Pooko-chan was watching the street from her trash can hiding place. She spotted an allay and decided that
would be her next destination. She waited a few minutes before picking the right time to move. The Lemur jumped out of
the trash can and quickly ran behind a car parked across from the allay. Pooko kneeled down behind the car and again
waited for an opening. After a few minutes the only person she worried about was a mailman that was walking on the
other side of the street. But she no longer worried about him when he went up to a door and delivered a package. The
mail man couldn't see Pooko with his back to her and the man at the door couldn't possibly see Pooko from where
he was standing. Pooko-chan made another quick dash into the alley which was deserted. She ran all the way through
the alley and climbed over a fence her shoes making sounds as she scrapped them against the wood. The balloon woman
climbed over and landed on her sneakered feet and had stopped in front of a large gathering.
The large gathering was in fact people preparing for a parade. Nobody noticed the Balloon Lemur so she
quickly kneeled down behind a box. Pooko watched as the people were scrambling to get in their proper positions.
Pooko-chan didn't want to wait until the entire parade troop had left the area and from the sounds coming behind Pooko
it sounded like children had started to play in the alley that was divided by the wood so turning back wasn't an option.
She tried to think up an idea. The Lemur couldn't climb up walls nor did she want to knock out somebody
and steal their clothes and put them in her position, nor could she blow herself up and float all the way home because then
people would see her. At that last thought an idea had dawned on her. She would become a part of the parade!
Pooko-chan didn't have time to inflate herself but she knew their had to be helium canisters somewhere near her. To get
to the helium Pooko decided to put the box she was hiding behind over her, now she could see people and when no one
was noticing begin moving.
The Lemur kneeled and walked out while under the cardboard box. Pooko went to a parade man that was
leaning against one of the cars.
"Excuse me sir, could you tell me where the helium tanks are? I need a little more for my balloon."
Pooko-chan asked the man sweetly.
The man answered without looking up. "Head to the black van over there. They still have some tanks left,
Ma'am."
Pooko-chan said "Thank you sir." and left. The man glanced up and saw nobody walking away just a
cardboard box. The man glanced up again and the walking box was gone. 'I must need more rest' he thought.
Pooko-chan was walking up to the back black van thinking 'Ma'am? Nobody his age should anyone
"ma'am" anymore.' The back of the van was open and their were several tanks of helium lying there and also strong coils
of wire .Pooko quickly slipped her arm out of the box and swiped one of the tanks and some of the strong wire . Next
the woman sneaked back into the nearest alley and hid there. By now the parade was just about in formation so
Pooko-chan began to get ready.
The Balloon Lemur laid the tank down along with her. Then she put the gas tank's nozzle into he air nozzle.
When she was sure it was secure she said "Filler up!" and turned the knob. Within a second Pooko's thin waist became
as large as a bowling ball, within eight seconds she was back to her huge balloon form. Pooko-chan was surprised at
how quickly she had blown up this time and had to stop herself from getting any larger she had to blast some helium
back out of the nozzle so she'd shrink down a little. Her red panties were stretch across her lower stomach , partially
covering the lower four black diamonds around her body. The Balloon Lemur looked at her once beautiful body and
sighed.
The parade was now marching past the alley. Pooko quickly tied one end of the cable to a slowly passing
by car and then tied the other end to one of her feet and up into the parade went the bloated Balloon Lemur. She was
trying to keep her violet eyes open and a wide open smile at the crowds on either side of her. People were laughing
and pointing at all the floats and balloons.
Pooko heard one kid say "Look at that ugly float mommy, she's ugly!" A lot of will power is what stopped
Pooko from tackling the kid but she withstood it and continued smiling and pretending to be a float. For a while
Pooko-chan kept with the parade and continued to ignore whatever insults she heard.
It got much harder to ignore the taunts when two extremely annoying teenagers caught up to her. The two
not only started laughing at her but one of them had brought a long wooden pole and started to poke her in the stomach
with it.
"Ha ha! Fatso!" said the teenager with the pole.
"Hey let me stand on your shoulders." said the other one while getting one top of the first teen’s shoulders.
The two followed along the side of Pooko-chan, who kept her eyes glancing back at them. Then the lower teen turned
towards her and the second one reached up grabbed the elastic band of her panties. The Lemur was quickly losing her
patience with the two delinquents.
The one that had grabbed onto Pooko's panties started trying to pull them off.
"Heh heh, I think I'll take this from you. Fat ugly balloon chick!" he said while giving the cloth another tug.
Pooko suddenly lost her temper and within a split second she had turned her face and looked directly into
the eyes of the two teens.
The Lemur bellowed out. "I'm not ugly! I'm normally beautiful! How dare you try and take something
from me! If you two treat all women like then I doubt neither of you will ever have girlfriends!!"
The whole parade seemed to stop and the two teen’s faces were white as a sheet. Both suddenly cried out
and the lower one ran away as fast as he could while his friend scrambled to hang on. Pooko-chan glanced around at the
crowd they all seemed to be a little surprised. Some were muttering and others were moving away while some took a few
steps forward to the Balloon Lemur.
Pooko sighed and began thinking. 'Hmmmm. I could deflate her and begin sneaking away I guess but it'd
be hard to get past all these people." The Lemur decided to deflate herself when a man called out:
"Wow check out how cool that robot is!"
At his announcement several people seemed relieved and started getting excited.
"I wonder how it floats if it's a robot."
"How much did something like that cost?"
"This is new I love it!"
These were among the things that the crowd said and it gave Pooko-chan an idea: "Ah, they don't think I'm
real this could work for me. Hee hee.' Pooko-chan then untied the cable around her leg and let herself fly up into the
air. The crowd began pointing and calling out that the float had gotten loose and was flying away. Soon Pooko was away
from the parade and was heading home.
Pooko-chan sighed in relaxation, she leaned her bulbous body back and felt the warm glow of the sun on her
blue body.
"Now I just need to float around for a few more minutes and I'll be home at my apartment. Then I can call
Drake and set up our date, take a shower, get myself ready and go out with Drake. Maybe my day can be salvaged after
all."
But it seemed that her plans would have to be delayed when a small portal opened up in front of her face.
"Oh no." muttered the relaxing balloon woman when the face of Tigers-Eye appeared on the screen.
Her boss glared at Pooko-chan and said "Pooko! What are you doing? Sailor Moon, is she beaten!?"
The Balloon Lemur just rolled her eyes, he had said exactly what she predicted he'd say.
"No I didn't, they deflated me and I quickly retreated."Tigers-Eye slapped his forehead upon hearing this.
"Fine, then I'm taking you off the Sailor Moon mission." was his response. Pooko thought 'YES!' but then Tigers-Eye
continued. "I need you for another mission right now! Meet me at the back of the abandoned "Yuka" tower."
with that Tigers-Eye’s portal closed.
Pooko-chan clenched herself in rage. After counting to ten she relaxed again and started to look for the Yuka
building. Within a minute Pooko spotted the tower and floated over to it. The Lemur landed on the roof and went to the
door.
