Chapter 10: Returning to the Future

"Well this is just great. I have to find out if my family is still alive or not." Chibi-usa said to herself as she walked to Ichinohashi Park.

"I'm sure acting calm about all of this now. Maybe I do believe what Helios told me that they were "probably" still alive."

Chibi-usa soon remembered what Helios said in her last dream. "With the power of the two ginzuishou's plus the power of the golden crystal which I guard may be enough to defeat her."

"What's going to happen if the other senshi and I do defeat her? Will my family come back?"

She sat on a bench that overlooked the small lake in the park. Chibi-usa thought of how she met Usagi and Mamoru here for the first time in the past. A tear slid down her cheek when she thought about her parents when a hand touched her from behind. Chibi-usa jumped and turned to find Usagi standing behind her.

"What are you doing here?" Chibi-usa asked.

"I was worried about you and I'd like to know more about the future. Of what you saw that hap…"

"I don't know Usagi! If I knew I probably would've never left the future and listened to what Helios…" Chibi-usa covered her mouth when Helios escaped her mouth.

"Helios? You mean the Pegasus that helped us defeat Nehelenia?"

"Never mind about that, we should worry about going to the future now."

"Chibi-usa, why won't you tell me? Is it…"

"Leave me alone about it!"

Usagi just looked at Chibi-usa, Mamoru told her to leave Chibi-usa alone for a while. Though she needed to find out what was wrong, especially since every one's life is at stake.

"Well I should be going now." Usagi said and began to walk away.

Chibi-usa ran up to her and tugged on her arm. "Don't tell any one about the name I mentioned. You promise?" She asked with pleading eyes.

"Chibi-usa…"

"Just promise me you won't tell."

Usagi sighed and nodded. She hated keeping secrets since she was the one to always spill them, though it was strange of her to keep this secret. She hasn't heard of Helios since the day he left back to Elysion.

"Thanks, now let's go to the future."

"Um…sure, I'll call the senshi."

Usagi got out a small communicator and called each of the senshi to meet in the park. In about a half an hour each senshi was there except for the outers.

Chibi-usa questioned. "Where's the rest? Like Saturn and Uranus and Neptune."

"We can't get a hold of them, we still don't know much about them. They show up to battles when they want to it seems." Rei responded.

"That's right, Mars." Haruka said as her and the other two senshi followed behind her.

(A/N: sorry about bringing them in like that, they've been missing all this time. I couldn't think of anything else, people can flame me for that one -_-)

"Hotaru! Michiru! Haruka! You guys are alright I thought you…" Chibi-usa ran up to them realizing she was blabbering again about what happened. She saw the outers one last time in the future and still doesn't know if they survived.

"Hey there, Chibi-usa. Nice seeing you again!" Hotaru came up.

"Saturn…" Chibi-usa whispered.

"Well you guys ready then?" Usagi said as every one stood at the docks of the lake. It was late at night now and no one was in sight.

Diana laid on Chibi-usa's shoulder as every one lifted up there transformation item and each said there own phrase.

MERCURY CRYSTAL POWER!!!

MARS CRYSTAL POWER!!!

JUPITER CRYSTAL POWER!!!

VENUS CRYSTAL POWER!!!

SAILOR CERES POWER!!!

SAILOR PALLAS POWER!!!

SAILOR VESTA POWER!!!

SAILOR JUNO POWER!!!

URANUS CRYSTAL POWER!!!

NEPTUNE CRYSTAL POWER!!!

SATURN CRYSTAL POWER!!!

MOON ETERNAL!!!

MOON CRISIS!!!

MAKE-UP!!!

Each senshi transformed in seconds when Chibi-usa lifted her time key into the air. And every one was surrounded in a pink light arriving at the time gate.

"Pluto? Pluto? Where are you?" Chibi-usa ran up to the door and looked around for Pluto, though only saw the other senshi around her.

"Where is she?" Sailor Jupiter asked.

"Izumi must have come…there is no way now to get through the gate." Chibi-Moon said.

"That's not true small lady." Diana spoke.

"Huh?" Chibi-Moon looked over at the gray cat, wiping away tears that started to form at her eyes.

"Well before you and I went to the past, Pluto gave me some of her power. I'm not sure if I'm able to use it any more though if so I can open the gate."

"Diana…" Chibi-usa became speechless as her cat was becoming surrounded by a purple aura.

Diana closed her eyes and soon opened them again as the aura shot at the door in to the keyhole, which would open the door.

Chibi-Moon walked forward as the gate opened, she couldn't believe what Diana just did. She shook it off and ran into the gate with the other speechless as well following behind Chibi-Moon.

(A/N: quick note, sorry Luna and Artemis aren't in this story. And also I don't want to explain the journey through the time warp again.)

All the senshi walked out of the gate to the future and looked at Crystal Tokyo. It looked like a wasteland, just when the Black Moon had destroyed it a few years back. Every one became speechless at what they saw.

Chibi-Moon wasn't surprised she just ignored it all holding back her tears as she looked for Izumi. She spotted her over the cliff in front of what remained of the Crystal Palace. Sailor Moon was about to speak to Chibi-Moon but found she ran down the cliff towards Izumi.

"Chibi-Moon wait!!" Moon yelled.

Every one ran towards Chibi-Moon and stopped dead in there tracks when all stood about 2 yards from Izumi.

She had an evil look on her face, worse than any enemy had looked at them before. It was pure hatred.

"Welcome Sailor Senshi." Izumi said calmly. "How fun this will be, meeting all of your future selves."

Chibi-Moon couldn't believe her eyes as she saw each of the future senshi standing in front of her along with Pluto. Each of them had black eyes and gave a look to each of there past selves with a look like they were going to kill them any second.

Ok end of this chapter. Next chapter, Mercury vs. Mercury, Mars vs. Mars, Jupiter vs. Jupiter and so on. I'll begin writing the next chapter soon, hope every one enjoyed this chapter even though it was short, sorry. Thanks for the reviews, see ya ^_^
