"Hotaru," Raven said, "Do you really think we should trust this man?"

"He doesn't have any evil aura… and he seems nice enough…" Hotaru looked toward the door where the man was awaiting an explanation. "He at least deserves to be told what the hell is going on." she decided.

"very well, but I'll be right outside the room if you need me."

Hotaru stepped into the room and the man turned to look at her. He smiled. "We were never properly introduced." he said. "My name is Hakai. But you can call me Kai for short."

"My name is Hotaru." she smiled back at him.
