty of them.”

 

Mai says, putting two cards into the main slot in her disk, “Then I place these face-down and call it a turn. Your turn, hon.”

 

Asuna says, drawing a card, “My turn! I draw!” Asuna says, putting one card on her disk, “I summon Crystal Beast Sapphire Pegasus in attack mode!” A sapphire appears on the field and glows as it ‘transforms’ into Crystal Beast Sapphire Pegasus (1800/1200) in attack mode in which Asuna says, as a card comes out of her deck, “Due to Sapphire Pegasus’ ability, I can take one Crystal Beast from my deck and put it into my spell and trap zones in which I choose Ruby Carbuncle!” Asuna puts the card into the main slot of her disk causing an unrefined ruby crystal to appear in the spell/trap zones.

 

Mai says, “Monsters that come from jewels? You must be one lucky girl to get your hands on a deck like that. I’m jealous.”

 

Asuna says, putting one card into the main slot of her disk, “Thank you, Mai-san, but I’m taking this duel seriously. Next, I activate my Crystal Bond! I add one Crystal Beast from my deck to my hand and then I place one more Crystal Beast in my deck into my spell and trap zones!” A card comes out of Asuna’s deck and she puts into her hand while another card then comes out of Asuna’s deck where Asuna puts it into the main slot of her disk causing a crystal of unrefined emerald in the spell/trap zones. Asuna puts another card into the main slot of her disk and she says, “I activate my Crystal Beacon spell card! Since I have at least two Crystal Beasts in my spell and trap zones, I can play one more Crystal Beast from my deck and I choose my Topaz Tiger!” A card comes out of Asuna’s deck and when she puts the card on her duel disk, a crystal of topaz appears on the field and ‘turns’ into Crystal Beast Topaz Tiger (1600/1000) appears on the field in attack mode. Asuna says, putting one more card into the main slot of her disk, “Then I equip Sapphire Pegasus with my Crystal Release and boosting his power by eight hundred!” Sapphire Pegasus then goes from 1800/1200 to 2600/1200 and Asuna says, after taking a deep breath, “Topaz Tiger, attack her Harpie Lady Sisters!”

 

Mai says, curiously, “Why? Your monster is weaker that my girls!”

 

Asuna says, with a smile, “Topaz Tiger gains four hundred attack points when it attacks a monster!” Topaz Tiger roars out as it goes from 1600/1000 to 2000/1000 as it heads for Harpie Lady Sisters with its claws and fangs ready to slash them apart.

 

Mai says, pushing a button on her disk’s touch screen, “Well, it won’t work thanks to my Waboku!” Mai’s face-down card is revealed to be the Waboku trap card and Mai says, “This trap card not only prevents battle damage, but it makes it that my monsters can’t be destroyed this turn, so, claws off my Harpies kitty cat!” A trio of maidens appears in front of Harpie Lady Sisters and creates a shield that protects them from Topaz Tiger’s attack causing its stats to return to its original 1600/1000.

 

Asuna says, putting two cards into the main slot of her disk, “I place two cards face-down and end my turn.”

 

As the duel is going on, Duke says, “She has got a pretty good deck and she is quite good with it.”

 

Yugi says, with a nod of his head, “Not surprising, Duke. Since Duel Monsters has gone from a game into an international sport. I mean, there are schools dedicated to Duel Monsters.”

 

Akiza says, with a plain tone, “Through the schools teach plenty of regular school subjects as well.”

 

Yusei tells Yugi, “However, you are right to say that Duel Monsters is central to our time and it was the reason that we had to stop Paradox.”

 

Joey says, with a nasty sneer, “It is too bad that, like our time, there are sickos that use this game to cause nothing, but trouble.”

 

Luna asks, concerned, “Is there anything that we can do?”

 

Jack says, “I wish there was, Luna. Right now, the pain in the ass is holding the cards and the hostages.”

 

Asuna looks at Kazuto and she thinks in her mind, “Don’t worry, Kirito-kun, I’ll figure out a way out of this for all of us.”

 

(Returning to the Shadow Duel; Around the same time)

 

Back to the deadly Shadow Duel between Naruto and his currently Dark Signer mother, Kushina, the attack of Aslla Piscu has been negated by Naruto’s trap card.

 

Kushina says, putting one card into the main slot of her disk, “Oh, well! I end my turn with a face-down!”

 

Naruto says, drawing a card, “My move! I draw!”

 

Sailor Venus says, with a grin, “Awesome! Naruto-san can use his dragon’s ability and take out her monster!”

 

Sailor Uranus says, plainly, “Yeah, but then her Immortal will take out her dragon with its ability and leave Naruto-san defenseless unless he has another monster in his hand. And she may have a way to bring her Immortal back.”

 

Tai says, with a nod, “Good point.”

 

Naruto says, putting one card into the main slot of his disk, “I play Red Dragon Vase! Since I have Red Dragon Archfiend on my field, I can draw two cards, but I can’t summon any monsters until the end of your upcoming turn!” Naruto draws two cards and he says, with a strong determined tone, “Scarlight Red Dragon, attack my mother directly! Absolute Power Flare!”

 

As Scarlight Red Dragon Archfiend attacks, Kushina says, pushing a button on her disk’s touch screen, “I don’t think so, Sochi! I activate Negate Attack!” Kushina’s face-down card is revealed to be the Negate Attack counter-trap card and Kushina says, with a dark smile, “Sorry, Sochi, your attack is negated, and the battle phase ended!” A swirling shield protects Kushina from Scarlight Red Dragon’s attack.

 

Naruto then says, putting two cards into the main slot of his disk, “Next, I activate my Mirage of Nightmare and end my turn with a face-down!”

 

Kushina says, “Since it is my Draw Phase, I could use my Field Spell’s ability and force you to give me a new Malefic monster instead of drawing, but I won’t! So, I draw!”

 

Kushina draws one card from her deck and Naruto says, drawing four cards from his deck, “And my Mirage allows me to draw new cards, too!” Naruto says, pushing a button on his disk’s touch screen, “Next, I activate my face-down: Emergency Provisions!” Naruto’s face-down card is revealed to be the Emergency Provisions Quick-Play spell card and Naruto says, “By getting rid of a spell or trap on my field, I gain one grand in life-points and I choose Nightmare!” The ‘image’ of Mirage of Nightmare continuous spell card vanishes from Naruto’s field and his life-points then increase by 1000 points.

 

Kushina says, putting one card into the main slot of her disk, “Ooh, I’m getting new cards too since I play Card of Sanctuary! Both of us have to draw until we have six cards in our hands!” Kushina and Naruto draw from their respective decks until each of them have half-a-dozen cards in their respective hands with Kushina drawing more cards than Naruto. Kushina then says, putting one card into the main slot of her disk, “Next, I activate my Chaos Form Ritual spell!” Kushina discards another Blue-Eyes White Dragon (3000/2500) monster card and she says, “I release my last Blue-Eyes White Dragon in my hand to play this guy: Blue-Eyes Chaos Max Dragon!” Kushina puts a Ritual Monster card on her disk and Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon (4000/0) appears on the field in attack mode. Kushina says, putting another card into the main slot of her disk, “Then I activate my Dragon’s Mirror spell card! By removing material monsters in my graveyard, I can Fusion Summon a dragon type Fusion monster!”

 

Homura says, nervously, “Oh, boy.”

 

Sakura says, with a nod, “You got that right, Homura.” Three cards come out of the graveyard slot of Kushina’s disk, three Blue-Eyes White Dragon (3000/2500 X 3) appears on the field, and they go into a fusion vortex as Kushina gets a Fusion Monster card from her Extra Deck.

Kushina says, putting the Fusion Monster on her disk, “It is time to meet one of the mightiest dragons ever: Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon!” Out of the vortex, Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon (4500/3800) appears on the field in attack mode.

 

Davis says, nervously, “Oh, crap! That’s not good at all!”

 

Kushina says, with a dark grin, “Sorry, Sochi, but this is going to hurt you more than it is going to hurt me! Ultimate Dragon take down his Red Wyvern! Neutron Blast!” Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon unleashes a powerful blue beam of lightning straight for Red Wyvern.

 

Naruto says, pushing a button on his disk’s touch screen, “I activate my trap: Impenetrable Barrier!” Naruto’s face-down is then revealed to  be the Impenetrable Barrier trap card and Naruto says, “I use its effect to make my monsters impossible to destroyed by any means for this turn!” Just then a shield protects Red Wyvern from Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon’s attack with another shield protecting Naruto from the shockwave.

 

Sailor Uranus says, with a nod, “Good. And his other trap protects him from battle damage.”

 

Kushina says, with a dark pout, “Well, poo!” Kushina says, with a shrug, “Oh, well!” Kushina then puts two cards into the main slot of her disk and she says, “I place one card face-down and activate my Immortal Stasis spell to end my turn!”

 

Naruto says, drawing a card, “Okay, my move!”

 

Kushina says, with a dark smirk, “And it is my turn to activate my trap: Skill Drain!” Kushina’s face-down card is revealed to be the Skill Drain continuous trap card and Kushina says, “By lowering my life-points by a thousand, all monsters lose their special abilities!” As Kushina’s life-points lower by 1000 points, Scarlight Red Dragon Archfiend and Red Wyvern roar as they lose their abilities, but there is a strange dark violet aura surrounding Aslla Pisca and Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon in which Kushina says, with a wicked smile, “However, my Immortal Stasis spell keeps my Immortal and all of my Dark monsters safe while my Immortal is out on the field! That means that my Chaos Max and my Immortal keep their abilities. And since Blue-Eyes Ultimate is a NON-effect monster, it doesn’t really matter you know.”

 

Davis says, annoyed, “Damn! That means that Naruto’s monsters have no abilities while she keeps hers!”

 

Naruto says, “I switch Archfiend and Wyvern to defense mode!” Scarlight Red Dragon and Red Wyvern switch from attack to defense mode and Naruto says, putting one card into the main slot of his disk, “Then I activate Swords of Revealing Light!” Swords made of golden light surround Kushina’s field and Naruto says, “Thanks to this card, you can’t attack me for several turns!”

 

Tai says, plainly, “That’s good.”

 

Matt says, with a nod, “But it won’t last too long.”

 

Naruto says, putting one card into the main slot of his disk, “Then I place one card face-down and call it a turn.”

So, I draw!” Kushina puts the card into the main slot of her disk and she says, “Now, I can activate Immortal Alchemy spell card! Since I have my Immortal on the field, I can remove a spell card from my graveyard to use its effect! So, I remove my Card of Sanctity and now, both of us must draw from our decks once again!” A card comes out of the graveyard slot of her disk and vanishes. Then Kushina draws half-a-dozen new cards while Naruto only draws a single card since he already has five cards in her hand. Kushina says, putting one card into the main slot of her disk, “Then I activate my Stamping Destruction spell! Since I have a dragon monster on my field, I can destroy one spell or trap on the field and the owner of the card loses five hundred life-points!” The swords of light shatter apart violently and Naruto grunts as the shards rain down on him as he loses 500 life-points. Kushina tells Naruto, with a dark smile, “Now, you can’t stop my attack!”

 

Naruto says, pushing a button on his disk’s touch screen, “Think so! My Gravity Bind is making sure that doesn’t happen!” Naruto’s face-down card is revealed to be the Gravity Bind continuous trap card and Naruto says, “While this trap card remains on the field, you can’t attack with any monster that’s below level four!” Just then a massive gravity field appears on the field making them unable to move.

 

Kushina says, putting one card into the main slot of her disk, “Too bad for you, Sochi! I activate my Misfortune spell card! By giving up my ability to attack this turn, you get hit with damage equal to half of the attack power of one of your monsters!” Scarlight Red Dragon Archfiend roars out as flames blast from his form and Naruto yelps out as flames hit him as he loses 1500 life-points.

 

Hinata says, worriedly, “Naruto-kun!”

 

Naruto says, with a grunt, “I’m okay.”

 

Kushina says, putting another card into the main slot of her disk, “You won’t be for long, sweetie! I activate Mining for Magical Stones! By discarding two cards, I can regain one spell card from my graveyard!” There are gasps as Kushina discards two cards and causing another card to come out of the graveyard slot of Kushina’s disk in which Kushina says, putting the card into the main slot of her disk, “Now, I reactivate my Misfortune spell!” Scarlight Red Dragon Archfiend roars out as it gives off flames that hit Naruto causing him to yelp as he loses 1500 more life-points.

 

Hinata says, worriedly, “Oh no!”

 

Mirai says, “You have a right to be worried.”

 

Kushina says, putting one more card into the main slot of her disk, “Now, I activate Aria from Beyond! This card allows me to activate one spell card removed from play and there is only one card removed from play, so, let’s get this over with you know!” Kushina draws half-a-dozen brand new cards from her deck and she says, putting two cards into the main slot of her disk, “I’ll end my turn with two face-downs. Don’t worry, sweetie, it will be all over soon!”

By discarding a card, I can destroy two spell or trap cards on the field!” Naruto discards a card and a powerful twister destroys not only Kushina’s Skill Drain continuous trap card, but his own Gravity Bind continuous trap card. Naruto then says, putting one more card into the main slot of his disk, “Next, I activate Monster Reborn and revive my Dark Bug!” Just then Dark Bug (100/100) appears on the field in attack mode and Naruto says, putting one card on his disk, “And now, I play Majestic Dragon in attack mode!” Just then Majestic Dragon (0/0) appears on the field in attack mode in which Naruto shouts out, “I tune Majestic Dragon with Scarlight Red Dragon Archfiend and Dark Bug!” Majestic Dragon then grows in which engulfs Scarlight Red Dragon Archfiend and Dark Bug causing them to turn transparent while a new Synchro Monster card appears on Naruto’s duel disk in which he yells out, “Polished lone light, become the high ruler and illuminate the earth! Shine your light! Synchro Summon!” Naruto yells out, “Shine and blaze, Majestic Red Dragon!” Majestic Dragon is engulfed in light, creating a column of light, and out of that light, Majestic Red Dragon (4000/3000) appears on the field in attack mode.

Power Gain!” Majestic Red Dragon then drains energy from Aslla Pisca causing it to be encased in red crystal while Majestic Red Dragon goes from 4000/3000 to 6500/3000 in which Naruto shouts out, “Majestic Red Dragon, break my mother free from that Earthbound Immortal!”

 

Majestic Red Dragon moves in to attack and Kushina says, pushing a button on her disk’s touch screen, “I activate my trap: Widespread Ruin!” Kushina’s face-down card is revealed to be the Widespread Ruin trap card and Kushina says, with a dark grin, “I’m sorry, Sochi, but this trap card destroyed your strongest monster…”

 

Naruto shout out, “Majestic Red Dragon’s ability prevents him from being destroyed by any and all card effects! It means that your trap is useless!” Kushina’s eyes widen as her trap card shatters to pieces and Naruto shouts out, “End this duel with Ultimate Power Force!” Majestic Red Dragon then rushes in and rams into Aslla Piscu causing it to be destroyed in a massive explosion that shake the whole of Aincrad causing Kushina to scream out as she is flung to the ground, hard, while she loses 4000 life-points as well as the duel.

With the end of the duel, the dark violet flames fade away and the Real Solid Vision ‘images’ vanish revealing Kushina on her knees as she starts to turn into ash and dust.

 

Naruto says, worriedly, “Mom!” Naruto’s eyes then turn into a familiar pair of grey-violet eyes with multiple rings leading down to a pupil and he yells out, “I won’t let you go! Celestial-chan!”

 

Sailor Celestial says, with a nod, “Okay!”

 

Sailor Moon asks, confused, “Celestial?”

 

“Rinne Rebirth Jutsu!”

 

Just then what looks like a massive Japanese ‘yokai head’ bursts out of the ground and opens its jaws where it sends energy into Kushina with Sakura and Hinata sending energy into Naruto while a familiar seal on his waist also appears and glows.

 

Sakura yells out, annoyed, “Damn it, Naruto! Warn us when you are going to do these things!” On the meanwhile, Sailor Celestial’s broach opens up and she sends rainbow energy from it into Kushina causing her to gasp as she stops turning into ash and dust in which ‘dark violet energy’ leaves her body along with a ‘mass’ that comes out of her ear with her eyes’ irises going from black back to normal human white with all of the ‘Dark Signer markings’ including her ‘Dark Signer Mark’ on her right arm vanishing. Kushina, no longer a Dark Signer and now a living human, collapses into unconscious as she falls to the ground in which both the ‘yokai head’ and Sailor Celestial stop sending energy into her. When they were done, Naruto’s eyes return to their normal blue eyes and he falls to his right knee in exhaustion.

 

Hinata says, worriedly, “Naruto-kun!”

 

Mirai says, annoyed, “Shit! You really have to do this crap don’t you? You are such a pain!”

There are gasps of shock and Sailor Venus asks, amazed, “Seriously?”

 

Homura says, pointing to Kushina, “Does that look like a joke to you? He just used it girl!”

 

Hibari says, amazed, “That’s amazing.”

 

Yagyu says, plainly, “Based on what we know from the anime and manga, Naruto could be the most powerful person from his world right now.”

Suzume says, “Technically, both Obito and Nagato suffered fatal drains, in our world’s anime and manga versions of your world, due to the fact that they had already used up a lot of power already. Nagato, from fighting Naruto, and Obito, from fighting the whole of ninja world, including Naruto, with the fact of the Ten-Tails AKA Kaguya, being sealed and then removed from him in which already caused him immense damage. Naruto, on the other hand, suffered some ‘damage’ from the Shadow Game, but nothing to the level of Obito and Nagato in their fights in our world’s ‘fiction’ of your world. Naruto still had the majority of his power, strength, and stamina. Add to the fact that he is still linked to Kurama…”

By sending her from my hand to my grave, I can add my Harpies’ Hunting Ground Field Spell to my hand!” Mai discards the card, takes a card that comes out of her deck, and she says, putting said card into her Field Spell slot, “Then I activate my Harpies’ Hunting Ground Field Spell!” The field then transforms into massive mountainous field and Mai says, “This increases all Winged Beast monster’s power by two hundred!” Cyber Harpie Lady goes from 1800/1300 to 2000/1300 while Harpie Lady Sisters goes from 1950/2100 to 2150/2100 with Mai saying, putting one card on her disk, “Then I play Harpie’s Pet Baby Dragon in attack mode!” Soon after, Harpie’s Pet Baby Dragon (1200/600-1400/600), what looks like a child like version of Harpie’s Pet Dragon, appears on the field in attack mode.

 

Joey says, with a grin, “Hey, that’s kind of cute!”

Asuna says, pushing a button on her disk’s touch screen, “I activate my Last Resort trap card!” Asuna’s face-down card is revealed to be the Last Resort trap card and Asuna says, “Thanks to this trap card, I can activate my Ancient City-Rainbow Ruins Field Spell from my deck, but since you had an active Field Spell when I played this trap, you get one new card from your deck!” Mai draws one card while Asuna puts a card from her deck into her Field Spell slot causing the whole field to transform into another ancient arena with a bright rainbow in the skies above it causing Cyber Harpie Lady to go back down from 2000/1300 to 1800/1300, Harpie Lady Sisters to go down from 2150/2100 back to 1950/2100, and Harpie’s Pet Baby Dragon to go down from 2600/1200 to 2400/1200 due to the loss of Mai’s Field Spell.

 

Mai says, “My dragon may be weaker, but he is strong enough to take out your kitty cat!” Harpie’s Pet Baby Dragon unleashes powerful flames that vaporize Topaz Tiger and Asuna yelps out in pain as she gets shocked by the ‘shock collars’ around her neck and arms as she loses 400 life-points.

Since I have three Crystal Beasts in my spell and trap zone, I can release one Crystal Beast to negate the activation of a spell or trap card and destroy it!” The gem of unrefined emerald vanishes and Mai’s Mirror Wall ‘shield’ shatters in which Sapphire Pegasus’ attack gets through causing Pet Baby Dragon to be destroyed in a strong explosion causing Mai to yell out in pain as she gets shocked as she loses 200 life-points.

I wish that I would be using it for better reasons, but I, now, XYZ Summon Harpie’s Pet Phantasm Dragon!” Out of the vortex, Harpie’s Pet Phantasm Dragon (2000/2500), a ‘darker’ version of Harpie’s Pet Dragon with three Wind Overlay Units orbiting it, appears on the field in attack mode.

It can attack you directly!”

 

There are gasps of shock and Leo says, nervously, “That’s not good.”

Mai then says, “And now, Harpie Lady Sisters, cut her tabby to shreds!” Harpie Lady Sisters dive and slash at Amethyst Cat causing Amethyst Cat to howl as she is destroyed in which Asuna yelps out in pain as she loses 525 life-points as she is shocked once more.

 

Asuna says, weakly, “Thanks to Rainbow R-Ruins, my life-points damage is cut in half.”

 

Joey asks, confused, “Hold on, how come she didn’t use that effect for the first attack?”

 

Yusei says, “Rainbow Ruins’ damage reduction effect only works once per turn.” On the meanwhile, a crystal of unrefined amethyst appears in the spell and trap zones of Asuna’s field.

Since I have at least four Crystal Beasts in my spell and trap zones, I get one new card from my deck!” Asuna says, putting one card into the main slot of her disk, “Then I activate another Crystal Beacon! And this time, I use to play Amber Mammoth!” A card comes out of Asuna’s deck, she puts it on her disk, and after a gem of amber appears on the field, the amber ‘transforms’ into Crystal Beast Amber Mammoth (1700/1600) in attack mode.

Asuna shouts out, “Heaven! Fate! Principle of all phenomena ride the spinning wheel of heaven and manifest here! Asuna shouts out, “Ascension Sky Dragon’s attack powers are eight hundred times the number of cards in my hand! Since I have six…!!” Ascension Sky Dragon then goes from 0/3000 all the way to 4800/3000!

 

Mai shouts out, stunned, “Forty-eight hundred?!”

 

Asuna thinks in her mind, “I don’t know why I have the commander’s…Kayaba’s dragon, but I will use it to save Kirito-kun and everyone else!” Asuna shouts out, “Sky Dragon, attack Harpie Lady now! End this duel now with Ultimate Ascending Wave!”

 

As Ascension Sky Dragon prepares to attack Harpie Lady 1, Mai says, pushing a button on her disk, “Not so fast! I activate my trap: Harpie Lady Elegance!” Mai’s face-down card is revealed to be the Harpie Lady Elegance trap card and Mai says, “Thanks to this card, I can return one Harpie Lady Sisters to my deck and summon three new Harpies to the field!”

 

Asuna shouts out, “Wrong! I activate my Rainbow Ruins! Since I have more than three Crystal Beasts in my spell and trap zones, I can release one Crystal Beast on the field to negate your trap card and destroy it!” Mai gasps in shock as unrefined cobalt crystal vanishes and Mai’s Harpie Lady Elegancy trap card glows as it vanishes in which Mai just smiles as well as closes her eyes as Ascension Sky Dragon unleashes a powerful light wave vaporizes Harpie Lady 1 causing Mai to scream out as she starts to get shocked as she loses 3200 life-points as well as the duel.

With the end of the duel, the Real Solid Vision ‘images’ vanish, but Mai continues to get shocked causing Joey to scream out, fearfully, “Mai!”

 

Yuuko’s voice then booms out, “She has failed and now, she will pay the price.”

 

Asuna yells out, strongly, “That’s not fair! Stop it!”

 

Yuuko’s voice boom out, plainly, “No.”

 

Asuna screams out, strongly, “You WILL STOP IT!!!” Asuna’s body is engulfed in a powerful glow causing the electrodes on her to shatter and vaporize in which she transforms into Valkyrie Sailor Star and in a flash of light, Sailor Star draws her rapier and destroys the electrodes on Mai causing her to collapse to the ground.

 

Yuuko’s voice booms out, with a plain tone, “You dare? Then let’s see if you can save everyone.” Just then Kazuto and Serenity scream out as the force-field bubbles fades away causing them to fall down to the ground.

 

Joey screams out, horrified, “Serenity!”

 

Sailor Star thinks in her mind, horrified, “No, I can’t save both of them in time!” However, Sailor Star zips into the skies and heads straight for Kazuto to catch him, but then a swirling twister of freezing ice and snow then appears where it creates an icy slide that Serenity lands on causing her to slide down into a pile of snow at the end. On the meanwhile, Sailor Star catches Kazuto and asks him, as they float back down to the ground, “Are you okay, Kirito-kun?”

 

Kazuto responds, with a nod, “Yeah.” Immediately, they go over to where Serenity landed as the former Signers and the others rush over with Joey among them.

 

Joey says, worriedly, “Serenity!” The pile of snow melts away revealing Serenity, who looks pretty battered and beaten, in which Joey gasps in shock.

 

Just then a female voice says, “It is all of the injuries that Yuuko inflicted on her. Most likely, to get the ire of her enemies and make you unfocused.” Everyone looks to the source of the female voice to see a gorgeous young woman of around 18-19 years of age with pale white skin and icy blue eyes. Her hair is a dark-gray color of medium length that is propped up slightly in the back by her white bow that has blue stripes on the ends. Her outfit consists of a solid white kimono that hangs off her shoulders witha blue double-lined trim with a blue obi on the back and white socks with lavender flip-flops on her feet. The kimono shows a good portion of her very well-endowed chest area, though not in a completely obscene manner, and there are slits around the legs to show a good portion of her strong and sexy feminine legs.

 

Quite a few of the males all around blush at her in which Sailor Star tells Kazuto, “Kirito-kun…”

 

Kazuto tells Sailor Star, nervously, “I’m not looking! I’m not looking! Honest!”

 

Yugi asks, “Who are you?”

 

The lovely young woman responds, “I’m Yumi. And I’m not your enemy. That’s all you need to know.” The young woman, Yumi, takes out a familiar three-pronged kunai and throws it some distance away. After several seconds after the kunai landed, there is a bright flash of lightning and when the flash of lightning faded, our heroes and heroines, as well as Naruto and his group with the Hanzo Academy group, including the still unconscious and revived Kushina Uzumaki, are standing in front of all of them.

 

Kazuto says, “Everyone!”

 

Keiko says, excitedly, “Kirito…Kazuto!”

 

Hiyori says, with a smile, “Kazuto-dono, you and Asuna-dono are okay.”

 

Sailor Star says, with a smile, “It is good to see that you are all okay.” Sailor Star then remembers, and she says, pointing to the injured Mai and Serenity, “Saturn-chan, we are going to need your help! Heal them please!”

 

Sailor Saturn sees them, and she says, with a nod, “Okay!”

 

As Sailor Saturn goes over to the injured Mai and Serenity, Sailor Venus asks, “I recognize Joey-dono’s sister, but who is that other lovely woman?”

 

Kazuto says, “Her name is Mai Valentine.”

 

Luna and Akiza give looks of shock and Akiza asks, surprised, “THE Mai Valentine?”

 

Sailor Jupiter asks, surprised, “Mai Valentine? You mean the famous Harpie Lady duelist?”

 

Tristan asks, “Huh? Mai’s famous?”

 

Sailor Star says, with a nod, “Yes. Mai Valentine is an inspiration to female duelists since she is to be the only female duelist that can equal duelists like Seto Kaiba, Joey Wheeler, and Yugi Moto.”

 

Joey says, with a warm smile, “I’m not sure about Yugi and I, but I think that she has a fair chance against Kaiba.” Joey says, “And personally, she would have beaten Marik’s dark side if it wasn’t for his cheating Shadow Game.” On the meanwhile, Serenity’s and Mai’s injuries are quickly healed and the two of them regain consciousness.

 

Mai says, “Ugh.”

 

Joey asks Mai, “Mai, are you okay? What hurts?”

 

Mai responds, “Everything, but my earlobes.” Immediately, Davis gives a loud sneeze and Sailor Sun can’t help to giggle at that since it brings back a particular memory. Serenity groans out as she slowly wakes up and looks at Joey.

 

Joey asks, concerned, “Serenity?”

 

Serenity asks, curiously, “Joey?” When Serenity focuses on Joey, her eyes widen causing Joey’s smile to grow wide in which Joey’s sister embraces her brother and starts to cry.

 

Joey tells Serenity, with a smile, “It’s okay, sis. I’m here.” Yumi, on the meanwhile, goes over to Naruto’s and Hanzo Academy’s groups.

 

Asuka asks, amazed, “Yumi-chan?”

 

Yumi says, “Hello, Asuka.”

 

Ikaruga says, “It seems like the Crimson Squad aren’t Naruto-san’s only allies in our world.”

 

Katsuragi says, with a wide smirk, “I’ll bet.”

 

Yumi sports a small blush and after clearing her throat, Yumi says, “Well, there is some important information that you need to know.” Yumi then talks to Naruto and his group along with the Hanzo group in which they become wide-eyed at what Yumi told them.

 

They gasp and Homura asks, shocked, “Say what?!”

 

Sakura says, “I thought that Orochimaru, Obito, and Madara were crazy, but this girl really takes the cake.”

 

Naruto says, “And gobbles it whole in one bite, believe it.”

 

Mirai says, sarcastically, “Well, what did you expect? You might expect a girl that uses soul-stealing evil powers, revivals a group of fiends from the Netherworld, and restored a ‘virtual death castle’ into the real world NOT to be sane at all!”

 

Sailor Celestial asks Naruto, “What’s wrong? And who is this girl?”

 

Naruto responds, pointing to Yumi, “This is Yumi, she is a shinobi of this world and she comes from Gessen Girls’ Academy, an elite ‘good’ shinobi school for girls.”

 

The others overhear this, and Rika asks, curiously, “Is it me or other than some exceptions, plenty of the shinobi of our world are gorgeous girls with massive racks and gorgeous bodies like Asuna and Suguha?”

 

Sailor Star hears what Rika is saying and she yells out, with a massive blush, “Liz!”

 

There are plenty of blushes and Sailor Celestial shouts out, annoyed, “Yeah, Rika, shut it!” Mirai and Keiko can’t help to look at annoyed at Rika for obvious reasons.

 

Sailor Sun asks, nervously, “Can we change the subject please?”

 

Sailor Venus retorts, teasingly, “I don’t know, maybe…” And then Sailor Venus yelps out in pain as she is kicked in the shins by both Sailor Mars and Sailor Uranus.

 

Yolei asks, with a plain, yet, sarcastic tone, “Maybe we should listen to the beautiful ninja girl that might be bringing us more ‘doom and gloom’?”

 

Hawkmon says, with a sigh, “Yolei…”

 

Yumi says, “I’m not sure about ‘doom and gloom’, but I believe that we should make haste. There have been distortions, tiny ones, of space and time appearing all over Aincrad.”

 

Sailor Pluto says, “That’s indeed troubling information. We need end this and fast.”

 

Davis yells out, “Then what are we waiting for? Let’s go!”

 

Just then a sinister male voice says, “You aren’t going anywhere!” Everyone looks to the source to see Heartland walking towards them.

 

Mai says, with a sneer, “Oh, great.”

 

Duke tells Mai, “Something tells me that you met, and you know that he is bad news.”

 

Mai says, with a nod, “No joke.”

 

Tai asks, annoyed, “What do you want?”

 

Heartland responds, “Just to tell you that Yuuko-dono isn’t ready to start the climax of this show and I’m here to keep you…occupied until she is ready. I hope that you are enjoy the show.” Heartland gives an evil chuckle that causes plenty of shutters from the others.

 

May 27, 2026, Neo Domino City, Tops District

 

Back at Leo’s and Luna’s former apartment in the Tops District of Neo Domino City, we find Mokuba Kaiba by his brother’s, Seto Kaiba’s, side as he lies weakly in bed, but Mokuba then sees a ‘ball of light’ floating over until it goes into Kaiba’s body causing him to groan as he slowly wakes up and sits up in bed.

 

Mokuba asks, hopefully, “Seto?”

 

Kaiba shakes his head and when he is done, this causes him to ask, looking at Mokuba, “Mokuba?”

 

Mokuba says, excitedly, “Seto, you are okay!”

 

Kaiba asks Mokuba, “Mokuba, what happened?”

 

Mokuba tells Kaiba, “You mean that you don’t remember?”

 

Kaiba says, “My head is a bit fuzzy.” Kaiba says, plainly, “Wait! I do remember a freaky girl…”

 

Mokuba tells Kaiba, “Freaky is actually quite nice for a girl like her.”

 

Kaiba asks, “What happened Mokuba?”

 

But then a male voice booms out, “Maybe this will remind you.” Just then a rope with a loop goes over and around Mokuba causing him to yell out as he is yanked away from Kaiba.

 

Kaiba yells out, shocked, “Mokuba!” Mokuba yelps as he is dragged over to a person wearing a dark cloak with a hood covering his or her voice.

 

The cloaked figure says, in a male voice that just called out, “If you want to find out the truth, follow me. However, you may not believe it since you don’t believe in certain stuff. But you can believe that you may lose your brother if you don’t follow me.” Just then a gateway appears behind the cloaked figure and Mokuba screams out as he is dragged through it.

 

Kaiba yells out, horrified, “Mokuba!” Kaiba then sees his duel disk and deck on a nearby table, Kaiba snatches them both, and since he is already full clothed, Kaiba leaps through the gateway after Mokuba and his kidnapper in which the gateway closes behind him leading him to who knows where…

Personally, I figured that you were wondering where the heck was Kaiba throughout all of this. If you think that I would leave him out, you have got another thing coming.
