"Didn't I tell you not to move!!" yelled Serena as she dusted herself off and put her hand out for Siena. "Well, you know I'm hard-headed" said Siena as she grabbed Serena's outstretched hand and was pulled up. "The very reason why we always nearly get killed" said Serena as she looked around. Siena rolled her eyes. "Where are we anyway?" asked Siena. "I don't know" said Serena. "By the looks of the pool I'd say we were in a ceremonial chamber" said Siena. "Just because there is a pool in here it doesn't mean that" said Serena. "Well according to these hieroglyphics the pool is a cleansing pool used to cleanse pharaoh" replied Siena. "Whatever happened to that boulder?" asked Serena. Siena pointed up. The boulder had blocked the hole the floor had made when it caved it. "So, where do we go from here?" asked Serena. Siena followed the hieroglyphics until she found a particular symbol. "We have to go through the Pools of Bast, Hallway of Reflection, The Floating Room, and finally to the burial chamber of Natuwenut" said Siena. "Basically, you mean to get your guns ready?" asked Serena. "Bingo" said Siena as she tapped her pistols.
London, England: The Moon Watchers:
"Diamond, the council is going to be very mad if they find we have made no progress in the search for the amulet of Natuwenut" said Sapphire with a ton of papers in his hands. "I know Sapphire but we will persuade them and the sooner I get the amulet the sooner I can take over" said Diamond with an evil grin. Diamond and Sapphire walked through the door and immediately bowed in respect. "Have you any information on the amulet of Natuwenut?" asked the head of the council. "We have a lead sir an.." said Diamond before he was cut off by the second council. "So, you have nothing of importance for us" said the second council. "No sir I do not" replied Diamond. "In case you haven't noticed but the moon and sun appear only once together every ten thousand years and I cannot wait another ten thousand years if you fail!!" said the head of the council with anger in his voice. "Of course not sir, I will have the amulet of Natuwenut in time for the joining" said Diamond. "You better, you are dismissed" said the head of the council as he waved them away. "Come Sapphire" said Diamond sternly as he stalked out of the room with Sapphire on his heels.
Pyramid of Natuwenut: Pools of Bast
"Are you sure about this?" asked Siena as she rounded the corner with her pistols ready to fire. "Sure, there are two of us and we'll be able to take out whatever comes our way" said Serena. "Well, usually we would have had man eating bugs and mummies chasing us by now and it is relatively quiet" said Siena. "A little too quiet" said Serena as she looked around. "Siena you see the rope over the pool" said Serena. Siena looked up and nodded. "That is there for a reason" said Serena. "I'm ahead of you" said Siena as she placed her pistols in their holder and ran to the left side of the room. Siena climbed up a ledge and crawled into a crawlspace. "These are the times when I wish for pants" mutter Siena as she crawled to the light and lifted herself up onto another ledge. "Do you see the rope?" yelled Serena. "Yeah and it looks like a long jump" said Siena. "Just get as close to the wall as you can and when you reach the edge jump and grab the rope" yelled Serena. "Gotcha" said Siena. Siena did what Serena said and jumped to the rope.
She quickly grabbed it and hung on. Siena could see a switch on the other side. "I wonder" she thought. Siena turned herself around and began swinging the rope. When she thought she was high enough she back flipped off only inches away from the edge. Siena sweat dropped. "This is a dangerous job" she whispered. "Hurry up!!" yelled Serena. "Don't get your panties in a twist!" yelled Siena as she pulled the lever. Serena heard a rumbling sound and turned around. The wall was opening and out ran two black dogs. Serena began shooting and managed to kill one but the other was too quick. In a matter of seconds it was in the air ready to attack when a shot rang out and the dog landed on Serena dead. Serena pushed the dog off her and look up to find Siena hanging on to the rope blowing off her pistol. "Next time could I not have a dead dog land on me" said Serena with a smile. "If that was the case then it wouldn't be my style" laughed Siena
Tokyo, Japan: Scout Picnic
To passerbyers it seemed that four teenagers, one guy, and a little girl with an unusual hairstyle were enjoying a wonderful picnic. Those passerbyers were fools. Rini was angry at the scouts and Darien for what they did to Serena. The only reason she was at the picnic was because Serena's mom made her go. They were eating in silence and no one bothered to say a word. Rei snuggled closer into Darien who managed to pull away under the glare of Rini. Rei noticed this and glared at Rini who in return threw lemonade in her face. "Why you conniving little bitch!!" yelled Rei as she wiped the lemonade of her face with the napkins Darien had handed her. "It takes one to know one" said Rini. Rei was about to make a comment before she was stopped by Ami. "Please, lets just enjoy the picnic" she said.
"What picnic Ami?" said Mina. "We are all sitting here in complete silence and no one has bothered to even strike up conversation" she continued. "What? About how you drove Serena away" said Rini. "We didn't drive her away and besides it was for her own good" said Lita. "No it wasn't and you know it!!" yelled Rini. "Face the facts kid, Serena wasn't and still isn't scout material" said Lita. Rini fumed with anger. Suddenly Mina got a beep on her communicator. It was Pluto. "Scouts, I have something urgent to tell you" said Pluto. "What is it?" asked Lita as they all crowded around Mina's communicator. "I'll tell you at the scout meeting at nine and bring Rini with you" said Pluto. "I'll say she is spending the night over my house" said Mina. "Good! Then it is settled" said Pluto as she signed off. "I wonder what's going on" said Lita. The others thought the same thing.
Tomb of Natuwenut: Hallway of Reflection
"This is weird" said Serena as she gazed back at herself. "According to the hieroglyphics only one mirror is not really a mirror at all" said Siena. "Just perfect! And what happens if we break the wrong one?" asked Serena. Siena made a cutting movement across her neck. "Well thanks for the comfort" said Serena. Siena sighed and aimed her pistol at a mirror. "No!" yelled Serena. "This time I go first" she continued as she aimed the pistol and fired.
Author Notes: I did this chapter extra long. I decided to make extra long chapters in the story because I love TombRaider!! Go Lara!!! Go Angelina!! LOL!! Anyway R/R
