Shidou Hikaru walked home from her school. She didn't really feel like doing
her Kendo practices, but, she didn't have a choice. It was something that
her family was well known for and she was expected to be as
skilled at the
art as they are, or were.
Which ever way you look at it.
She sighed. She
looked up as she bumped into someone.
She noticed that it
was another girl about her age. She had short curly blonde hair, and forest
green eyes. Her eyes
were framed with clear, coke bottle glasses.
She wore
a green uniform, very different from hers. Her uniform was much more maturer
then hers, in Hikaru's opinion.
"Excuse me" she said politley. It wasn't even her fault and she's
apologizing, thought Hikaru in shock. Hikaru then let out a cheerful smile.
"No, it was my fault" she said. "I wasn't watching where I was
going"
The girl smiled back slightly and continued her steady pace
in the opposite
direction Hikaru was heading.

Knights!!

"Hikaru!!" exclaimed a girl as she walked with her
red-haired friend to
school. "I
can't believe that we're going to Tokyo Tower!!" she giggled at
the thought of being able to see the beautiful city from
above.
Hikaru nodded as she walked along side her friend. "Can't wait" she mumbled
nonchalantly.
Hikaru's friend, Shakaku, looked
at her friend. Worry
written all over her face.
Anyone who knew Shidou Hikaru would know
something was bothering her, Here's a tutorial on how to tell.
1. She isn't really cheerfull
2. She isn't exactly
excited about her school trip
3. She is walking at
a slow, and steady pace.
Now, for those of you who aren't familiar with Hikaru, she
DOESN'T walk at a
slow, and steady pace.
There's always a certain bounce and cheerfulness in
her walk.
"Hikaru, what's wrong?" asked Shakaku with
concern. Hikaru tipped her head
to the side slightly.
"Yeah..." Hikaru still
had her mind on the girl she
had met the previous day.
There was something about her......almost
familiar.....
***
Ryuuzaki Umi sat on the bus next to her teichou. She smiled, the previous
teichou of the fenching team had appointed her the current
teichou. But to
her, she would always be her teichou.
"This trip to Tokyo Tower is going to be exciting"
chirped Umi as she
squirmed slightly in anticipation. Her teichou just nodded.
She remained
her calm, smooth persona.
Umi's smile widened.
She looked out the window and saw Tokyo Tower coming
more clearer by every mile travelled.
***
Hououji Fuu walked through Tokyo Tower, alone. Her eyes were downcast as she
walked around the lookout point inside of Tokyo Tower. She didn't bother to
see the view from this position above the city. It didn't really interest
her,
"That girl is Hououji Fuu. She's suppose to be a genious" Fuu sould here
someone say from her school.
"Yeah, she doesn't have any real friends either. One of the smartest people
in the school, and the biggest loner" said another.
Fuu gasped at the truth of the words. She didn't have many friends. She
knew that, but, she didn't like having it being pointed
out. Tears appeared
in the corners of her eyes.
She bit back the bitter tears and ran.
She
didn't want to hear those words again. Never again........
Fuu backed away as she accidently bumped into someone. "Gomen nasai" she
apologized, meekly.
she wiped her tears and did her best to cover up any
evidence of her previous sadness.
"That's alright" responded a familiar voice. Fuu looked up and saw the same
fiery red head from yesterday.
Fuu smiled slightly.
"We meet again, ne?" she said. The redhead looked at
Fuu and smiled cheerfully at her. "Funny that we'd meet again" chirped the
red head, then she held out her hand. "I'm Shidou Hikaru" she stated.
Fuu smiled and accepted her hand, and shook it. "Hououji Fuu" she responded.
Hikaru's eyes widened.
"You mean the Hououji Fuu?
The one who has the
highest scores country wide?"
Fuu nodded solemnly.
Now she knew Hikaru wouldn't want to be friends with
her now. No one
would want to be friends with a know it all.
When Hikaru
squealed, Fuu was taken aback. "I can't believe I met a genius like you!!
And by chance at that!!" Hikaru began to bounce about
like a little child.
Fuu smiled at her antics.
But, Fuu's smile dissappeared when the ground
began to shake violently.
"Woah!!" commented Hikaru as her feet stammered
and she fell on her butt.
"Daijobu, Hikaru-san?" asked Fuu immediately, as
she maintained an even
balance. Fuu was
then about to help Hikaru up, but, a blue haired girl had
beaten her to it.
"Daijobu?" she asked Hikaru.
Hikaru nodded.
"Daijobu"
she answered. The
blue haired girl smiled.
"Yokata" she said with a smile
of relief. "I'm
Ryuuzaki Umi" she stated.
"Shidou Hikaru"
"Hououji Fuu"
"What is going on here?" wondered Umi. Fuu looked around and noticed
something slightly off.
"Hikaru-san, Umi-san, it seems as if everyone is
frozen in place with the exception of us three"
observed Fuu. Umi and Hikaru
looked around and gasped as they realized Fuu was right.
"What is going on here?" wondered Hikaru to
herself. Hikaru then looked at
Umi, and saw her expression. "Umi-chan, what's wrong" she asked.
Umi had the expression of Sailor Moon about to be killed by
a youma before
cape boy shows up and throws a rose and says some Hallmark greeting
to
distract the youma for Sailor Moon. "Teichou..." she whispered under
her
breath. There, was
umi's teichou, frozen in place, while talking to other
members of the Fencing Club.
Umi's anger began to boil.
"This isn't fair....holding these people like
hostages. That's
against the rules...." muttered Umi through clenched fists.
I wanna be able to do someting about this, thought Umi in
frustration.
A woman with dark hair, came from out of the wall. She made the rest of her
body come from out of the wall. She wore a dark leather ensemble, along with
some boots on her feet.
A thin sword hung from her belt.
To complete her
outfit, a long flowing cape dangled from her slender
shoulders. She then
noticed the trio were unfrozen, and scowled.
"What are you three doing?" she yelled. Hikaru, Fuu, and Umi turned to see
the woman standing there.
Umi glared at her.
"You're the one who did this to these people, ne?!" she
asked her angrily,
The woman smirked.
"Of course. In the name of
Zagato-sama, we will take
this city, along with the planet" The threesome looked at her strangely.
"Who is this Zagato?" wondered Hikaru. The woman's smirk still remained on
her face. It's
doesn't matter, because, you're going to die.
If I can't
freeze you, I will kill you!!" she yelled. The woman prepared her attack.
"Oh, and by the way, my name is Alycone. ICICLE ANSLAUGHT!!" She ended her
introduction with the shout of her attack.
***
"Mokona" called Guru Clef. A little bunny/mouse anime with a red jewel
on
it's forehead appeared.
"Pupu, pu pu" it said with a salute. Clef
sweatdropped slightly.
But, let it pass. "The
Magic Knights are ready to be
awaken. Go" he
instructed. Mokona nodded and went
through a portal. Clef
looked at a blue, green sphere, that represented the
earth. "I hope they are
ready to save the earth, and then, save Cephiro"
***
"Fuu-chan!!" exclaimed Hikaru as she saw that Fuu
was the first of the trio
to be injured. Umi
helped Fuu to her feet, and Hikaru checked to see if she
was alright. Fuu
smiled weakly. "I'm fine
Hikaru-san" answered Fuu weakly.
"Pupupu!!" yelled a furry creature as it entered
the scene. "Um...what's
that?" asked Hikaru in surprise. "Looks like a bunny/mouse hybrid"
blinked
Umi in surprise. It
then turned and glared at Umi.
"Pupu pupu pu!!" it
exclaimed.
"I think you may have upsetted it Umi-san" stated
Fuu. "Yeah, whatever" said
Umi nonchalantly.
Umi then faultered in surprise.
"Um....what is it doing
now?" asked Umi.
With a glow of red light, Umi, Fuu and Hikaru disapated in
the light and reappeared in armor. "What the?" wondered Umi as she took in
her appearance.
"Fuu-chan!! Your wounds are all healed!!"
exclaimed Hikaru. Fuu then looked
at herself.
"You're right" she affirmed.
Alycone was becoming angrier by the moment. "Did you forget me!? ICICLE
ONSLAUGHT!!" she attacked again. This time, Hikaru was ready. Something was
surging inside her, and soon, words began to come to her
mouth.
"Flame....Arrow!!!" she yelled. She extended a pure red, fire arrow that
wounded Alycone slightly.
Alycone was taken aback.
"How...?" Her eyes then
widened in surprise.
"You three are the legendary Magic Knights!!" she
exclaimed.
"Magic Knights?" wondered Fuu.
Hikaru's red eyes held a flame. "How dare you hurt Fuu-chan!!" Hikaru then
felt another phrase coming to mind. "Ruby....Lightning!!" she yelled
as she
shot lightning at Alycone.
Alycone, in her weakened state, decided to
retaliate.
"I'll be back Magic Knights, Zagato-sama won't forgive you for
this" said Alycone enviously before leaving. Hikaru sighed in relief.
"Hikaru-san, seems like the people are regaining
conscinous" observed Fuu.
Umi then started to freak out. "How will we explain this....armor to them?"
wondered Umi, frantically.
Umi then picked up the bunny hybrid.
"This is
all your fault!!" she yelled at it as she began to
shake it effortlessly.
"Pupupu" it stated calmly and the jewel then
swallowed the armors and their
normal cloths could be seen again.
Umi blinked in surprise, while Fuu and Hikaru just
sweatdropped. Unknown to
them that this would be the begginning of a long journey.
