Prologue

 

One rainy day at Tokyo, Japan where our favorite sailor scouts were at the Tokyo Heaven Cemetery. Our favorite hero, Serena Tsukino aka Sailor Moon, was so heart-breaking and sadly that her family: her father, her mother, and her little brother were buried to the ground. They were died from car accident in the fire and worse of all, her beloved boyfriend and prince, Darien Shield, was killed as well by one Nemesis' monster when he saved her from monster's powerful weapon.

 

Later the next day, Serena wasn't at school or scout meeting in week. Luna, Artemis, and the scouts were feeling down and sadly that Serena lost two important things that she cares about: her family and Darien.

 

Back at Serena's bedroom. Poor girl. She hasn't moved from her bed, eat, sleep, even talking for weeks. She couldn't believe that her family was gone from her life and also her beloved prince was gone from her life as well. She remembers the last time when she spent the night with Darien at his apartment.

 

~Flashback~

 

Serena and Darien were snuggling together in his bed after they make love for the first time. Darien was looking at his beautiful sleeping girlfriend in his arms. He loves her so much in his mind, body, and soul. He stroking her bare back then stroking her lovely hair that was down instead unusual hairstyle. Somehow he forgot that to wear condoms but suddenly remember that her mother Queen Serenity taught him the spell.

 

So he place his hand on her stomach but she was covering the blanket over her nude body then concentrate his energy and mumbling quietly just he finished his spell, he heard Serena's moaning as he kissed her.

 

"Hey, beautiful." He nuzzles her neck as she giggling.

"Hey, handsome." She wrapping her arms around her neck and kissed him. "How are you feeling?"

He smirking wolfish. "I feel great...no...made that I feel like I take you to the moon and the stars in the night."

She giggling and blushed. "I felt the same way."

 

She laid her head on his bare chest as she felt him pecking her forehead as she kissed his chest and sighing.

"Darien?"

"Hmm?" he responds.

"Can I ask you something?"

"What is it, my love?"

"Promise me that you wouldn't leave me."

"I won't, my love. But even I will be gone; my spirit will always be with you in your mind and soul."

"Me too." She said then they're kissed passionately.

 

~Flashback~

 

She's sobbing hardly in her pillow. She missed him so much. "Darien, why did you lie to me? You promised me that you wouldn't leave me alone. I need you, my love. I need you so, so much."

 

She felt someone touch her shoulder as she look up with tears in her eyes and saw her friends, four former Nemesis sisters, Andrew, Molly, and Melvin were here with sadly face. Then Andrew hugs his closed sister as she's beginning to cry again in his arms.

 

Next day, Serena got the called from the police and she been told that she going to move to one of her relative. She's going to live with her grandpa and her favorite cousin until next week. So she pack everything, her clothes, her saving money, and picture of her friends, family, even photo of Darien in her suitcase. Once she's done packing everything, she look at her communicator, communicator watch, and Luna Pen on top of her dresser but her silver crystal was inside her body for safe keeping.

 

It was time to move on and quit as Sailor Moon. So she grabbed them and heading to Raye's temple. She decides that it's time to choose another leader of sailor scouts. Just as she got there, the girls and two cats saw their moon princess and leader came.

 

"Serena, how are you feeling?" Lita asked as she gives Serena a hugged.

"Still hurt. Guys, I'm afraid that I have to quit be as Sailor Moon."

"WHAT?!" They shocked.

"But why?" Mina asked.

"I just can't protect everyone. I lost my family and now Darien was gone. I failed to protect them. So that's why I quit." She sobbing in her hands as Lita and others calm her down.

"Serena, it wasn't your fault. But we need you." Lita told her.

"I can't. I just made decision already." She wiped her tears. "I just called from the police station and they told me that I have to move from here to one of my relative until next week."

"No way!" Mina and Lita shocked.

"So I think it's time that I decide to choose one of you to be the new the leader. So I choose you, Mina."

"But why Serena?" She asked.

"Mina, you knew that you are the leader of the scouts back at the moon kingdom. I already told Luna and Artemis since yesterday and they're agreed." Serena asked.

"I wouldn't let you down, princess. But promised us that if you have trouble, you can called us with the communicator." said Mina as Serena nodded.

"Hey, Serena. Since you move to new home, how about I give you cooking lesson before you leave?" said Lita.

"That will be great." Serena smiled little bit. "Amy, can you help me studies before I move to new school?"

"Sure I will, Serena." Amy smiled.

"And I will you how to teach psychic power if you like?" Raye asked.

"Thanks, Raye. You guys were the best." She gives them a hugged.

 

Next week later, it was time for Serena to say good-bye to her friends and Andrew at the train station that's taking to Domino and where her grandpa is and her cousin lives. While they waiting Serena's train, the girls give one of each gift to her.

 

"Here, Serena. I want you have this." Mina give her was card that Serena heard about. She got duel monster card and it was 'Gemini Elf'. "This card remind of us since we're look like twin sister and also I want you to have this as well."

"Thanks, Mina." Serena got another card and it was 'The Agent of Creation -Venus'

"Here, I want you to have this as well, Serena." Lita give same card like Mina but Serena got card were 'Amazon Archer' and 'Thunder Nyan Nyan '.

"I have something for you as well." Amy give her four cards: 'Injection Fairy Lily', 'The Agent of Wisdom - Mercury, Trap Card: 'Numinous Healer, and Magic Card: 'Blue Medicine.

"These were great, Amy. Thanks." Serena smiled.

"I got something for you too, Meatball-Head." Raye teased as Serena made teased look at her and she got 'Fire Princess', 'The Agent of Force - Mars', 'Stealth bird', and Magic Card 'Burning Land'

"Thanks, Raye. I love them."

"And here from me to you, Serena." Andrew give her 'Celtic Guardian', 'Mystical Elf', 'Neo the Magic Swordsman', and 'Monster Reborn'.

"Thanks you, Andrew. You too guys. I'll remember this card from you in my heart." Serena sniffling as she wiped her tears.

"Melvin and I made this friendship bracelet together and so do others." Molly tied bracelet on Serena's wrist. It was red, orange, green, blue, pink, light blue, blue-green, and brown.

"I love this, Molly. Thanks, guys."

 

"Attention, the train to Domino was here. Please stay on white line until train come to complete stop." said the speaker.

"Well, I guess this is good-bye." said Serena.

"Make sure you write letters that you sent to us." said Andrew.

"I will." She gives him a hugged.

"And make sure keep on your study." said Amy.

"I'll study real hard."

"Make sure you call us as well." said Lita.

Serena smiled. "I will."

"Let us know if you saw any cute guys at Domino." Mina smiled.

"Oh, I will." Serena rolling her eyes as well everyone.

"Don't forget if that's danger in Domino. Call us." Raye asked as Serena nodded and saw the train came.

 

Then she and everyone got on the train. She turned to them as they waving good-bye to her as she does the same. "Oh! Raye, would you look after Luna for me and tell I'll miss her?"

"I will, girl." Raye replied.

"Thanks." Serena said as door slides closed and took off. She got to her seat and watching to the window as train moved from Tokyo Station. She looks at her cards and bracelet that her friends give her. She felt that her friends' spirit were with her in her cards. She'll miss them a lot but it's time to move on.

 

Later then, the train stops at Domino Train Station as she and everyone got off. Serena found taxi and told the driver to take her to grandpa's place. Then few minutes later, the driver pulled over, she pay the driver as taxi drove off.

 

"I wonder it's still the same since last visit." she said to herself as she knocked the door.

She saw the door opened and saw her grandpa was answering the door. "Serena, thank goodness that you here."

"Hello, grandpa."

"Come inside. I'm sure my grandson will be glad to see you." he said.

"How is he?" she asked.

He sighed. "Well, Yugi was doing okay but somehow when we heard about your parents were die from accident. It made us very sad."

"I know. I'm missed them too, grandpa. But they're not only one who I lost. My boyfriend was gone too. He was killed by monster when he saved me from it." She sadly as eyes beginning to watering.

"I'm sorry, honey. But for now on, you live here with us. I'm sure Yugi and I will be happy if you could live here."

"I like to live here, grandpa. But what about my old home?"

"Don't you worry. I'll send file to housekeeper and look after your house." he said.

"Alright, grandpa. Can I go see my cousin?"

"Of course you can. I'll take your suitcase to your new room." He took it and left as she heading to her cousin's bedroom.

 

Just got to her cousin's bedroom door and then knocked. She got replied from him as she enter the room and spot her cousin. Her cousin was short than her but his height was about 5'5, has spike multi-color hair and innocent violet eyes.

 

"Serena." Yugi saw his cousin and they got hugging together. Then they talking together little while about their childhood past and school. He even told her that he made new friends at school.

"Yugi, do you think if I could go to your school. Beside my friends and I are already graduate last month." she asked.

"Sure. Domino High School won't start until next month. I'll tell grandpa to register you to my school. I'm sure my friends would like to meet you." said Yugi.

"That will be great, Yugi." She smiled then she started to yawned. "Well, I'm better get to bed, cousin. I'll see you in the morning."

"Night, Serena. Sweet dreams." he said as he got to bed as well.

 

Once Serena got to her bedroom that her grandpa shows her. It use to be guest room but now it belong to her. She got her nightgown and look out her window as she saw moon in the starry sky.

"Mother, Darien, I'm promise to move on. I just hope if nothing bad going to happened here in Domino." She whispered then went to her bed and fell asleep.

 

However in Yugi's room, inside of his dresser, the golden box was glowing and could hear the ancient powerful voice that it saying: 'Shadow Game!!!'
